Good service and food was hot and tasty

Me, my mum and my baby came for lunch today. It's been years since I've come to Nandos but we fancied a cheeky Nandos. Mark opened the door to us welcoming into the restaurant before we were even in the entrance way. What amazing attention to service he has, we were blown away. He has awesome customer service and a unique touch, he clearly really cares about his customers. An exemplary employee. James was also great, he knew our table number and my dietary requirements before I'd even ordered with him at the main till. They checked up on us numerous times asking if everything was alright and checked if they could get us anything else at all. They kept the restaurant super clean and tidy and were always busy working away with a smile. Top top marks from us, we will be back. What a lovely lunch. Thank you!

Well you forgot the fries and no drink I paid £23 for a lukewarm chicken burger and box of peas still waiting for a refund

A young lady named Amelia was superb. Very efficient and professional. I asked her her name as I was leaving and feel she richly deserves mention. She was busy with customers all the while I was dining with my wife and friends. Got to say a pleasure writing this for someone who deserves praise when it it due.

Tres chicos fueron por el cumpleaños 16 de mi hijo. Viajó desde Newport para ir a comer después de nadar en LC. Los chicos se morían de hambre. Llegó a las 2 pm todavía aquí a las 4 pm Terrible servicio. Bebidas traídas después de la principal. Olvidé los desiertos.

A good range of flavours but sometimes the degree of heat isn't the same. More options for sides would be a great addition.

Entonces, pensé que Nandos era el lugar para pollo a la parrilla. Mi pollo llegó tibio y claramente no había visto una buena parrilla caliente. Pedí y en 5 minutos llegó la comida! Pero no es una buena señal. Le pregunté a mi camarera, "eso fue rápido, ¿estás seguro de que está cocinado" Su respuesta fue "precocinamos el pollo"! Vale, lo entiendo, pero ¿qué es lo que les impide tirarlo a la parrilla de llamas para acabar antes de presentarlo al cliente? No es bueno en mi opinión. Y encima de eso, mis papas también estaban tibias. ¡Ciertamente tampoco habían salido directamente de la freidora! Así que en general, no es una gran experiencia como normalmente me encanta Nandos. ¡Espero que se pongan las pilas!

Really swanky food topped off with elegance in the form of semi self-serving..

As Nandos go, this one is underwhelming by some way. Super slow and disorganised with the service and bringing food over. Forgot my wife's sides 3 times, had to remind them multiple times by which point her meal was almost cold. Very frustrating. It wasn't even busy. The food all fell a bit flat. Just felt like a run down branch in all honesty.

Went in when it was Quiet, thinking i was gonna get some quality food, But proceeded to get luke warm underdone chicken and the fries were mediocre. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

Don’t order from here on deliveroo. 90 minute wait for a cold chicken wrap with missing ingredients you paid extra for £18. And deliveroo won’t refund. Absolute joke.

I was impressed by the mushroom halloumi burger.

Excited as ever, my dear friend and I chose to eat at this well-loved restaurant yesterday. Both of us ordered the same dish, which was rather tasty & filling. Whilst consuming the food, I couldn’t help but notice a slight undercooked appearance on the chicken. I didn’t think much about this as the restaurant is quite dimly lit, so I continued to demolish the dish. 24 hours later, I made my way to the toilet to do my usual business. Let’s just say there was some issues regarding my experience in the bathroom. I assumed this problem was due to the meal and decided to let my friend that accompanied me about this. To my surprise, the friend informed me that she had the same issue. This ultimately confirmed that the looseness of the bowels stemmed from our dodgy meal. In the future, you should probably check that your food is completely cooked before distributing to customers.

Estoy aquí para expresar mi decepción con la reciente experiencia gastronómica que mi amigo y yo tuvimos en este popular establecimiento. Ayer visitamos el restaurante con gran expectación, pidiendo el mismo plato. Desafortunadamente, al recibir nuestras comidas, notamos que la carne parecía mal cocida. A pesar de nuestras preocupaciones, procedimos a comer la comida. Lamentablemente, al día siguiente, tanto mi amigo como yo experimentamos un severo malestar gastrointestinal (problemas abdominales) (no es casualidad). Este resultado fue profundamente preocupante y nos ha llevado a cuestionar las normas de seguridad alimentaria de este restaurante. Como clientes leales que siempre han disfrutado cenando en Nando's, este incidente nos ha dejado desalentados e insatisfechos. Sugerimos que investiguen este asunto rápidamente para garantizar la salud y el bienestar de todos los clientes. Destripado.

Awful , soulless grubby place , many Uber delivery drivers in and out of, dirty tables , food very mediocre and overpriced for what it was which is effectively chicken and chips , overall awful

Generally enjoy Nando's everywhere but on this occasion on holiday in Swansea this fell well below normal, First batch of chicken and chips arrived cold. Then a 30 minute wait for replacement. Next was OK but spoilt a nice holiday evening. Staff very apologetic but still a long long wait.

