Tonight's kebab plenty of meat and salad but the pitta bread was rock solid , the wife tried tearing the bread and hit it all over the floor, they need to start doing turkish bread.

Not great, popped over for 2 doner kebabs and chips, kebab meat was cold, I think they were triple cooked chips, Monday Wednesday and Friday tho!! Been In the fryer a few times, were hard and tasteless. Really disappointed with everything overall. Won't be rushing back.

Pizza was cold ,cheese was solid. Mint sauce had an awful paste like consistency just lumps all over the food, chips and the piece of chicken were mushy. Really gutted with our experience. Positive note Pepsi cans were nice and cold

Shocking food and delivery £35 for cold food, phoned and complained only sent a part of order down, phoned again and rude staff!! Stay well clear and order elsewhere not worth the stress ruined the night and lost £35!!

Visiting the area and found them on google. Mixed reviews from other but all in all pretty impressed. Burger meal - cooked well, tasted good, chips were still crispy on delivery Chicken Strips - best part of the order, tasted great, real chicken. 9" Meat Feast - probably my least fave, was an average pizza at best. Quick delivery time too. So all in all 4/6 for me.

Ordered pizza, delivered 10 mins later, not cooked, phoned up, was told to take it up after paying delivery, said they would deliver another pizza, didn’t happen, phoned again, said shop was to busy to deliver, ended up that we had to take uncooked pizza back for the replacement, pizza this time was cooked, staff not helpful and rude

I have ordered from this shop numerous times with no problems but tonight had 2 pizzas delivered they were burnt and all scrunched up in the box as if they had been carried on the side and not flat when they were warm I have never had pizzas delivered in this condition I don't know how they were sent out of the shop so burnt. Also when I rang the shop the lady put the boss on the phone and could not get him to understand what the trouble was all he kept saying was that the cheese bubbles and stuck to box would not recommend them to anyone

Food arrived an hour early. Sent back and when redelivered it was the same food that had been kept warm. Lettuce was brown and slimy and rolls for burgers were soggy. Called to ask what was happening and whoever I spoke to was really rude and tried to say food had been cooked fresh. After some cross words we did have fresh food delivered but customer service was appaling. Won’t be using again.

Food was really good except the chips. A little overdone and cold. Pizzas were really nice though!

Normally order from here and normally great food! But tonight the chicken nuggets didn't taste like chicken and smelt like wet dog, the drinks made the food cold and wet. It's a hit or miss with this restaurant

It's ok, apart from the chips are always overcooked. We had several large orders from here since 2020 and the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically. We now spend our money at Valley instead.

Fantastic service, great food and lots of it for the price! We ordered the house special kebab and a large lamb shish, and a small portion of chips. £25 and got a free garlic pizza bread. Well worth a visit.

Every time I’ve gone in the people there have always been lovely to talk to! They always are happy and have nice manners so i thought I’d try a delivery. I ordered pepperoni pizza, chicken and chips, and a kids burger and chips. The pepperoni pizza was nice my husband had no complaints, the child’s meal was very nice and all warm. My chicken and chips was lovely, the seasoning on the chicken was beautiful although the chicken was a little dry, definitely needed some sauce. I would order again, only bad thing about have a delivery is that they ask for a £20 minimum order, I feel if they maybe lowered that they’d bring in more customers. I don’t normally order as a family it’s normally just me ordering as my husband isn’t a fan of kebabs. So obviously I wouldn’t be able to have something there. Other than that, everything was hot early and nice tasting!

When asked if they had anything vegan another member of staff said “chips” while passing, which is fine, fair enough. The member of staff serving us referred me to the allergen list which said that all food could be contaminated with any of the main allergen list. When handed our food the member of staff serving us, who had two air pods in his ears the whole time, said “thank you, get out”. When I said “pardon?” he said “nothing”. This was very rude and unnecessary.

