Matt made us feel welcome and was very attentive. Sorting out chargers, drinks and games. Bambu are very lucky to have him.

I wouldn't recommend for a night out. I didn't realise if you go downstairs when it's busy you have to queue for half an hour to get back up stairs. Everyone was squashed into the corner in the queue and it was really dangerous and poorly managed. Me and my friend got pushed out the queue by a bouncer so we weren't able to get back up to our friends even after queueing for half an hour. The music wasn't great either so don't waste your time there.

Matt and sian were fantastic!! They made the night! Would highly recommend getting a premium package!! Worth every penny

We held our daughters 13th birthday party at Bambu Beach Bar Swansea on 12.05.24. We cannot thank them enough, they made this event truly magical. We booked it back in January, the communication has been fanatic, answering all my query’s within the same day, along with checking details of the party to avoid any mishaps. The venue is spotless and perfectly decorated, the D.J was fantastic and a huge huge hit, the food delicious and plentiful. The gentleman in charge of the bar area made the best cocktails and mocktails, nothing was too much for him, he was happy, friendly and treated us all like royalty. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we will never forget this special day.

This was a fantastic spot for relaxing, after having a shot from the stylish counter! The tropical vibe is lovely as the roofs kickstart, accompanied by swinging chairs and fancy lights.

As someone who has worked in hospitality, I personally know the demands of an event like the one last night. Josie was amazing at helping me resolve an issue I had last night. Bouncers were informed and I was so impressed with the care and communication between the staff. I felt really safe and looked after by Josie and DJ Jordan thank you so much for helping me enjoy my night!

I had a chance to pop again on new year eve, music upstairs was nice, but you had a menu on the table with lower prices then actually is. When I order at the bar I have been informed as the menu is wrong and many stuff is more expensive then is showing.

By far the best club on wind street. Has a 2 floor terrace, an open middle floor with house music, and a downstairs floor with r&b hits. Friendliest staff, always go here with my mates, never disappoints. thank you gallon and gareth for a great night

It's a 3 Floor Bar and Club with a very electrifying atmosphere, and good drink options. You can always enjoy the happy hour experience if you're lucky to be at the right time. I highly recommend.

Jorge, sian, and steve were amazing - table service to our last minute karaoke booking (thanks to josie for helping organising) they provided table service and offered water when my friend was slightly too tipsy. fantastic and on time service with friendly servers that we’re willing to join in on a joke. Highly recommend on a quiet day when you’re just out for one or two.

Booked a karaoke booth online, which was very straightforward for the most part. I would have bought extras if there was any description of what I was getting. Simply listing 'cocktail tree' for £60 just doesn't tell you what you're getting. If it's 10 gin based drinks, it could be free and I wouldn't want it. Actual experience was fantastic, staff were lovely, drinks ordering was quick and they were delivered promptly, and the booth was clean and tidy. The equipment worked well and was easy to use. A good time was had by all.

Booked a work party at Bambu and it was absolutely fantastic! Josie and a the staff working that night were so helpful, patient and professional. Great choice of drinks available and the food was incredible! The entire process of organising the party was seamless and communication from Bambu was fantastic! Thank you for the best night!

Bar staff was rude, bouncers were rude. Overall disappointed with the experience, my friends got thrown out for being near a person that was too drunk because the bouncers thought they were together. No matter how much we’d explain to them that they weren’t involved they would not let our friends back in. Would choose any other club on that road over this.

Josie and the team were amazing. We used Bambu for our works summer party, they were not short of attentive and thought of every detail. Food was amazing, catered to all the dietary requirements provided. Allowed us to bring our own entertainment whilst providing us with a DJ (Jordan Saunders) who was also outstanding. We also got to make use of the Karaoke Booths which are always a great shout for our group. Not only this, they provided us with beer pong and topped us up without asking. Thanks again guys! Really went above and beyond

As a group of friends and family we booked a karaoke booth to celebrate 2 special birthdays, an 18th & 40th. Upon arrival, the security people on the door would not accept any form of ID for the 18 year old within our group other than a driving licence (which we did not have as they do not drive and aren't currently learning). After explaining to them several times by his mother and God mother, a very rude lady on the door told the God mother that she has no right to be involved in the conversation as she was not his real mother!! She reluctantly let us in eventually but said he would not be served alcohol. The room was grotty and small, all the pre-ordered drinks were brought in simultaneously by the host. The empties were not collected meaning the very small tables were overflowing with glasses. Being a party of 20, it did feel cramped with the lack of space. The microphones were really low in volume, had to practically scream into them to be heard singing. It was a massive let down for the money paid to hire the room. Not helped by the rude staff on the door. I would never go there again and would not recommend.

Visited here whilst in Swansea to watch a show. It's a cracking bar, with good drinks and it's very reasonably priced. I would defo visit again.

I was really apprehensive whether the cocktail making would be worth it but it exceeded my expectations!! Max and Oscar were great hosts! We enjoyed every part of making cocktails! They added great entertainment to the start of our night playing drinking games and showing us how it’s done when it comes to making a cocktail! I would Highly recommend for any occasion, it’s been great fun.

Attended a 16th birthday party recently at Bambu, amazing food and fantastic atmosphere and great attitude with the staff especially Josie who was very helpful and always had a smile. Would definitely recommend here for parties

A group of colleagues and I visited Bambu after a meal out in Swansea. On entering the bar, which only had 4 - 5 other people in, we were charged, in my opinion, quite a high entry tariff. The bar service was very good and prompt but probably due to the lack of patrons. The drinks were expensive, but this may just be the going price for a Saturday night in Swansea. Considering the lack of customers, I was very surprised that the toilets were unkempt and out of toilet paper. Not the best experience

The outside seating is lovely however i am not fond of the bathrooms at the top floor (by the outside seats)

We booked a masterclass and karaoke Booth here for my best friends hen do. There were only four of us but honestly having Oscar and our masterclass was a highlight of the whole weekend. He was so attentive, funny and made the group feel so welcomed. We had so much fun. He was kind enough to keep our secret of karaoke, and escort us to our booth. Thank you Oscar and bambu bar. We booked a cocktail making class and karaoke session on Saturday the 15th for our best friends hen do! You can scream as loud as you want for the karaoke, such a fun booth! Loads of song choices. Oscar our barman was AMAZING, he was so fun and just really good at hyping us up! All the cocktails we made were amazing. He really made the night for us! Oscar we ❤ you We will definitely be back!

Good however the karaoke booths could do with a spruce up and the mics just didn't work. They must've had a good bashing which proves bamboo offers a good night. Service a little slow but nice enough staff.

Fantastic service from Josie (who went above and beyond) and the whole team. From booking through to us leaving at the end of the night. She ensured the boys 18th birthdays went off with a bang! From inflatable guitars, neon sunglasses, birthday banners and a cake with flaming candles all in the karaoke room waiting for us. Fantastic!