Nice, compact but comfortable spot. Seated immediately, and served delicious food within ten mins, by polite, friendly staff. Would recommend as its not outrageously priced. Less than £40 for two meals and drinks

Good food, quick and easy, had a little problem with the rice, but it was soon resolved. Friendly staff, not busy so suffered on Atmosphere points.

Food is tasty and spicy. Atmosphere is great. Portion sizes are smaller. It was crowded during dinner time.

We went as a very large booking of 30 people. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food came really quickly. Food was delicious.

Found a large clump of dandruff filled hair on our chips. Made us all want to vomit. Obviously "there's nothing we can do" lol sick vomit emoji

The food was average at best. Service was not great, waitress passed food over my young daughter's head while she was sitting in the highchair. Sauce bottles were grubby. Toilets were filthy. Won't be returning.

The food was nìce but expensive , most of us ordered online and one person out of the groups food didn't come so they went to question it and a staf member said that it didnt go through and there was nothing they could do even though the money was taken out of their account, they weren't helpful didnt try to get to the bottom of the issue overall they didnt care which was appauling. They paid twice for their meal. They even showed them their online banking and they said they couldnt do anything and they dont offer refunds.The rest of our food didn't even all come out at once they were scattered so we all finished at different times. My first time in nandos and probably my last such a bad experience for an expensive place. I spent 15 pounds for a burger chips and a drink.

Went to Nando’s o Thursday 8.15pm. They said going to be 20 minutes delay. We thought will wait. So ordered our food and waiting then 20 min later a guy came and said it’ll be another 20 min. Again waiting with children.20 minutes later another 20 min but he didn’t even apologise. No basic curtesy at all. We never had experience like this. Some of the staffs felt bad. But not the manager. Very poor customer service. We will never go there.

This was a fantastic restaurant for dinner, with a bright and welcoming design! The menus are readily available, drinks refillable machine could easily be used to get myself a Coke and the staff were very helpful when my friend accidentally split his drink. I had Chicken Leg with Peri-Salted Chips at comfortable seating, served nice and fresh!

The staff are excellently. They did a take out order for us 15 minutes before closing.

If you want a chat chicken meal it good

ordered on deliveroo and almost took an hour to get to me. chips were not fresh and whole meal was lukewarm. worst nandos ive been to, never had a bad experience at any of their restaurants till now

Food was fantastic, David who served us was an absolute Gent, his customer service is impeccable. Will definitely return.

Food cooked perfect, quick service, friendly staff, us family

I had a issue when ordering on the App in store, however the manager on shift 10th December 2023 11.30ish, was brilliant. He accomidated us, helped with the app. Payment had left my avalivle balance but did not go through properly - he took the order again and even gave us free drinks for the inconvenience. Though, i do understand this was more than likely a system error. The place and staff were lovely in general. We are from birmingham and came down for a visit, glad we did. Everyone was amazing!

Food is lovely with fair portions, service is generally quite good although wait times between individual meals can be spaced out sometimes. Great atmosphere I find it much better than the morfa branch.

In my limited experience Nandos is always great and Nando's Swansea provided tastiness on a plate with great service.

It's Nandos, you get what you expect. Food was good and served nicely with pleasant staff. However, there was a wait for forks to be cleaned and some cutlery was still stained.

Good food but it took 55mind to cook, not exactly fast. We did get a couple of free sides but when ordering we were told we'd have our food in 20mins. Took nearly an hour! They need to be honest.

Good atmosphere but food is quite expensive. If you're looking for a kids party/outing I'd think twice and shop around for more reasonable options that kids would enjoy just as much. No allergen file and zero items safe for a coeliac, despite the staff saying "that's fine" when asked about dietary requirements. Would advise any coeliac to stay clear, if you're gluten intolerant you might be ok.

Came here this evening for dinner, my daughter unexpectedly became sick (not from the food - we hadn’t yet eaten) the young waitress (wish I’d got her name!) was really kind and boxed our food up for us and kept it warm whilst my partner and I cleaned our daughter up. Small gesture but meant a lot to us at the time. The rest of the staff were also very considerate, made a stressful evening that little bit easier, thank you!

The food was amazing, food didn't take long to come out, píut a bit too much very hot peri peri sauce on which was hotter than I've tasted, other than that, 10 out of 10.

We visited nandos 08 May, we sat on table no 6, and the table was absolutely sticky and dirty. The table felt and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. We ordered 12.41pm and food delivered around 13.40. Foods was good except liver and sweets corn, the rainbow salad was disastrous and horrific. Missing feta cheese, half cooked broccoli, no hummus...Barely felt like a salad. The liver had no taste or flavour, like a chewy paste.

