Llamé ayer para nuestra primera cita de noche que hemos pedido desde aquí antes pero ha pasado un tiempo tbh. Reservado por 5 . 30 pm recibido con una sonrisa y luego mostrado a nuestra mesa. Los dos tomamos unas copas y nuestros entrantes yo tomé tikka de pato (quería algo diferente) las misses tomamos pollo milenio también poppadoms con mango chutney. La principal tuve pollo tikka masala huevo frito cebolla bhaji con pan keema nann. Misses mains fue muli de pollo con cebolla de arroz bhaji más pan keema nann también más patatas fritas. No nos quedamos de postre, ya que no podía comer más. Diré que es mucho mejor comer que era tan agradable muy sabroso y para ser honesto el precio era bueno a £ 55. Aparcamiento frente al restaurante a partir de las 6 pm es gratis NO frente a las peluquerías, ya que se le multará a las señoritas papá en e antes de ser advertido.

Best Indian food in Swansea! Great service, great food! Chicken kebab rolls, best item on the menu!

Visited your restaurant last night and straight away we could see you were rushed off your feet and had to wait 20 minutes longer to be seated than expected, which was not a problem. Due to it being New Year’s Eve we had to wait quite a while for our food, which was also not a problem. The problem we did have was the table of customers behind us that decided that they were more special than everyone else and started swearing at their top of their voices about the waiting time. All the staff are exceptional at the Vojon and work extremely hard to make sure everything is to your liking. The next time you visit this great establishment and have a complaint please have some consideration for other customers and the fact that the waiters are human too. Another excellent visit. Happy New Year to all the staff and especially to your son who had already worked a full day then had to help out but still had a smile on his face 😄.

Terrible servicio, lleva años haciendo pedidos y ahora por estar ocupado no quieren conocer a sus fieles clientes. No los volveré a usar.

Best Indian restaurant in Swansea

Pedido a las 5. 05 pm y pidió la entrega para las 6. 45 pm. Llegó a las 8. 30 pm. Llamó 3 veces para perseguir. Vojon es normalmente una gran comida, pero desafortunadamente la espera por esta comida fue tan larga que no volveré a pedir de ellos en el corto plazo. Los popadomas estaban tan empapados y el pan naan se arruinó.

Ambiance is elegant with a modern touch. well-suited for both casual dinners and special occasions. Then menu covers wide range of dishes but the portion sizes are slightly smaller for the price. Food was tasty however.

No recomendaría! La entrega fue muy tarde. El servicio al cliente fue terrible, llamó por teléfono varias veces y fue colgado y cepillado. Cuando finalmente aparecieron, los currys en sí eran fríos y acuosos - el pollo tikka masala también podría haber sido tomates enlatados. Tampoco tenía sabor al pan naan, que estaba rancio y duro. No vale la pena el precio o la molestia de tener que contactar con ellos. Quería darles una oportunidad como había escuchado cosas positivas, pero como hemos tenido una mala experiencia dos veces no vamos a volver. Trató de hacer el pedido a través de su sitio web el día anterior, después de esperar dos horas la comida no ha aparecido a pesar de llamar dos veces y estar seguro de que el pedido se había realizado y estaba en camino. Después de dos horas de espera, llamamos por tercera vez y nos dijeron que no habían recibido nuestro pedido, a pesar de que el sitio web se llevó mi ApplePay. Una vez más, el servicio al cliente fue terrible y no fue de ayuda.

Wouldn’t recommend! The delivery was very late. Customer service was terrible, phoned multiple times and was hung up on and brushed off. When they eventually turned up,The curries themselves were cold and watery - the chicken tikka masala might as well have been tinned tomatoes. No taste to the naan bread either, which was stale and hard. Not worth the price or the hassle of having to contact them. Wanted to give them a try as had heard positive things but as we’ve had a bad experience twice we will not be going back. Tried to order through their website the day before, after waiting two hours the food hasn’t turned up despite phoning twice and being assured that the order had been placed and was on its way. After two hours of waiting, we phoned for the third time and were told that they hadn’t received our order, despite the website taking my ApplePay. Again, customer service was terrible and was no help.

