The lamb curry was absolutely stunning and rice. The special burger was way too small and there is too much sauce in it. The chips were absolutely stunning as well.

Food took an hour to arrive and then parts of the order were cold. Unsurprisingly. Not the best first experience.

The food is good but you have to wait too long to get it. Ordered a delivery and it took over 2 hours so the next time I ordered a pick up an hour in advance with an agreed collection time but it was still 30 mins late! Just not good enough sorry. If you can’t fulfil the orders don’t take more on!

Waited nearly 2 hours for food, I have contacted the shop twice and spoke to a gentleman, no apology 😑. Won't be ordering from here again, not worth the wait. Gentleman I spoke to was more concerned about not getting paid for the food he had eventually made, than the amount of time we had waited, and the food we had paid for that we hadnt received.

Customer service is a JOKE. I like the food from ISK but it’s just not enough of a reason to order from there anymore, and can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. Absolutely every single time I get a delivery the order is a minimum of 45 minutes late and/or missing items but they alway seem to have time for multiple Instagram posts. Tonight i ordered one curry and one fries and it was an HOUR AND THREE QUARTERS late. I called for an update at 8:50 which was 40 minutes past the delivery time and was told no later than quarter past, called again at 9:25 as it was STILL not delivered and was told the driver was on the way and it would be less than 10 minutes. By 9:40 I called a THIRD time and asked why my order still hadn’t been delivered and they just flatly refused to give an explanation. Finally received my food at 9:50 when it was meant to arrive at 8:20. Food arrived cold and barely edible. Took nearly 3 hours from the point of ordering to receive my food with only apologies from the restaurant when I spoke to them for the third time. No offer of a refund or attempt to make good. Judging by other reviews this seems to be how they are operating now so wouldn’t recommend to anyone if you want an order for delivery.

Ordered 2 paneer currys and a couple of sides through Uber eats. The order took over 3 hours to arrive, despite being given an initial timeframe of 1 hour. When we rang the restaurant they told us it would be another half an hour, but it ended up being another full hour. They should not have accepted the order, and we would have cancelled if they were honest with us when we rang them. Would not recommend at all.

Amazing food. My partner said awesome fantastic probably the best curry he has ever had…he had the lamb naga curry. I had tikka burger & tikka loaded fries they were so good.

The food provided by this restaurant is mediocre at best, lacking the authentic taste and quality one would expect from an Indian dining experience. Despite charging a separate fee for delivery, the service is highly unsatisfactory, with long delays and poor handling. Even more frustrating is the fact that the restaurant consistently fails to deliver within the promised timeframe, causing inconvenience and disappointment for customers. Improvements in both the food quality and delivery service are essential for a better dining experience.

Delivered from deliveroo… was over an hour late. Ordered over an hour before restaurant shuts. Ordered 2 of the same curry.. one chicken one paneer. The curry that was meant to be medium spiced but was so spicy that I couldn’t eat it.. my partner loves spice as well and even he thought it was too hot. Couldn’t taste any ginger or garlic that was meant to be in the curry… wouldn’t order again. Very disappointed.. ☹️

Need a petition to get ISK open at lunch time. The food is just incredible 😂 The Tikka Wraps are out of this world.

Very conflicted review!! First time customer, ordered at 6.54pm, delivery was estimated arrival 7.55 - 815pm....called them up 8.21pm and was told it will be there within the next 30 mins,offered a refund and told "its really busy", no apology. Rung back AGAIN at 8.54pm(did get an apology this time)..."order with the driver"...order arrived 9.20pm (approx 2.5hrs after ordering which is laughable) was worried it'd be cold but was wrong here,it was absolutely superb! The food would have to be a 5/5 but the delivery/service would be 0/5 if possible,went down the middle with a 3/5!

Unbelievable food. You won't find another Indian restaurant locally which produces such tasty food. I've also worked in India for a number of years and food is on par with the meals I've had there. Great food and very good value for money.

Food is okay but their delivery service is shocking, twice I’ve ordered and had to cancel , I couldn’t get hold of the kitchen. once my food was cancelled they delivered and asked for money which I already ordered food by then. It’s shocking I don’t recommend them

Frozen veg used in the Jalfry is never a good thing, it was quite oily too. Tasted ok to be fair. The potion sizes seem smaller compared to other takeaways.

Collected my order from the takeaway, chilled to the meditative music and when I got home, the food exploded with flavour, amazing quality, got to be the best food experience in Swansea, I am super impressed, tastes incredible

Generally I always read reviews before I try a new place and I thought I’d give ISK a shot despite quite a few 1 star reviews…. Well delivery took over 2 hours and the food was mediocre, curry was FAR too sweet, tikka fries were not as spectacular as people say and the only decent thing in my opinion were their Somosas. In all honesty I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to friends:(

Good takeaway. Enjoyed both the main dishes I ordered and shared with a friend on my first order. I ordered online for delivery and it arrived within 45 minutes on a Friday and I was nearly four miles away and it was still hot when it came. Ordered again from their new site in town. The curry was really nice. Will be ordering again.

