Sadly didn’t get to taste it because it closed much earlier than advertised! Was in the area and saw signage on the door (and here on TripAdvisor) that it was open until 10.30pm. Went for dinner and then returned just after 8.30. The member of staff at the counter informed us that we could only get takeout as they were closing at 9. Not sure why signage says 10.30 or why we couldn’t even have been allowed to sit down to eat inside until 9! Disappointing first visit

Called the area manager , Meela , to talk about a complaint after having waited 3 weeks for a call back.I didn’t even bother with the complaint as her excuses for not calling me, lack of professionalism & attitude left a lot to be desired. I understand not calling me on her day off but what about all the other days she was in work ! After explaining to me how she gets stressed dealing with complaints and how running an ice cream shop is very stressful it was pointless continuing the conversation & so I will spend my £20 a day after school pick up in Al Gelato , Ballyhackamore.

They’re clearly reducing staffing levels, one poor girl was left to serve and clean up after a school rush with parents letting their kids run riot and make a complete mess of the place. There used to be amazing options for lactose intolerant people like myself they now seem to do the lazy option of lemon sorbet which is a bit meh. No more juice balls. Very little fruit to choose from and no gloves to serve yourself with meaning cleanliness was an issue. The place was quite messy and dirty, the girl serving apologised for this and I understand it wasn’t her fault - just poor staffing levels to serve a big volume in so little time. I think I’ll try another location, hope for different flavours and avoid the main school times.

3/4 of the machines didn't work so we had a grand total of about 3 flavours to choose from. Staff member commented that the machines always broke down and that's that really. Stood 10 mins on a member of staffing to make an entry too. I've been to other franchises and they've been great. This one not so much.

Froyo tastes very artificial in sweetness and flavour. Combined with all the toppings fairly racks up the calories and the cost in no time. Iver £20 for 4 people. Very overpriced for a poor tasting product that honestly is as bad for you as icecream (except icecream tastes way more satisfying). Better value for money to go to Mauds or Al Gelato.

Not impressed, doubt we’ll be back. Arrived about 45 minutes before closing time, loads of the pumps were empty so there was extremely poor choice (only about a third of normal) and I don’t think the staff were at all bothered when we drew it to their attention. So couldn’t get what we wanted at all but by the time you’ve the cup in your hand there isn’t much turning back! Some of the flavours were actually bad - not nice to eat. And the costastronomical. Sorry spoon street. No thanks.

Been a regular customer for many years with my children and have always had a pleasant visit here until today one of the staff that just serviced us gave my son Nutella sauce all over his frozen yogurt and my son does not like Nutella and would never ask for something he doesn’t like, he wanted chocolate sauce. when we just got outside the door he tasted his yoghurt and realised that he had been given Nutella instead of chocolate sauce, so I took the frozen yoghurt back in and ask could we get a replacement because my son hadn’t asked for Nutella the lady who seviced us was so rude and told me my son had asked for Nutella, the shop was so busy and she was standing behind the counter speaking so rudely to me, I have never be so embarrassed before over such a small carton of yoghurt. Myself and my family use spoonstreet on a very regular basis’s and spend a lot of money her weekly. I left the shop so disappointed and so embarrassed. My son was upset because the other children that was with us had their yoghurts and could eat his. Notice to the staff here, I would never of gone back into ask for this yoghurt to be changed if this was our mistake but clearly my nearly 11 year old son would never ask for Nutella if he doesn’t like it. In a busy shop with staff wearing mask you would think they would be a little more understanding as to maybe they have got it wrong mistakes happen. Will never be back here.

Visited Spoon Street on a couple of occasions and always get a good dessert. The self-serve premise is interesting and you’re charged on the weight of what you picked. On each visit, one or more of the frozen yogurt selections have been unavailable (could just have run out) although there were plenty more to choose from. The cleanliness of the seating area could be better but after a busy afternoon it’s understandable. Will definitely be back.