Appalling service waiting 2hrs for food delivery. Called numerous times, to be fobbed off. Will not be ordering again

Este tiene que ser uno de los peores restaurantes que he estado en el personal era tan grosero que decidimos cancelar nuestro plato principal pagar la cuenta y salir allí había fly's el lugar podría hacer con una limpieza profunda nunca volver

Weird experience at vojon. We've ordered takeaway from them and found food normally really good and affordable. Its been a while since we've been in person but service was nice until it came time to pay when we tried several cards and so did another table until we realised the card reader definitely wasn't working and sent members of both parties to the cash point. Weird bit was I'm fairly sure the restaraunt sent people to check we came back because there were a couple of guys walking a bit too close (matching our pace at the crossing) and hovered by the front door before entering Vojon going into the back. Both parties left adults at the table who could have paid presumably so not sure why that was needed. Will take cash in case if I go in person again I think.

Ordered takeaway for delivery at 6pm, said it would arrive just before 7. Called at around half 7 to be told they couldn’t deliver I was too far away (llansamlet). They then apologised for the miscommunication said they would have it out in half hour. 3 more phone calls and it arrived at 9pm lukewarm. Usually a favourite of ours to dine in but not too impressed with the delivery.

Ordered food prompt service...food incredibly tasty a big compliment from a person travelled numerous times to India Delhi Rajastann Agra varanasi and many more regions. Delicious food first class Lamb chops starter ooh my word Chicken tikka massage and Korma no waste children really enjoyed every mouthfuls waste Would I recommend YES

We had a dinner for 4. It wasn't too expensive. Everything was good. The waiters are attentive and active. Most dishies were tasty (some wasn't good enough as for me). Portions are quite big, but not too big. Naan bread is the best :)

Lovely fresh food. We enjoyed pompadoms, chutney tray, onion bajee, chicken chilli balti and lamb garlic balti with peshwari and garlic naan. Staff attentive. Worth a visit.

My favourite Indian restaurant in Swansea. The food was hot, arrived quickly and tasted so delicious. Perfect amount of spice and was so flavourful. If you haven't tried this spot already, I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely Indian restaurant with attentive staff. They have a very good menu with lots of choice. We had the spicy whitebait & chicken chat starters, both very tasty. For mains we had sali boti with lamb and chicken handi polongawala, so tasty with a nice sauce with spinach, coconut rice and a garlic naan. Everything was really tasty the staff were very efficient. We would definitely go back if we’re here in Swansea again. Well done guys

Ordered home delivery from here, £5 delivery charge, but I thought it’s a good place and I don’t mind paying more. It turned up 40 minutes late, but it was a Saturday, so it was expected, everything was cold, but again I expected to use a microwave after home delivery, the curry, well I expected a good curry and you can’t really go wrong with that when they’re professional chefs, but the chips were white, uncooked and terrible, the poppadoms were soggy, it turned out to be quite dissapointing.

Not your average sunday buffet, definitely a cut above the rest. Highly recommend a visit. The food was very good and really tasty. We did have to wait a while between starter and main, but we didn't mind as the food was worth the wait when it arrived 😋

Another excellent meal at the Vojon. My friend has a mixed kebab and I had onion bhajis, both excellent, nicely presented with lots of mint sauce and really generous portions. Mains were a chicken tandoori and mine a paneer tikka bhuna, again both excellent, tasty, and generous portion sizes. Pashwari naan fresh and tasty. Great attentive service and reasonable prices too. This is our choice for a curry in Swansea and remains so on the strength of our experience tonight. Can’t put photos as we have scoffed the lot!

We loved everything. The stylish interior. The pleasant, gentlemanly waiters but most of all the most divine Indian food I've ever tasted in my 58 years upon this planet. Very highly recommend.

Ordered takeaway tonight, took nearly two hours to arrive and when it did there was four dishes missing. Phoned about this and requested the missing items be refunded but was told this was too difficult to do. Other option was to have the items next time we order, or have the items sent later, after we had eaten our meals. Won’t be ordering again after paying a lot of money on delivery and service fees it was not cheap. Shame as the food is usually good and I think we should have been offered a refund on the items that were missing.

Very friendly staff who are clearly passionate about making sure the customers enjoy their experience. Very clean restaurant which is well maintained. And most importantly the food is always amazing (very reasonably priced). I am a repeat customer and would recommend the chicken tikka.

Me and my wife went here for a news years Eve meal and I wasn't disappointed at all , food was very tasty and also served hot which is very important. Food quality was excellent service good and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend to anyone 5 ⭐ from us .

