Had an amazing experience with my mates, the bar staff are lovely especially Amy, she was quick with the drinks and very nice, will definitely come back again.

Probably the best bar on wind street, place is amazing come here after work all the time. Safe to say we’ll keep coming back. Please turn on your boxing machine I wanna beat my best 😂 thankyou coyote….❤️❤️❤️

Toilets are absolutely abysmal Drinks are expensive Not enough bar staff NO vegan options whatsoever Dancers constantly shout over the music with the mic on full blast

Fantastic atmosphere! The staff are brilliant. I always have some an amazing time, the food and drinks are great value for money! Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to have fun on a night out.

Had my birthday here last week and the bottomless brunch was amazing, those ladies can really dance! The drinks were strong, the staff were lovely and the music was good.

Had a lovely experience today. Went in to grab some food with a friend. Was served by the lovely Eleri and food was cooked by Chloe. Could not fault it. Will definitely be coming here again.

The atmosphere was great and the tunes were consistent bangers, the two coyotes who served me (brown hair and blonde hair because I don’t know names) were really lovely and were really quick with serving me my drinks. Definitely recommend Coyote Ugly to anyone going out in Swansea, truly the life of a Saturday night!

I went a few days ago and honestly the best experience I’ve ever had!! The girls were lovely!! Super quick with the drinks even busy!! The security and door staff were super friendly!! Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good night out!

Keep a close eye when you make payments. I’m pretty sure that as I went to tap my phone on the payment device the bartender snuck her had under the phone and added a large gratuity via the touch screen. She did this quite quickly as I was paying. She held the device as I presented my phone and her finger/hand adjusted position as my phone covered the screen. She was reluctant to give a receipt and would only give one with the total and not itemised. she was also quite rude when I asked for a receipt. If she did do what I thought she did that would be theft. Keep a close eye out. It was quite skilled so it’s likely this is a regular move. If the bar manager reads this you may want to look into it. Especially if any particular staff does a lot better for gratuities than the others.

I used to love this pub but my last visit was very horrible. When I went to buy a drink for me a rude bartender overcharged me for the drink and after I was served she just asked me to take away the drink and leave from here such a rude attitude by her. Please I kindly request the management to teach some manners for the staffs.

Evie and Lois are the best dancers , so friendly and inviting to ladies to get up on the bar and encourage feminism Would deffo recommend for the ladies

Such a fun place! 90s-00s music. A range of ages of people there. Dancing on the bar (staff and drinkers). Great security staff, felt very safe there. A photo booth on site (hilarious trying to fit 6 people in it for a photo!). Pretty quick service seeing as it was so busy. A charge to get in (standard on a Saturday night) but well worth it.

Great example of what we would call a "dive bar" in the US. It's a style of bar, not an insult! Very friendly staff and good food. Nice selection of food and drinks, and a fun atmosphere.

A great location with the best mix of music and great staff particularly one with pink hair called Jen. She was super nice and friendly with brilliant customer service skills!

Poorly run security, my daughters was assaulted last night and the bouncers did nothing shame on you. Thank-you to our police who were very supportive

Hello to all public. I regular customer in ugly Coytes. I came on Thursday today in there 2 am I ask then to sing only 1 song celene dion . And dj man treat me unfair like rasist. He book British mans even himself to sing after he told us last 7 people was before me. But he continued other British people after it to put songs without booking even not show manager that he booked them . He lied customer me . And I from 11pm to 3 am could not get one song to sing . So unfair I even told him I not drunk and sing very well I not wanted sing for price just for fun because my friend come from different city to visit me . Why his friends British people could sing I not .

Jens amazing for service. Offered me and my mates hats which they bought for a laugh. She danced with me on the bar when I was offered to be pulled up on two separate occasions by two other lovely members of staff. All were great fun to dance with and be around. Fave place to go on a Saturday!

Really nice staff tht looked after us, when it got busy the crowd were decent to. Plus women dancing on bar 😊 only downside is it makes me want to watch the film again now 🤣.

When karaoke is on it like regulars before guests so I don't think people will will sing

Awful place. Reminiscent of a crack den with over weight crack where's prancing about on the bar. Avoid this place

Really good vibes here, girls were amazing and bouncers are lovely too. It would have been a five star but the toilet facilities are really poor, the doors wouldn’t close properly so I had to hold the door shut with my leg as I was on the toilet. Other then that it was brilliant :)

This was a fantastic venue to visit, with a flashy setting contributed to by the lighting! Vibes are excellent and the women provided great singing with dancing, accompanied by karaoke screen for us all. I had a pint of Heineken and a shot too, chilling out by the luminous green table!

Working the venue with a performance company, so not really been there for a night out. However did have food in the venue, very happy with the quality and preparation of the food.

Only put 2 stars because one of the bar staff was really nice, the rest were rude and ignorant, and those dancing have a massive attitude problem. Screaming at me for reaching to grab the drink that the bar staff was passing me, chill out love you aren't in the theater, you're in short shorts on a bar in Swansea. Cardiff venue is soooo much better

Went down Friday and a gorgeous girl with blue sort of hair served me she was so sweet, definitely hoping to see her again!