Nice frozen yoghurt and sorbet. Good range of toppings. You fill your own container. Kids loved it. Slightly on the pricey side, calculated on weight. Our small tubs where £2.60 each. Went Monday evening at 8pm. Plenty of seats. On the negative side, the floor was dirty, the bins over-flowing and staff were inattentive.

I love this place. Basically self service with plenty of flavours from a row of whipped ice cream dispensers. Mix and match flavours then top with toppings of all sorts. Yummy. But beware it is expensive. A medium tub with reasonable amount plus toppings could be about 5 stg. The place is clean and the young staff pleasant. A large screen tv mostly showing american/kids tv adds to Happy Days feeling. Recommended highly.

Invited here by family. However as I can’t take dairy I checked their menu online and yes they offer vegan options. NOPE not when you get there. Ask at the counter and the young assistant told me no, no vegan options. Thought fine the rest of the family have got something I’ll just take black coffee. I was brought the coffee along with some milk 😳. There are signs up demonstrating their 5 star H&S rating but I am guessing that standard has slipped. Congealed yoghurt on the tables and the floor hadn’t been swept in a brave while.

Pick up a carton and simply enjoy amazing flavours of 98% fat free frozen yoghurt. Flavours like Watermelon, Red Velvet, Cola, Lemonade Sorbet, Cupcake Batter and many more. Then you can chose toppings from fresh fruit like kiwi, berries or you can have nuts, cornflakes, and then there is the sweet toppings like flakes, sweets, and hot chocolate. They then wight your carton and that is what you pay £1.75 per 100g. money well spent! Looking forward to a return visit...... soon!

Have been to Spoon Street numerous times and have loved it. Great selection of flavours and toppings. Staff always friendly and helpful.Been disappointed a few times however with the lactose free options - with lately there only being one lactose free option (usually vanilla which is fine due to range of toppings) but the current option of bubblegum was a bit disappointing as I am not a fan of this flavour (I understand lots of people are!) and led to leaving empty handed - would suggest having two or three lactose free flavours especially due to increasing number of people with dietary restrictions/needs!Despite this I still love Spoon Street!

We Go here quite regular, very nice frozen yoghurt. Can be pricey when you load your tub to the max. My advice is to stick to what you like keeping the toppings to minimum ie hundreds and thousands, Nuts etc are fine but heavier sweets and cookies etc will bump your price way up as it's priced on weight rather than how much you can fit in.Price range for two tubs filled with just frozen yoghurt and some sprinkles will be around £6 - £6.50.Again, just being truthful.

We've visited this place on several times and recently visited another frozen yoghurt bar in Belfast which didn't even come close to spoon Street. Theres plenty of choices on offer and toppings are great. Theres clearly been a lot of thought which has gone into aiming for the kids market given all the toppings at the counter and the very height of the counter. The other premises we visited I had to lift my son up to see the toppings and he couldn't reach to put them on. The staff in Ballyhackamore are always very helpful and last night when we visited the owners brother and another young fella where very helpful anf the fact we slightly made a mess at the toppings bar wasn't an issue, the dark haired male staff member was excellent with the kids and as soon as the film had finished on the flat screen he was over straight away asking the kids what they wanted to see next. The place was spotlessly clean including the toilets. Excellent spot to visit and make sure and try the cupcake batter!!!! A perfect spot on a cold or warm day out. Not sure if they cater for kids parties but given the staff approach last night I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue.

Good variety with great taste, a tad pricey when it comes down to it and what you are getting. However I will be back

Have been to spoon street a couple of times. The frozen yoghurt is nice but it's not amazing and it is ridiculously expensive for the amount you get. Even without any toppings a small serving cost me around £3.50.Good choice of flavours and toppings, however I think it would be better if it was more reasonably priced!

Lots of flavours and toppings. It isn't really that healthy but let's all pretend it is!! Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff. Of course it's going to be expensive but don't overfill the tub and you won't get a nasty surprise at the till!

Glad to see the place doing well. The frozen yoghurt is lovely and all the toppings are superb to add to it... my only issue is it is dear. if you take 2 kids and 2 adults to it you are lucky to get change from £20, essentially for ice cream...But you won't be disappointed with the flavour and set up though!!