My husband and I visited early evening new year's eve. Even though it was very busy the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and hot. The atmosphere was lovely and it was spotlessly clean. a very enjoyable experience

Delivery driver turned up demanding £4.70 more than my just eat order of £51.45. When I asked why he reached in to my landing area and switched my light on and give me a mouthful of abuse. When I phoned the restaurant to complain they didn't give two hoots what had happened. As a regular customer of this restaurant I'll no longer be ordering from this sub standard restaurant. Shameful behaviour!

Great service! The waiters were very nice and friendly. Service was a bit slow but understandable as we went as soon as it opened.

We ordered some overpriced parotta to take away. Either they do not know what it is, or they did not have any. But they should not have served this saying it was 'parotta' when it is not. It was some type of roti that looks like it was bought from a shop frozen and heated up. We had it when we got home and it did not taste nice and ruined our dinner. I am informing others because this restaurant may sell you the wrong food whilst stating it is other food and overcharge you. Please know what type of food you are selling before serving to a customer.

Before going to the place we looked up on the google and it said the place was closed. We went there anyway and discovered the place was open so we went in. The place was almost empty and had almost no atmosphere and felt quite cold. The food was quite simple and didn’t have a lot of flavours. They served chilli rice instead of garlic rice and when questioned they insisted it was garlic rice. After a while they came with the correct one. Overall it was ok.

Ciekawa, spokojna restauracja. Jedzenie dobre, choć bez fajerwerków. Samosa - dobry, warzywny farsz, ale ciasto bardzo przeciętnie. Paneer z tandoori podany bez sosu. Trochę rzeczy można by poprawić, ale warto skorzystać. Na pewno można się najeść 🤗

Always great food and service, never had an issue !

We went as a large table to the Sunday Buffet. There was 2 other tables other than ourselves. We were not greeted upon arrival. After sitting down we had to wait 1 hour for our ‘buffet’ to arrive. Staff were not helpful. When asked how long our food would be, no apology. Just told it would be a further 15 minutes. Once the food arrived it was disappointing especially after having to wait an hour. Overall- extremely disappointed.

We went to this place early Sunday evening. Food was good , service not so good. I asked for a couple of things while having my meal, nothing received. It was like staff weren't interested.

This place doesn’t serve authentic Indian food. It just says Indian cuisine but the food doesn’t taste authentic at all. The chicken biriyani was just a hyped fried rice. The curries are mild and sweet. Totally not worth the experience of an Indian cuisine.

The food was 1.5 hours late on a weekday. Food not tasty. The veggie side dishes had no spice or flavour, like it has just been dipped in curry sauce. Waiters were rude. Disappointed

Best Indian restaurant in town! Have to say their food are the tastiest out of many ones I’ve tried in Swansea. I ordered from them minimum twice a month, inside of the restaurant looks really nice and very comfortable when you dine in! Variety of dishes on their menu, prices are fair too. In fact I’m picking up a takeaway from them now, recommended!

My food delivery was late and was very cold so I had to put it in the microwave but didn't taste right so will never order from them again. £30 down the drain.

We went for dinner, we waited for 1hour to get food. Very bad costumer service. Food was very bad ordered biryani that was worst. Never going back to this place.

Such a great experience! Very nice staff and the food was so delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. For these fair prices we were not expecting such a luxurious restaurant! 5 stars and we are sad that we can not come back soon since we are from Germany. :(

First time trying this restaurant, ordered a takeaway for collection, as always the best option nowadays. Service was excellent on arrival, as was the venue. When I got my order home the quality and taste was sublime. The best indian cuisine that I have tasted since. Five Stars all around.

Wow what a discovery this was on a visit to Swansea. Friendly staff, amazing food. Prawns were so fresh, kids loved the korma. Great price for a family of 4. Definitely will return.

The worst and most careless service ever received at a restaurant until date. The Butter chicken gravy was too sweet and could not be eaten at all. Overall experience was below average.

This is a very nice restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. This is the third time I have been here with friends and we came back because we enjoyed it so much. It's airy and softly lit with a relaxing mellow atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Excellent Indian restaurant! A wide variety of Indian dishes, from starters to dessert. Good selection behind the bar too. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful.

