Second time I’ve been in here nothing on the counter no bakes at all

Lovely decor and desserts are nice but we were slightly disappointed that a few of the sundaes were unavailable as there was no chocolate or caramel ice cream. Nevertheless the crepe was good.

The staff was so kind, polite and helpful that they couldn't do enough for people

Tratamos de pedir la oferta de comida y bebida de curry por el precio de una comida. Nos dijeron que había un problema con el sistema informático. Así que no podía pedir comida y pidió comprar algunas bebidas y pedir una comida en breve. El gerente se acercó a nosotros 15 minutos después y dijo que estaban listos para tomar nuestro pedido de comida. Traté de pedir la oferta de comida una vez más (la 'oferta del día del curry del miércoles' que se anunciaba en su menú y sitio web) , y me dijeron que solo podían hacer la comida en el menú. Así que pedimos las comidas, pero no hay descuento para bebidas o bebidas incluidas como se pide. Esta es la última vez que voy a ir a este pub. Otro cliente se me acercó y me dijo que hicieron exactamente lo mismo con él. Luego comenzó a quejarse al gerente para intentar resolver el mismo problema que yo tenía con mi pedido. Parece que se trata de un movimiento estratégico y no es ético. También voy a reportar este establecimiento a la oficina central de la franquicia. ¡No soy un cliente feliz!

Trust me stay clear of this restaurant. First of all the staff and ambience were great. That’s IT. The food was atrocious and cooked in revolting old oil. The fillet steak. Chips a few mushrooms and half a tomato all tasted the same, The peppercorn sauce was tasteless and like water. The fish and chips was cooked in the same revolting oil. Thick disgusting batter. Nobody had a good meal from Curry, hunters chicken etc. informed the waitress who was apologetic and advised the oil was fresh. Ugh ugh Just look at previous comments and says it all. They’ll take your money and serve revolting food

2025 update - Hard pass. The staff look miserable, so It's not for me. Prices too

Kemna bread no meat dry chips dry curry terrible wouldn't recommend it

Recieved a lovely warm welcome *didn't catch the guys name (Thursday at 9.40am). The staff were friendly and accommodating. Lovely coffee and a frappe aswell some pastries. Really good service

Fui a este pub, y el gerente estaba tan borracho que incluso se cayó de un taburete. Estaba molestando a los clientes, era verbalmente abusivo hasta el punto de que llamó a las damas detrás de él... ¡Es una vergüenza absoluta! Cuando el personal trató de intervenir, pensó que era muy divertido... También hizo un gesto hacia una pareja agarrándole la entrepierna donde las damas involucradas estaban realmente molestas. También cuando se acercaba a un miembro del personal, también era verbal y parecía estar bajo los efectos de las drogas... Este solía ser un pub encantador, una pena que haya sido dirigido por gente incompetente e irrespetuosa.
