Caffé Lucia in Swansea

The staff was so kind, polite and helpful that they couldn't do enough for people

No customer experience. We were waiting to be served and no one came to us. We made eye contact several times but the waitresses turned away. For sure I place I wouldn’t go back

Only called in for coffee while shopping. Close to Quadrant centre and one entrance to the market. Didn't have food but coffees were nice. Decor a little tired. City centre location so a mixed bag of customers using the cafe.

I would give a 0 if it would let me. Awful food , chicken lettuce mayo sandwich on its own with no salad no crisps and barely any chicken, which tasted like processed mulch. £ 31 for 4 people for this swill. I will never return as this cafe is stealing a living !!!

Ordered chocolate fudge cake at the cafe and it was a three layered cake , they (the guy at the cafe who was working on the 30th July at 11:53am) gave a two layered cake and said it’s the newer version (clearly not) also said there is nothing he can do about it. This experience was the worst as they can’t even take a simple order when we pointed out to the cake. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place instead I should just gone to costa which is across this cafe at least they pay attention to the customer and have the decency to correct their mistakes.

Their bakery collection and pasties are well recommended. They also serve lunch dishes sandwich bughett and so on. They have varieties of drinks collection juice and fizzy drinks. You can get pint lager soda and liquor as well. Their freshly made burger and fish and chips are very popular. Fresh juice is lovely in here.