Very busy resturant near the centre of Swansea City. We have tried their special biriyani and mixed tikka kebab. Food was really good and worth the money. Staff also very friendly. Tip - Reserve a table before the arrival 👍

Food is top draw, but we went for the buffet, dont realy explain what you can have or what you carnt, tells you popadoms and chutney as a starter and then a main and sides, ordered 4 popadoms whith the chutney and they go and charge you for two, the all you can eat buffet only includes 1 popadom, then a little plate comes out with 2 bargees and a couple of tikka bits then your main, £32 for 2. If u haveing a buffet you get better value with a help youself buffet like you get in all the other indians around swansea. Go here, order what u want forget the buffet. But the Food itself is 5star

If you're in town this is definitely worth visiting. All cooked fresh, reasonably price and nice surroundings. Definitely will be going back 👌👌

Just ordered three chicken kebabs from this place for £8.95 each and there was half the size of what i was expecting plus they charged me £4 pound delivery which they did not say when I was on the phone making the order. For anyone ordering from here don't order. go to the townhill tandoori indian you get more for your money.

Absolutely the best Indian meal in the city. My favourite.

Went for the Sunday Buffet. £14.95 for a mixed starter, main dish, rice dish and naan bread (which you can order again if not full!!!). I had murghi masala which was delicious, nice deep tomato and onion based sauces, delicious, slightly sweet but with just the right amount of spice. Great to see the restaurant was busy too.

Called for delivery at 5.45pm on a thursday night they left me on hold for 1 minute then put the phone down on me I have used the voujon many times i was not happy so i rang the raj takeaway in nearby st thomas the same order was cheaper I think i will stick with these from now on they were much more enthuiastic for the business

Turned up there at 10pm on Saturday night in a group of 11 hungry blokes. They had a table put together to seat us all inside 10 minutes. Great menu and to a person we all had fantastic dishes. First class service. Really reasonable prices too. Faultless.

Visit date 11/07/21 Sub standard no taste could have had my local take away at less than half the price and wait 1.5 hour wait from sitting down to getting main meal the sunday offer is gone right off in the years going there but just takes way to long staff are great just need a bigger kitchen as before they expanded in to unit next door turn around time was great. To quick to give starter and drinks then just a waiting game for the main as you can't leave. Great staff just be ready to wait not what it used to be quite disappointed will be sticking with my local in Morris spice going forward. Handi special no taste, Madras no sauce not. Also don't get caught out by the new price for the buffet meal it's gone up but old price on Web site and menu old which they are still using you really need to look as when pointed out its written in pen over the old price and the staff don't tell you that it's gone up. Even the staff agreed with me but he said he is not the boss called the manger over and he blamed the price increase on the war in Russia.

Booked a table having to wait 2 hrs for food came out warm wrong order on 2 the price has risen and way overbooked used this place alot but no more absolutely shambles

I pre booked a table for 5:30 for a nice family meal, We arrived at 5:30 and we ordered within 10/15 minutes of getting a table, we waited over 2hrs for our food to come, our drinks were flat as heck, waited an hour for a small coke. When our food finally came, it was stone cold, when we told them, we were greeted with ‘I’ll microwave it for you’. I’m sorry but you don’t offer a customer to microwave a CURRY up which it meant to be WARM! Utterly disgusting, will not be returning anytime soon, in fact I will be contacting environmental health about it. Utterly disgusting to be served FREEZING COLD CURRYS and offering to reheat them for us! If I wanted to reheat a curry, I would of just bought a cowing take away!!!!

A group of ten, no booking required, last minute decision, very content with our choice. Warm and comforting atmosphere, attentive staff, the food was delicious! Special thanks to the chef, whom introduced himself! St Helens road hosts many restaurants, the vojon is in my top 3, would highly recommend. Thank you, see you in the near future...

The vibe in this restaurant is very Indian and I like it. The ornaments were beautiful and made me feel like in India. Great service.

I just had a dinner in Vojon. The food and the staff behaviour was really bad. I will not recommend anyone to go there. They are not serving the authentic Asian food.

Do not eat there!!! Curry is watery, thin and tastless. Complained and they didnt really care. Will stick to the rose of indienne as the curry is always perfect there and staff much better.

First visit with my wife. Friendly service and warm interior. Will be returning for another meal! Starters: Chicken Tikka, Sheek Kebab, Onion Pakora and Paneer Tikka. Main Course: Tandoori King Prawns, Hasina Chilli Chicken and Chicken Makani. Sides: Garlic Cheese Naan, Aloo Paratha and Mushroom Rice. We thought we’d try a bit of everything! Everything was cooked fresh and met above expectations 🙌🏼

We celebrated by daughter's birthday with a Sunday buffet. The food was tasty and plentiful. Everyone enjoyed.