The selection of flavours was great, I went for cupcake batter and cookies and cream and my son tried the peanut butter! We went for the small size tub which was plenty and had a good selection of toppings. The price came within the suggested price advertised, on the higher range but we had lots of toppings. I was worried about the price having read the previous reviews however was presently surprised. We paid £6.60 for the two. Just stay within the cup size you chose and don't overload with too many toppings and then you will not get a shock at the till! Everything was delicious, my son loved the novelty of serving himself and we will definitely be back!

Just visted here with my friend and couldn't wait as fro-yo seems to be the in thing in Belfast these days. What I found was really friendly staff who almost jumped on me to offer help when I walked in. Lots of flavours and choice as well as toppings. You simply choose what size of tub you want and it has an average price depending on its weight which you weigh at the end of filling your cup. Great selection all round. You can only visit the toppings and frozen yogurt flavours once (self service) which I think is a shame due to the high price. For a large cup I was charged six pounds when you compare this to an ice cream bar it was a lot more expensive. I was very excited to try the coconut froyo but found it tasted bitter and almost as though it was out of date but the other flavours were lovely. Nice treat for kids or adults a like.

Spoon Street offers excellent froyo and has a great selection of flavours and toppings! The mixed berries flavour is the best flavour I have ever tasted! It is a tad expensive to make it a regular thing but it is first choice for froyo in Belfast as it is 10 times better than yogland on Lisburn Rd! Only other complaint is that you can't pay by card which for me is the reason this place scores 4 stars instead of 5! Well worth a try if your looking to treat the family!

I must be in the minority because the place was so busy but I was not impressed. To be fair the place looks good and it was spotlessly clean which made me quite excited to try the product. There was a good selection of flavours and toppings and I filled my tub with about 6 different flavours. The price came to over £6 which I thought was pricey but if it had tasted good would have been almost acceptable . The problem was I thought all the flavours tasted very similar and none of them were nice. There was just a very strange undertone to the taste that I guess was from the yoghurt. I was just left wishing I had gone to Maud's and got an ice cream for half the price. Perhaps it's just personal taste but I won't be going back in a hurry.

Loads of selection, really helpful staff, fun and tasted great. Was quite expensive for what we got- it's pay by weight- so be careful! The price however didn't put me off- will def return!

I've been wanting to try Spoon Street for ages and have been very jealous of all my friends who got there before me. It's everything I'd normally hate - bright, super busy, extra noisy and expensive. Nevertheless I loved it! It's glorious fun creating your own frozen yogurt dessert from a vast array of flavours and toppings. Despite warnings from friends ("less is more flavour wise" I was told) I went a bit crazy on my first visit with a concoction of peanut butter, salted caramel, strawberry and natural flavoured frozen yogurt. I added just about every topping available haha! Greed and gluttony's a terrible thing - but it's impossible to stop yourself in Spoon Street - it's dessert heaven! A must try...

Spoon street is a very bright and lively place to visit. There are many different flavours of yoghurt to choose from and many different toppings. It is self service which allows you to take your time and make your yoghurt exactly how you want it.The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. The only downside is that it is quite costly. An ice cream would definitely be a cheaper option.

I was already disappointed on the Victoria square branch, but I thought this boucher road branch might be different, what a mistake! The beef burgers were so hard and very dry to bite, as well as the chicken burger!! Spent almost £90 for 3 adult meal and 2 kids meal, not worth the money!! Never again!!! Five guys burgers are much more better!! The only good thing in that restaurant is the waitress, she was so amazing! Inspite on the only wait staff she was patient and still have a smile to give us, makes us feel comfortable! She is the reason, I did not complain right there.

Ordered a burger, chicken wings and kids meal. The price is not worth the food. I think the oil they use to fry the fries wasn't changed as the one they served has small solid bits and pieces. Its like the one they use to fry their chicken and fries are the same oil and deepfryer. The Burger is too expensive and comparing to McDonald burger I would rather buy the one with McDonalds taste wise. Would not want to go back again and would not recommend.
