Me and my wife came with our 2 boys. Had starters and mains was really nice food. Great service and tasty food. Loved our burgers and they were great with our kids also. Couldn’t ask for any more. Thanks

Im disgusted in the price for the poor quality shockin 3 tiny bits of corn that dont even make a whole corn the fries was cold and cheap is a undestatment onions rings tastes like sweet yorkshires tthe roll was so dry im abzo shocked at the price first time trying it wont be back if i wasnt for me been to shy to come and say id of came and said never have a seen such chap food priced at that and not to mention the loud xmas muaic so deppresing

Place was empty, we ordered two wraps and waited half an hour. Food tasted like spicy cardboard, sprite had a couple tiny black flakes so we asked for water instead. Manager lady poured some sprite from the tap and drank it, saying how fresh and good it tasted next to us. Towards the end as I was finishing my coke I saw bigger dark flakes which I couldn’t see when the coke was fuller, some around the size of a 5p, how many of those had I already drank?? We let her know politely and wasn’t one bit apologetic, like it wasn’t a surprise to her. She said she drinks it all the time and never had any problems. Although it was clear the taps/pipes used for the soda machine hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, the sodas tasted really old and obviously had flakes of something in my drink that I had undeniably already consumed. Not even an offered refund on drinks. To top it all off, they waited until the very end to tell us it’s cash only. No signs anywhere, what if we hadn’t had a card on us? Then we had to go out and track down an ATM on an awful day. Terrible experience, what restaurant is cash only and waits until the very end to tell you? Just cheap trying to avoid paying card transaction fees. If you value your health please stay clear. The WORST food I’ve had in Elgin by miles, and I’ve eaten everywhere. Also, overpriced. Thanks!

I was in today with my friend an her son,we had a lovely meal,didnt have to wait long,an both the ladies were very friendly

Cold food and a long wait for it not helped by the air-conditioning blowing cold air on us . Kept my jacket on because of this. The waitress staff were respectful and polite but let down by the fact that they had to inform us that it was cash only.... something that was failed to mention when the table was booked...

The food took ages to come and it was cold. The menu was limited at best. I had Mac n cheese....i could of done better..out of a box would of been better. The grated cheese on top didn't even melt. None of the other dishes were particularly hot and no one's chips were hot Despite booking by phone beforehand they did not say they didn't take any card payments of any kind. Embarrassing in a day of technology. It only shouts one thing...I'll let you guess what that is Of course you can't guess what your bill will come to. We had to find an ATM after. Definitely not going back I've given a slightly higher rating for the waitresses as they did do their job well

Love American Diners and this one is way up there. Had a 156 panning and it was stunning. Comes with chips and coleslaw. Recommended.

Good American burgers, spare ribs, hotdogs, wings, etc. Licenced, thus drinks with the food. Friendly dervice. Accessed through a door on street level, then one level up on stairs (no lift) - not very visible, so keep your eyes open. Not very busy, so prompt service. Just a pity they do not accept credit cards - only cash (but an ATM across the street). No parking close by. We will visit again.

The food was delicious with large portion sizes. Staff were lovely. Definitely will be going back

Brilliant food and fantastic service. Warm welcome from great attentive staff. The menu was good and covered all the usual bases for American style food. Decor was bright and comfortable. I had Sirloin with Baked Potato and a blue cheese sauce....WOW! Loved every mouthful. Well done!

Make your own burger, great place for a bite and drink. Totally different from the usual restaurant. Will be coming back

Great American theme.. Good background music.. Great starters. Nachos and garlic bread. Chicken wings for main Corse a bit dry but would definitely go again

We had an awful experience at the restaurant tonight. Arrived for our booked reservation at 1700 and our order was taken at 1715. We were still waiting for our order at 1815. My husband and I were fed up and our 2 children aged 7 and almost 3 were very grumpy as a result. The member of staff who noted our order was abrupt and other members of staff didnt seem to have a clue about our order. The food that did arrive was okay however too hot for our children to eat, who, by this point were starving.

I had the build your own burger with BBQ pulled pork and cheddar cheese on it. It was so delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Out of four of us three meals were burnt. I had the burger and it tasted disgusting and was so dry that it was almost like eating a digestive biscuit, also the fries were stone cold but managed to just eat it. Two chicken dishes were so over done that it looked almost like bits of charcoal. We did get refunded for those two chicken dishes but it had dampened the evening. I really think that management should look at sacking some kitchen staff or possibly employing someone that knows how to cook and not rely on a bunch of teenagers (no offence) experience making beans on toast because the business will fail if this is the c**p they serve. Absolutely shocking! Won't be returning for sure.

Definitely going back. Started with a really good milkshake and went on to a beef brisket that had an awesome smoky flavour. Staff really friendly too. The lights were a bit bright for any style of dining experience though. A bit like the lights were turned on fully when a place is getting cleared out for the night. A male member of the staff could also have been doing with tucking his shirt in. Apart from that we couldn't fault the place.

