The best restaurants in Pont-y-clun Rhondda Cynon Taf South Wales

Had Sunday roast lunch today was absolutely awful never had such bad beef, couldn’t cut it was like rubber. Been previously and was nice but would definitely not be returning. Very poor a few other customers were also complaining about poor beef.

Interesting ordering system allows for lazy and inconsistent service

Very disappointing. We had a takeaway as a menu was posted in our door just today. It was of poor quality, lacking in any distinct flavours and the chicken in the Biriany was burnt and consequently dry. The Saag Paneer was watery, sweet and some of the cheese tasted really old and sour. We won't be using them again.

Been going to this take away for a year or two and they have been amazing but since the owner doesn't work there their food isn't what it used to be. I went and got food today and I had a portion of chips missing. Their large chips are the size of a small box and the chips were soft and not crispy like before. Come on pizza valley what happened. Your new staff aren't as good as the owner 😞

A group of us meet at Leekes Llantrisant most Wednesdays, and it’s always so enjoyable because the service is excellent and the staff, Cassey, Vicki and Jacki are great and so friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and it’s always nice to go somewhere which has such a nice atmosphere, and that is thanks to the staff.

Had a brilliant 2 night stay. We felt so welcomed, the breakfast was cooked fresh and extremely good value. Set in a stunning location with 3 lakes, you wouldn't know that you were so close to 2 industrial towns.

Just visited for a coffee, lovely room with bar in, ambience in the room was great, plenty of seating.

Friendly, Well Run, Craft Beer Bar. My Wife and I Called in for a couple last Saturday and ended up staying all afternoon. The welcome is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, there are always at least 8 craft beers on tap. This is a Gem of a place!

I don't recognise any of the comments in the negative reviews. Always friendly and helpful, the food is exactly as described. Having tried all the cafes in Pontyclun and Talbot Green, I haven't found a better one.
