I've had indian take away everywhere and the jalfrazi curry was best I've ever had wat I like is you can see them cooking as you wait I know my Curry will definitely call again Fat Mike.

witnessed a man from this business physically throwing out a vulnerable woman who was asking them to just ring for a cab... if their food is anything like their attitudes to the poor woman then i'd give it a wide berth

Ordered waited and hour 30 for delivery. Then I a phone call to say he had tried to deliver to my house and I didn't answer. I was sitting waiting the driver didn't come to my house. Then they run back to say they would come back together!? By wish time is was 10.40pm ordered before 9. No thanks not be using these again.

This is our 2 weekly treat and always is a fantastic meal. Watch them cook it and pack it, the guys are lovely there too

actually really nice food. last time we ordered from this building it was called king balti and it was absolutely terrible so it’s good to see that these guys have got their act together. (obvs not sure if same people). delivery driver had a bit of an attitude when he couldn’t find our house (only 15houses in street!!) but overall experience was good. will order from here again for deffo.

Very nice Indian, friendly staff. Food very nice. Only one small point, curry does get watery in the plastic containers. This isn’t what I like to see!

Unfortunately, this order hasn't been in favour of this takeaway. My order took 1hr and 50 minutes from order time to arrival (I ordered when they first opened). The 50 minutes were past the estimated delivery time and sadly by this point, my food was tepid at best. Such as shame as this restaurant's food is tasty and my go to local indian but ordering here is always hit or miss.

Just tried to eat a dupiaza from the dhoniya, tasted of water and nothing else, contacted them to inform them and they offered to replace the curry. I just told them I will not return. Looks like toast tonight instead.

Never again! Ordered and the time showed as 19:10 they updated the time to 19:40 which was no problem. Arrived at 19:35 only to find they hadn't even started our food!!! Had to sit in a freezing cold waiting room until 8pm. Got home and they had kindly given an extra naan and 2 x extra poppadoms. This didn't make up for the waiting time or lack of apology. The curry itself was fine, nothing special, but edible. The extras however were not! Onion bhaji undercooked and inedible, saag aloo was awful and one naan was still doughy like it was undercooked. Will not go here again

Excellent quality food, delivered earlier than predicted. Good sized portions and piping hot.

It wasn’t ready at collection time. They left food out so had to bring it up to us afterwards and we still then we’re short on parts of our order. Food itself was good.

Not a bad place to order from, all the delivery stuff was fine. They make their chicken pakora very differently from other Indian places, they have the texture of bhaji's. I can imagine someone liking them very much, but it wasn't to my taste. My samosa and Jalfrezi were fine, but not really standout.

Food was an hour late, arrived freezing cold. Even when reheated tasted disgusting. Phoned restaurant to complain and was only offered a small discount for our next order, which is safe to say will not be happening!!

Meal was 25 minutes later than I was told in email and was sent the wrong curry. Will never order from them again.

Excellent first time experience of Just Eat

Ordered at 6:05 and the food didn’t arrive until 9:10. Just Eat staff phoned the restaurant and was told the food would be with us in 20 minutes. It wasn’t. I then phoned twice and each time was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. When it finally did arrive we were not given any extras for having to wait so long and they refused to give us a discount on our order. The food was nice, despite being a little cold, but it wasn’t worth a 3 hour wait.

Was over an hour later than the emailed delivery time the staff where rude and the delivery driver was even a proper driver but a friend doing them a favour so didn't know where he was going . I ordered at 5.30 and it arrived at 8.30. THE FOOD ITSELF WAS nice but had to be warmed up in the micro wave 😟😟 not very happy

Not even worth the 1 star! What a money grabbing business!!!! Food took over an hour to deliever and they forgot my poppadoms and they haven't come back with my poppadoms or money! Fuming! Won't be ordering from here again

half an hour late, was late the last time we ordered too so this is probably the last time, food was warm not hot which was a let down too. tasted good though

Ordered, for delivery, meat vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, saag bhaji, Keema Nan, garlic naan, rice and chips.Arrived a few minutes late which is fine. Their delivery drivers can't be everywhere at once! The food? Absolutely delicious (again!) Thanks guys

Specifically ordered mango chutney with my order and upon delivery I received mint sauce. I rang the restaurant and the person I spoke to said that he didn't read the note and even though I ordered chutney they thought I would wanted the mint sauce and laughed. It was an awful experience, I have never got this service anywhere else in swansea. Would not order here again.