Had an awful experience here and we only went for drinks as the cocktails advertised looked amazing. The drinks were awful. I ordered the raspberry slush with vodka (they forgot to put in the vodka) I let it go as it was our 1st date night in a long time and just wanted to enjoy with no drama. My partner ordered a strongbow darkfruits, it was either sat in the barrel for months or they haven't been cleaning the taps. (he couldn't finish it anyway and date day was pretty much over after half an hour after as he was really ill due to this) Watching the staff eat sweets and share them behind the bar and not washing their hands was extremely off putting. I went to pay and of course they'd overcharged me I went back to tell them and the barmaid was really rude she'd argued with me claiming she'd giving me something else which she hadn't. Then eventually said fine then you can have your £1. Doesn't matter how much it was you shouldn't try to rip people off. I'd paid by card and she took the £1 out of the till and chucked it on the bar. I could also here her being very verbal about me to the other staff. Needless to say we won't be back And you ruined our date. Please ensure you clean your taps.

Servers was great and quick we had starters and mains the starters where amazing but the main meals were very disappointing ordered 2 burgers and one was over cooked and dry and the other was burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside

Very impressed, had the Louisiana chicken strips and the Mac and cheese, big portions full of flavour and the restaurant went out of their way to organise a remote delivery, food was piping hot when it arrived. Will be ordering again and would recommend to a friend

The best American style burger n beer bar in Elgin. Their style your own burger are superb and filling. Also worthwhe was their slider dish consisting of 3 different types of mini burgers. Delicious milkshakes too. Good value.

Great place, well laid out with a fantastic menu. Staff are lovely and accommodating, I had my 3 year old daughter, she was given colouring activities to keep her busy. Food was quick, tasty and reasonably priced. Look forward to taking my wife and son for a visit soon.

We had a nice meal here last October fefore seeing Bombskare at the Town Hall. The four of us will go back when in Elgin again. We had 2 x Slider board, spicy beef chilli & classic dawg. 2 sides of onion rings & 1 of Veg & Halloumi. Slider boards were very filling and nice, the exception was neither of us enjoyed the pulled pork slider. The hotdog was nice and the chilli has just the right amount of heat. The onion rings were really nice and large, but could have been done with a bit longer to crisp them up more. The halloumi side was nice also. Service was good initially, but after our server went off duty, we had to go and ask for more drinks and ask for the bill. Apart from that, it was a nice meal and reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back for the food

Dirty table when we arrived with crumbs all over it, 15 minute wait to be seated when the whole restaurant was practically empty, service was unbelievably slow and our plates were never taken, only decent thing about the restaurant was the one guy in the black uniform who was friendly.

Food gave me a serious case of the diarumpus. It was like a tap. Burger was dryer than Gandhi’s flip flop! My pal ordered the wings, think they were cooked underneath a torch. Two words…not good enough.

Of the menu I picked half a BBQ ribs and my lady had the spicy BBQ wings both came with fries and I'd ordered squid ring too. All the food was in front of us under 5 minutes The only things that were fresh was the squid rings and fries the ribs and wings were heated up in a microwave the ribs had to go back because it was lukewarm. I couldn't believe for the price and the bar empty it couldn't have been done fresh. It would have been better for me to go tesco and burt my food and done myself in the oven.

First time I've been there + the food was absolutely amazing, the staff were also very friendly! didn't get to try the cocktails but I'll definitely be back to try them very soon!

Was in today with the other half, the customer service was incredible, the food was incredible and now im going to hibernate like a polar bear. Thanks again guys, amazing place to eat anyone who's not been yet.

Service was a bit slow, it was not busy, had to ask if we just got our own table, had to ask for menus, food was good though.

Lovely walking in to see this American diner! Great choice on the menu, with a lunch menu also. We chose from main menu. We had chicken strips with bacon and bourbon sauce. Was delicious, although a lot of the crispy coating on the chicken strips had come off. The fries were seasoned and delicious. If anything I would say the chicken wasn't warm enough. The staff were quick as was the food, it was quiet though. Thought it a little pricey but would go again

American style diner look. Food was amazing, butterfly chicken off the grill tasted like it was fresh off the bbq. Can't wait to go back and try the food again and maybe a cocktail or two 😁

Excellent food, even allowing for chef's definition of a well done steak differing to ours. Would most certainly dine there again - but hopefully the drinks range will be improved... rather a narrow choice of beers for our liking

Love the decor. Portion sizes are very generous. Chicken tenders, the coating was a wee bit burnt but otherwise really good. Loved the fries but they had an underlying sweetness that slightly threw me off. Lovely waitstaff. Will definitely be coming back.