Great atmosphere, girls were great and loved the dance routines. Only thing that ruined my experience was the prick in the waistcoat, couldn’t run a bath let alone a bar

WE ARE THE THATS MY NANA GROUP!! We came in the 11th November for the brunch and omg did we have an absolute blast we enjoyed ourselves and we’ve not laughed so hard before!! Massive shout out to jonsey who absolutely bosses looking after us and made the whole brunch experience even better we can’t wait to come back❤️❤️❤️

These guys discriminates a lot. They don’t allow blacks into the place without insults. I have been embarrassed twice and I will advice others to boycott

The worst place to go in Swansea, there is a reason why the rude workers are outside shouting into microphones. Bouncers are power-hungry and do not care about people that have been spiked, drinks are overpriced, Women staff workers won’t talk to anybody of colour.

Great bar staff, great door staff atmosphere is always amazing inside and i always feel welcomed when coming in. Despite previous reviews don't let that dissuade you 😁

Love Coyote Ugly, its become one of my regular go to venues. The staff are lovely, the drinks are always superb and the food is great too! Even better that it is served until 2am!

Being asked for covid passes here at 2130 this evening claiming its law and its not will not be coming here again

Staff here were great, on a busy Saturday there were fast to serve. We were a large group attending for my birthday and they really looked after us.

Fantastic night out great music takes awhile to get drinks but music and atmosphere is great really enjoyed

Lovely staff, good atmosphere. Good drinks. Rules are a bit strange with regards to dancing on the bar. Can't dance on the bar with open toed shoes and you can't wear someone else's shoes on the bar if you can change them.

A great night enjoyed by the whole group and we Will be visiting again soon !

There was a customer wearing blackface dancing and drinking, and security allowed him in looking like that. DO BETTER.

Security let a man clearly wearing black face into the venue. (What kind of chaotic weirdo wears blackface I’m 2021?) Security should have handled it better and it ruined the experience for me and ALL of my friends last night. It’s unacceptable.

Started asking to be served for a drink at 10.30, still not drinks, only have the table for another 25 mins.😒

After a previous review left the staff here quickly sorted our problem and reordered our drinks they explained there had been a medical problem with our first server and quickly re ordered our drinks for us the girl apologised and brought some complimentary shots over she was quick and very apologetic and showed great service this was the only reason we stayed tonight nice one coyotes we will be back for them chicken strips soon!!

Worst pub ever, waited 1 hour for over a drink. Then got abuse from staff for complaining about our wait time. “We should wait like the rest of the customers” Rotten customer service. Nice pub

Nice vibes, lots of screens for sport, great seating, and wow... Best waitress ever? Ask for the legend Amber! Recommends the best drinks and great banter. We will definitely come back!

I visited regularly pre-COVID and loved it, I've been twice since COVID and although the staff and service is great, the environment isn't quite the same on a night out without the dancing

Overall it was okay, the drinks were well priced, however the staff were slow to come around and take orders, which is annoying when you cannot go to the bar due to covid.

Pros: The football was on, though with no audio Cons: Between 3 of us, over 2 hours, we ordered 3 meals and 9 drinks. We were hounded to order more every 5 minutes. When we decided to take a break for 10 minutes, we were told to order something immediately or leave - this was despite the venue being half empty. We were planning to stay longer and have a few more rounds, but after this we left and went elsewhere. Tried to order a burger, they didnt have it. Ordered a different burger and they didnt have that either. Ordered a pizza and they brought the wrong one - it was also pretty terrible. If you had less than quarter of your drink left, staff would hover around the table asking if you'd finished. The stools are not good.

Great service throughout the night and really welcoming staff. Overall really good experience, especially since being the first night out of lockdown.

They have disregarded our bookings multiple times now which has cost us bus money to get into town. If you want to completely waist your time and money when you turn up and they refuse to serve you despite the booking this is the place for you

Got absolutely hammered here watching the superbowl. Where the drinks well priced? I cannot remember but the bar is well staffed and pretty quick. Burgers were tasty from what I remember

Dont remember much about this night other than the drinks were reasonably priced, music was acceptable and you can't go wrong with property dancing on bars

Sorry there was no context. Went here at about 10pm on Saturday. After a few (rugby) it felt a little claustrophobic. I am sure if we had a table or had been there before drunk it would have been better. So upping my score from 3 to 4. I hope to go another time and will up it again if needed.

Had a great night here the other night. The staff were very friendly. Also no hanging round waiting to get served a drink at the bar like you can get in other places. Good to see you can get a bite to eat here too. The food i had was good and cooked on the premesis by the chef. It played a good range of music and there was a really nice atmosphere. Good to see the Gents was well maintained too - in other clubs and bars ive been to they always seem to forget about the toilets. Not a expensive night either - very reasonable prices for beers, wines and spirits. Also a word for the coyotes dancing on the bar - i dont care what anyone says it takes real skill to be able to dance on the bar like that. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a good night out in swansea.

Being a bit older I wasn’t expecting much, but I had a brilliant time. Staff were friendly and welcoming, atmosphere and music awesome. Food was good even for a veggie like me Near the end of the night I lost my purse and I was so so happy when the bar staff had it safe for me. Such a relief.