Absolutely scandalous having to wait 3 hours for 2 curries. Tried to contact a number of times but no apology when finally answered or when finally delivered.

Extremely disappointed with our food. Spent over £40 and threw away most of the food. The main dishes aren’t cooked fresh, but are heated up in a microwave. Three dishes were cold. The tarka Dahl was just a container of flavoured water. The onions in the main dishes were huge and under cooked. We’ve had meals from the ISK for many years but this was by far the worst meal we’ve ever had !

The absolute best takeaway around. Its food is incredibly good quality. It tastes fresh, is made with care and looks amazing. The food has a really great mix of flavours so you get plenty of spice but never in an overpowering way. Instead, it's well-balanced so every bite tastes great. My favourites are the crispy chicken burger and chilli cheese fries but the curries are also exceptional. Just really great quality all round and worth the visit!

I can’t fault the service or the food. It’s our go to when it’s a birthday treat or it’s been a long week!! You get so much for your money, i honestly can’t fault them at all.

Oh my gosh, first time trying tonight after contemplating it for so long and wow.. the food was so good I am lost for words 😂 I’ve tried and tested many Indian Restaurants throughout the country and the moment I tried the butter chicken 🫨 I can easily say without a shadow of doubt, we will be returning more often!

What can I say ordered food for deliver at 7pm tonight two hours later no sign so I rang them up, to be told waiting for the delivery driver to come back, be about 20 mins I said are you sure as my husband has to be in work by 10 then he said about 30 I said is my food there, he said yes, I then said I will come and pick it up and then he said it Will Be ready for you when you when you arrive, now 2.and half hours if I had waited to have food delivered is not acceptable when you are told 40 mins, if it’s going to be 2 hours or longer let people know, when I picked my food up he said would you like a drink for the dilivery for which I said no thank you. Its a shame really as there food is good but I won’t be ordering from there again.

Waited over 2 hours for my food, everytime I rung they kept saying it’s out for delivery, don’t bother ordering unless you want to starve all night

Absolutely dreadful. First time ordering through Swansea eats, was really excited to try this place and waited almost 3 hours for a delivery of 2 small meals. Kept getting palmed off when we rang, then told us after and hour and a half of waiting that it's going to be at least another half an hour because they're e waiting on the driver. Another hour passes and still no sign of the food so we ring again, answered the phone and they hung up without saying anything. Tried ringing again and they purposely kept the phone off the hook so we couldn't ring back if we wanted to, said absolutely nothing at all and all we could hear was background noise for half an hour whilst we waited for someone to acknowledge us, which they never did and hung up once again! Tried messaging them on Facebook yet our comments kept getting deleted. Tried contacting Swansea eats for a resolution to this absurd behavior from the restaurant and even they've ignored us after emailing their support team and leaving messages on their socials for the past week. Both Swansea eats and inidan street kitchen were disgusting with the way they treated us and I would never recommend either place to anyone unless you want a headache and loose out on your money. Will stick to mad buns or dfc from now on as their customer service is above and beyond and the food is excellent.

Terrible service! Waited 3 and half hours for food to be delivered! after a 2 hour wait we rang to find out where our food was, they told us it was out for delivery! This went on for a further hour and half. Each time we called they led us to believe it was out for delivery when I don’t actually think it had even been made! The place closed at 9.30 we were still calling at 10pm to chase our food! Really shocking! Won’t be ordering from here again!

Ordered for a community event, got great feedback about the food from those who attended. Food was packed nicely and arrived piping hot. Definitely will order again in the future.

Quality deep fried chicken. Definitely better than KFC. Lamb jalfrezi it was nice, spicy but in my opinion it was too sweet. Butter chicken is very sweet. I will try again lamb jalfrezi soon to double check anyway maybe it was a different batch 👌

Prices gone up and portions seem to have gone down?3 chicken strips instead of 4 strips the chicken is nicer now although not as much flavour,spicy donner fries seem to have half the meat they used to on,food is still 10/10 but if your going to increase the prices at least keep the portions the same

3 hours and still waiting for delivery last called the place almost half hour ago with a promise it was leaving the shop and would be a max of 20 minutes. Absolute joke of a place, I will be getting my money back from uber eats. Never known a place to be so diabolical. Even if the food turns up and is lovely, nothing is worth waiting what will be over 3 hours for. I wouldn't order again even if they were the last place on earth.