Had my first delivery last night . Was delivered within 45 minutes, piping hot, the food tasted absolutely amazing, It was cooked beautifully and the portions where large . The lady on the phone was lovely and the delivery guy was also very nice. Can't recommend yourselves highly enough, will definitely be ordering again soon.

Sent 10 yr old stepdaughter to get food with my card, they sent her away , shouting cash only... Even though recent covid requirements promote contactless payments wherever possible and a mask must be worn in store at all times??? Been going here over 8 years and delivered for them and this has never been a thing until recent takeover... They are even a member of just eat , where you can pay by card??? Just phoned for an explanation and a name of the person who made this rule, only to be spoken to like dirt by the british girl answering the phone, and when I asked to speak to the person in charge, whoever it was that came to the phone and in the background initially. Proceeded to threaten me and tell me to come to the store... what a let down for just eat promoting this kind of establishment!!! Cant believe it... leaving to attend the store myself... and not to buy anything either as I for one will never use these people to feed my family again.... disgusting attitude...

Best kebab shop near me order every time.

Ordered at 6.29 and still waiting for my order, rang at 7.30 and was told order was on its way, havnt arrived, wont be ordering again frim here, after yet more phone calls food finally arrives freezing cold and inedible, i suffer with dry mouth due to cancer if i attempted to eat this chicken would have choked but was told on the phone it was fine and got abuse for complaining, stay away from this shop people they not nice, still got the food waiting for the driver to pick it up so can get my money back,

Ordered 2 kebabs i was told 45 mins the food finally turned up 40 minutes later than the original 45 mins food was cold and over cooked and just tasted of salt, the salad was pitiful was definatly NOT worth the wait won't be using again complete waste of money!

Rancid grease filled meat a starving feral fox would struggle to keep down, save the money and open a tin of smart price dog food,you will be hard pressed to tell the difference.

Don't bothher second time ordering over an hour for delivery, when it actually arrives its freezing. Defiantly not fast food. Not worth the wait, when it arrives you have to re warm it!! Foods not the best either.

Terrible service appalling food what a joke

If you like your chips soggy, pizza burnt and a side order of attitude from staff then order from this take away! Minus fast delivery the rest of my experience was appalling! When opening the pizza box and trying to tear apart the apparent pre cut slices of ham pineapple and mushroom pizza the task in hand seemed impossible, after tackling the pizza hand on when flipped over the underneath was black! Burnt to a crisp and totally unedable. If that wasn't bad enough, opening the tray of chips I soon discovered they were as soggy as a cardboard box left out in the rain! Lastly and to my utter disappointment when opening our so called box of chicken wings I seemed to be greeted by none other than a full box of chicken nuggets!!!! After not 1, not 2 but 3 disappointments I decided to contact the takeaway and see what they could do about it! I had explained to the lady on the phone that they had sent me chicken nuggets not chicken wings, her answer to me was well that's what you had ordered! Mind the fact that I myself do not like chicken nuggets! She then asked me to hold the line whilst she could see what she could do about it, 2 seconds later the owner of the shop answered the phone and asked me the problem. Again, I explained the issue of chicken nuggets rather than wings and to my disgust I was then asked if I spoke English and that the person that took my order also spoke English and would not of wrote my order down incorrectly! Utterly speechless I hung up the phone as I quite simply do not have time for such rudeness! In future I strongly advise that people do not order from this kebab shop and instead order from the one and bottom end of treorchy, for anyone that wants the number it's 776776!

Don't bother ordering from this place, absolutely disgusting. Was told it would take 30 mins for delivery but after 45 mins was told it had just left, I live 5 mins away and yet it took 20 mins to arrive and was stone cold, called back and was told the driver was coming back to give the money back if they got the food back yet over an hour later I am still waiting for my money back. ridiculous service!! Avoid this place for your life! This is an edit, have now been waiting over two hours and three phone calls for my refund, food waiting for re-collection and am waiting for my money back, will have to try and get my money back tomorrow now, as this is getting ridiculous!! Avoid!!
