Early arrival however little meat in main, lots of watery sauce. Ordered Garlic mushrooms but they were saturated in oil and sprinkled in garlic granules, so not actual garlic mushrooms. Chips were also skinny fries, not to be expected with an Indian main. Wouldn’t order again.

I am very surprised that the food was very bad because I have ordered before several times and the food was very tasty. Today the food was 0 points the jalfrezi was very thick and the fries were very hard they were definitely not fresh, so that was the last time I ordered!

Hi, I ordered at 5pm for a 19:15 delivery, but it arrived cold at 19:55. Both the biryani and bindi bhaji were half empty and cold. When I called, I was told to mention it on my next order for something extra—so I’m expected to pay again for your mistakes? That’s unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I’m shocked by the poor service and lack of care. I expect a full refund for the late, cold, and incomplete order.

Takeaway arrived early despite asking it to be a certain time over the phone. Arrived cold. Chicken undercooked, salad stale. Poppadoms stale. Awful. First takeaway and will not be returning.

Despite calling and asking for delivery around 6.30pm (as we weren't home) after placing order online at 5.15pm......it arrived at 6.10pm, we had only just walked in the door. Food was cold needed to reheat in microwave, poppadoms were stale........and chicken tandoori looked undercooked....lamb pieces in biryani were full of sinew..... First time of ordering as new to the area. Called to give feedback and despite offering free dishes on next order, no offer of any sort of refund. Won't order from Taj Mahal again.... Not great to be honest.

Amazing again, especially getting our order to us during the snow! Food was lovely as per usual.

food was 8/10, however the food was an hour late and came missing 3 items and then took a further 45 minutes too deliver the missing items… we ended up reheating/eating 3 hours after ordering…

Chicken tikka kebabs were excellent, definitely recommend, have had a few takeaways from here and never disappointed.

Called twice both times told driver left I live across the road till took almost another hour to be delivered curries were super watery too and bhajis and pakoras burnt usually good from here but this experience has been very different

The order was 1/12hrs early and was the worse meal I have had from here. Very poor, always have nice food from here but it must have gone way down hill for this quality or because it was that early had the left overs from yesterday

The korma curry was very spicy and the poppadoms were stale. Usually the quality is better.

Lamb tikka and naan where stone cold, the rest was Luke warm nothing was hot which is a shame, because the flavours where good.

No flavour at all in the sauces. Sides I’m convinced were from Icelands Frozen aisle. I hope it was a one off but was incredibly bland.

sayeed was very nice to me, let me choose from a variety of authentic options and even let me customise my choice. I got the Bhuna curry, mixed tandoori grill coconut rice and the special naan bread. perfect, definitely recommend the special naan the tandoori mix and the coconut rice was stellar! of course the bhajis were amazing too

Doesn’t look much from the outside but we’ve getting curry from here for 20+ years and never had a bad meal, while other “flashier” looking places have left us wishing we had ordered from here instead.

Food was tasty however the curry was a little watery for my liking. I tried something new with a chilli naan but was way too spicy, I love spicy food but it was packed with too much chilli and inedible in the end. Shame really because the naan itself was beautifully made.

We ordered kebab sandwich and there was no salad and mint sauce… all nan breads were burned … peshweri biryani had no sultanas and 3 tiny pieces of pineapple in and was not nice .. ( I order these frequently and very very poor quality tonight)

The food was very good, and good quantity too. Big chuncks of chicken in my curry. The guys working there were friendly/chatty. On first look, the reception/waiting area could do with a lick of paint, but that doesn't make the food any better or worse. Will definitely be going there again!

Delivered on time/early and lovelu and hot. Beautiful Indian food. Prawn balti and chicken tikka korma delicious. Onion bhajis crispy. Naan breads soft and tasty. We will continue to order from here whenever we want Indian food and will 100% recommend! Thank you.

delivery time was quite good but when the food arrived it was soon realised that both currys were inedible. both had a thick layer of grease on top and ultimately tasted gone off. especially the buttered chicken one. I'm completely surprised though because everyone we have ordered from here it has been amazing. disappointed

Extremely poor service from here. Food was cold after turning up nearly 2 hours after we ordered when we were told originally it would be 45 minutes. Food was watery, poor quality and the staff were rude when we rang the restaurant, they even said the delivery driver had crashed 5 minutes before she finally turned up. Won’t order here again. I ordered the set meal, which is really good value for money. Four fabulous onion bhajis, chicken madras (plenty of chicken in the really tasty sauce), a naan, pilau rice, a poppodum and a great Bombay aloo - including delivery, it came to about £17. All piping hot, friendly delivery driver, and bang on time. What more could you ask for?

It's hard to rate food that never arrived. No phone call to say it would be late or that it wasn't coming. Phoned around the 2 hour mark and we were told it would be here in 20 minutes. Needless to say it never arrived.

the poppadoms were soft and un edable as were the chips. the curry's were spot on tho so will put it down to the food being in transit for some time in -3 degrees.

I was looking for a new go to Indian. This could have been 5 star. But the lack of meat was a big shame. It all tasted great, but the sheek kebab in the Mixed Grill was tiny, about 1/3 of a full one. And I only had 5 small pieces of chicken in the curry. Nowhere near enough mint sauce too. It all tasted great, but was way too little meat. Unsure if I’ll return for this reason

Received well after the original time indicated of nearly an hour. Total time from order placement to delivery was just over 1h 30mins