Ordered from Indian street kitchen on Saturday 4th November. Order was placed for delivery with a 45 minute delivery time. After an hour I called the store as we hadn't received the order and I was told when the driver comes back it will be straight out to us. After another half an hour still no sign so called again and was told driver is on their way and it will be with is any minute. Another half hour had gone by so 2 hours since placing our order, still no sign so I called again to complain and I was told to message on Facebook and they would sort something out for me such as a voucher, refund etc. So I messaged and my multiple messages to them have been ignored for the last 5/6 days. Order was finally delivered almost 2.5 hours after ordering with no apology, by this time it was almost 10pm. Order was to an address less than a mile away so I don't understand how it took so long for the order to get delivered and why there was so much of a delay. If I knew it was going to be such an issue and take so long I would have collected it instead. Terrible customer service, food was also not hot on arrival. Definitely collect if ordering from here.

I order chicken biryani and vegetable biryani being an Indian this biryani not even 10% close to any biryani please when you serving Indian food please at least try to reach its standards

Food is lovely. It’s just a shame about the wait time. Restaurant accepted order, said it would be 15mins rush over to be waiting an hour. Think it would have been longer if we hadn’t moaned. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but we had our son in the car waiting to have his McDonald’s.

Long wait for a delivery of mush which is the only way to describe this food. Over componsate with flavours/seasoning which gives you a bad stomach.

This place has gone down hill. It used to be fantastic food and was always delivered on time. Now the food is tasteless, the rice overcooked, and was delivered 50 minutes late and was supposedly out for delivery that whole time. Won't order from here again

Amazing price for such unique tasting food. I’ve been to london and tried many restaurants and by far this is one of the top places I would recommend for food. Such a gem, you wouldn’t believe it was located in swansea. The seasoning on the dishes are top tier, bursting with flavour I would highly recommend (especially the hefty chicken burgers and the pizzas)

I had the Double Crispy Chicken Naga Burger with a tikka Fries - absolutely lovely to be fair, plenty of tikka with the fries and the burger was very tasty - couldn’t really taste any naga, but that’s not the end of the world - food tasted good and it filled me up.

I've had good here 3 times now and it's really consistent. Very aromatic and fresh. It's a winner. I'm not too sure if it's something you can grab quickly as the dishes are cooked fresh and take some time to prepare so I've had to wait a while to get food. I don't mind waiting for freshly cooked food though. I would like to see more of a variety of breads available if I could change one thing.

Ordered a takeaway online through Swansea Eats. The lamb dhansak was tasty but some of the lentils were undercooked and the pilau rice was dry, some of it almost crunchy

Ordered online, they said 2 hour wait but it took 3 hours. Order early to guarantee food here. This is no ordinary Indian takeaway, the food is absolutely delicous, everything I ordered was top quality. My wife has never liked Indian food and now loves this place. I even ordered a sweet chilli dip for 50p and that was outstanding!!! Naga wings outstanding. Be careful of the hot option for curry as it is genuine Vindaloo hot hot. Will definately be buying from here again.

Food was lovely, no complaints there. Ordered twice from there now, delivery time for the 1st was long but borderline acceptable. Ordered tonight at 6.15 and food didn't arrive till 9.20. After calling the store they said it would be another 20 minutes. If you're struggling with delivery orders just don't offer them, or maybe just delive4 to a smaller area. Unfortunately I wouldn't order again simply due to the extremely poor service, I wouldn't even want to collect from store. Its a shame because the food is delicious but they really must do better, a 3 hour wait is shocking, and I don't know any other take away place that would take this long.

Been ordering on a regular, the last few, there has always been something wrong, this one, loaded fries that were loaded with nothing, everything that comes with any kind of sauce, apparently is a pre made naga sauce, in other words, if the sauce is too hot, they wouldn't know how to tone it down, or put less in. The best thing about buying food is there's plenty of other places, but once your standards drop, you know itll get worse.

I really want to give this place 5stars. Food was amazing yet it's been 4 days since and my stomach still doesn't feel right. Might be something else but it's way too much of a coincidence.

Best takeout in Swansea. Ordered 3x from Swansea eats app. Food is hot and so much flavour. I recommend the Bombay burger and chatt fries for £7. And the garlic and chilli cottage cheese is delicious

Stunning. It came a long way so was worried how it would be when delivered. Lovely flavours. Samosas and paratha were perfect. Had the biryani and portion was big. And also had the kochiwala and it's gorgeous. Drinks were cold too so that's always a bonus.

Tikka loaded fries and curry was spot on, the rest so called street food was very basic. The mint sauce was probably the worst I've tasted. very watery and bland. overall its rather disappointing

Great customer service by the team. The food well what can I say. It was truly delicious especially the Naga naga burger and the donor loaded fries. The food packed lots of flavour and spice. The only disappointment was the Aloo tikki Chaat which was okay. The chilli paneer had a really nice kick to it and went down well. They are a takeaway service which only accept cash at their place so any credit card bookings need to be done online. We will return to try the biryani and another burger.