Disappointed. We were greeted by a server that did not say one single word to us! Walked to the door, turned his back, walked off - then turned around in a strop for us to follow him - then walked away again! We had never been to Nandos before and had no idea what we were doing or how to order! Luckily the other people working there seemed lovely- so we eavesdropped them explaining to other customers how to order! We figured it out - eventually- the app was easier to navigate than the online ordering - however there were a few things on the menu that I could not find on the app - but we know were available because the people next to us had them - which was frustrating! Food arrived quickly and was nice. I suppose that any future visits would be slightly less stressful now that we know what to do - but not sure I'd ruh back!

Popped in for a cheeky Nandos before the cinema. Luckily we went straight in and found a seat straight away. Service was quick and friendly, food came promptly and was very tasty. The spicy chips were amazing, the chicken succulent and the macho peas were well worth the experience. Great food and service. We will be back!

Run of the mill nandos to be fair

Good food and arrived quickly. We really like the attentiveness of the management team in taking orders involving dietary requirements. Only minor niggle is that the tables are a bit sticky because of the cleaning spray used and not wiped down after cleaning. Will definitely come back.

I paid £13 and it was horrible, I had 3 bits of chicken in my wrap it was fallen apart. My partner had about 7 chips come with his. Very overrated and horrible. Wouldn’t mind my money back no point in paying.

Obviously a very busy Saturday night, but staff seemed to be getting on with it very well. I know how tough it's been with all the new regulations as I also work in a restaurant. Could see the staff were stressed but still good service and very attentive, and as per food was delish! Good job legends

As usual, this is a busy restaurant and it’s important to get there early with social distancing standards in place. It’s virtual QR queueing and ordering. This can be tricky with mobiles and certain providers. However, Karim (manager that night) and staff were working hard to make sure customer service could be at its best. The menu was more limited so I finally went for the wing roulette which did not disappoint, but wow a lot of chicken! We felt the tables were well spaced and everything was clean. I would recommend.

Stopped here on a very busy Friday night in Swansea. As we hadn't booked had to join a online que for an hour. But the food was the normal standard for nando's. Very friendly welcome and helpful staff

The food is as delicious as usual but the ordering is a bit of a faf as we had to create an account to order. Before you go make sure you have QR code scanner.

Obviously it was busy because it was half term but there was no method to the madness at all. I've heard good things about the food so was going to give it a go but the member of staff we dealt with was clueless as to organising the tables.

Beautiful food. Fantastic customer service. Food was cooked exactly too our liking I had the thighs medium sauce absolutely beautiful with chips and mash amazing food. Even though it was busy the staff still took time out to ask us how our food was and make a conversation which was really helpful.

I’ve eaten here a number of times and not once have had a bad meal. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The only complaint would be the wait times and the cue. Nando’s in Swansea could do with an expansion there is a clear demand for it with people cueing out the door!

When eating in the food is usually good but when you get a takeaway it seems they often give you the overcooked chicken so its hard to complain about it until you have left

Me and my friend make a weekly visit to Nando’s however usually attend Talbot Green. Yesterday we visited Swansea Nando’s and I had 1/2 chicken and chips. The chicken breast was fine, cooked. However the leg was absolutely disgusting. I went to the manager who was adamant this is how a chicken legs look. As if I had never ate a chicken leg in my life and wasn’t aware how it was supposed to look! The chicken was pale, sweaty and rubbery ... obviously undercooked! He just didn’t give a crap as was damn right rude didn’t even offer a new leg or a discount for clearly not eating the food. Will never return.

Expect a queue and shorter waiting times for a table than quoted. We waited 15 mins and quoted 25. Saturday 4:40pm arrival so peak time.

We went as a family including 2 children, it was very busy but only waited 10 minutes max for a table, very friendly young man taking names for table and very polite. Being our first time there we wasn’t sure if it was table service but soon realised we had to go up to order.

I’ve been a couple of times since the refit and I’m definitely not a fan. It’s way too open plan, it’s as if you’re sitting on the laps of the people on the next table.

£45 for 2 🌽 and 2 whole chicken 🍗 half bowl chips. Taste is ok nice soft less greasy but nothing to eat.

Everytime we have visited this place the food has always been delicious. However we have noticed that the prices have been creeping up. Its nice as a one off treat.

I had never been in a Nando’s before as I expected it to be rubbish fast food with poor service.

Only second time going to Nando’s won’t be returning, over rated mass produced food, too noisy awful music couldn’t hear each other speak. Have to say the chicken was nicely cooked but expensive for what it is.

Quick clean good tasty food! I do recommend to get half a chicken with a garlic sauce. Good for family and friends gatherings. Be prepared to pay before you eat.
