Been going to this take away for a year or two and they have been amazing but since the owner doesn't work there their food isn't what it used to be. I went and got food today and I had a portion of chips missing. Their large chips are the size of a small box and the chips were soft and not crispy like before. Come on pizza valley what happened. Your new staff aren't as good as the owner 😞

Been using for ages. Always excellent food until Friday. Base was very very thin and barely cooked. Hardly any cheese, 2 pieces of mushroom. Partner chipped her tooth on burnt edge of on edge of base. Can't call it crust as there was not any. Must have a new cook. Very disappointed

Waited 3 hours for food and still not turned up. Children fell to sleep and when rang was told next out an hour later still not been delivered. Usually really good service but unfortunately they have now taken my money and no food delivered

Hottest food I've ever had from a takeaway, the garlic bread was out of this world as was the rest of the food! Friendly lady behind the counter, didn't know its exact location & don't know the area well. Meaning I did drive past it but in my defence is what nighttime & little street lighting! Reasonably priced & ideal for families, as well as everyone else. I ordered online & collected it. Worth mentioning the highstreet speed limit is 20mph & the pizzas are square & huge. Good desert selection as well. Will be ordering from here again..

2 hour delivery last Friday, dissapointing considering the £2.50 delivery charge for less than a mile away. Calzone was OK but nothing special

Valley Pizza Square is a business thst makes excellent Pizza made in and unusual square shape.... Takeaway or delivered Just Eat.. All pizza dough made fresh daily and taste lovely very mouth watering try them you will certainly enjoy. They also serve a variety of products including Kebabs and chips.

Our favorite pizza around! We cant get enough of it. Tried a lot now from the menu and have never had a bad meal or experience.

This is the best kebab in the CF72 area and probably beyond. The mixed donner is out of this world tasty and the guys in the restaurant really try to do the best to the customers. The food is great value and the portion sizes are impressive. There are also 241 pizza deals (if you mention it in app comment sections.) When I have food delivered, it is always timely, the delivery driver is always friendly and cheerful and the food is always hot. When I go into the building the staff are attentive and recognise customer loyalty. They can be a bit busy on the weekend but that's just a reflection on the establishments popularity. I will never order from another takeaway in the area as long as these guys are open.

Ordered from these guys twice, both times the food was excellent. Hot when it arrived and exactly what I ordered. The second time I rang to amend the order and they were amazing. Really went the extra mile to give us what we wanted even though the food was already in the oven. I will be keeping these guys as my regular from now on.

Failed to deliver. Phoned twice first time I was told my food was cooked and the next for delivery. 30 minutes late I was told it would be 5 minutes and its the next delivery.

First time ordering and very pleased. I had not seen the reviews on here before hand. Credit where it's due. Ordered online which was really easy and straightforward. There is a countdown timer for your order arrival, once placed on the website, which I thought was really good. Food arrived 15 mins early, on a Friday night, still nice and warm. 1x small lamb shish, 1x large lamb shish, upgraded to a meal deal (chips and can) £22.30 inc delivery, decent portions, meat well grilled, very tasty indeed. Will definitely order from here again. Only gave 4 stars as way too much onion on salad, no chillis and I didn't get the advertised 15% discount for ordering online. Other than that superb. So 4 stars. Will definitely try out the rest of the menu. You got to give a new small business a chance to get established.

Valley pizza Square constantly mess up orders. Being a vegetarian, I've ordered veggie friendly pizzas and calzone and ended up with meat feast on several occasions. I've spoken to the person responsible and as a result he has blocked me from ordering. Poor poor customer service indeed

Was quoted a delivery time of 40 minutes, but due to them getting my address wrong TWICE, it eventually arrived two hours after placing the order. While ringing to find out what was going on, the customer service was poor and somewhat rude. Only reason it's not one star is when the food arrived, the pizza was decent. Doubt I'll order from them again.

Have to disagree with the lower rated stars. Ordered online with extra discount applied and also tells you exactly how long delivery will be so expectaction was clear. Will definitely order again, finally something tasty and not so expensive as domino's

Just ordered from here after 1.5 hours of waiting our order not only turned up wrong but cold and tasting of herbs!! I ordered garlic mayo and all I got was mayo with a load of herbs slapped on my burger - disgusting! Do not order!

Ordered here twice, both times got the order wrong!!..... Phoned up and had nothing but attitude over the phone. No apology nothing.... Terrible customer service!

The food is good and always hot but customer service is not good. Delivery takes a very very long time and has been late on a few occasions. Any complaints or issues are ignored and handled poorly.

I've ordered from here twice now, the first time the food arrived half an hour late and the order was wrong. The person I spoke too on the phone was rude and said it was my fault and reluctantly agreed to send out another order. The order arrived and was ok but the garlic bread was extremely soggy and undercooked. Ordered again tonight just in case it was a one off and the pizzas turned up burnt. My partner rang and was told they weren't burnt they just used dark cheese. I've never heard such rubbish. The same person I spoke to the week prior spoke to my partner and again was incredibly rude and severely lacking in an ability to deal with customers. He then agreed to replace the pizzas and after half an hour the pizzas turned up again and were also overcooked, albeit not quite as much as the first. This business will not last long with its current customer service. The man who deals with the phone calls is incredibly rude and that alone is enough for us to never order from this take away again.
