Disgusting food had 3 mouth fulls and thrown the rest in the bin supposed to be prawn curry more like Pirelli madras worse food I’ve ever ordered

delivery time was quite good but when the food arrived it was soon realised that both currys were inedible. both had a thick layer of grease on top and ultimately tasted gone off. especially the buttered chicken one. I'm completely surprised though because everyone we have ordered from here it has been amazing. disappointed

Extremely poor service from here. Food was cold after turning up nearly 2 hours after we ordered when we were told originally it would be 45 minutes. Food was watery, poor quality and the staff were rude when we rang the restaurant, they even said the delivery driver had crashed 5 minutes before she finally turned up. Won’t order here again. Extremely late, no update from the restaurant I rang them and cancelled my order and I am waiting for a full refund. I’m really unhappy as I’ve ordered from this restaurant numerous times and never had an issue

I ordered the set meal, which is really good value for money. Four fabulous onion bhajis, chicken madras (plenty of chicken in the really tasty sauce), a naan, pilau rice, a poppodum and a great Bombay aloo - including delivery, it came to about £17. All piping hot, friendly delivery driver, and bang on time. What more could you ask for?

It's hard to rate food that never arrived. No phone call to say it would be late or that it wasn't coming. Phoned around the 2 hour mark and we were told it would be here in 20 minutes. Needless to say it never arrived.

the poppadoms were soft and un edable as were the chips. the curry's were spot on tho so will put it down to the food being in transit for some time in -3 degrees.

I was looking for a new go to Indian. This could have been 5 star. But the lack of meat was a big shame. It all tasted great, but the sheek kebab in the Mixed Grill was tiny, about 1/3 of a full one. And I only had 5 small pieces of chicken in the curry. Nowhere near enough mint sauce too. It all tasted great, but was way too little meat. Unsure if I’ll return for this reason

Initial delivery time was an hour when placing an order. Took over 2 and a half hours to arrive, 40 minutes after my second call when I was told it was on the way. When it arrived it was stone cold, had to reheat everything and poppadoms had gone stale. Was also refused a partial refund

If you want to order on line with a card do not use this indian takeaway . Tried 4 times refused rang up asked if I can pay by card they said yes gave order then said only cash not a good way to run a business

2 of the curry’s were half full the bunna was full the other were half full the breads were cold cant the chapaties I’m sure were rewarmed all in all not the best expereance for over £50

Dining for two, we ordered Lamb Korma, Butter chicken, 2 Plain Naan, 1 Pilau rice. Food arrived piping hot. Portion sizes reasonable - enough for a meal for two, with no leftovers. Looked and smelled great, tasted amazing. 10 / 10 would order again.

Received online, but food cold and because prawns were in dish unable to re heat, I’d advise using aluminium packaging instead of plastic to keep heat in very disappointing

We always order from here but tonight we received our order, chips were non edible ( like they were warmed up from yesterday), onion bajis were over cooked and poppadoms were soggy. Food was not as hot as normal either

Only live 10 minutes away. Delivery took over an hour and food arrived cold. However once reheated the food was very tasty. This is the only time I've had a complaint about this restaurant so hope it is a one off.

Order placed at 7.15 and supposed to be delivered between 8.35 and 8.55...rang restaurant at 8.55. No apology just said "we'll get that sent out now". 9.35 still no food so called again. Still no apology and said driver is on the way. Food was cold and substandard. Fries were hard and dry. Would not recommend this restaurant at all for food quality and customer service

Not good, food very dry and arrived luke warm evern though it was over 30 mins early. Not a lot of meat in the curry's and the chicken pakoras were absolutely awful!

Cracking dansak curry from here. Love the food and love the options on the set menu. Only gripe is the amount of chicken in the curry isnt enough for me. Would order more often if they gave more for the money.

We usually have a nice meal don't know what happened tonight. Poppadoms were stale. The curries were swimming in oil not great at all standards slipped massively tonight. Most of the meal went to the bin
