Amazing per usual, best kebab in ponty

Not good at all. The portion sizes are tiny, the doner meat wasn’t very nice at all, the chicken was undercooked and cold in the middle. Not sure if it’s just a one off, maybe I got very unlucky tonight.

We haven't ordered from Filla Pitta in a while for delivery (we usually opted to collect or ordered elsewhere) but tonight was feeling lazy on a Friday evening, delivery time was so much better than we've experienced before and the food was amazing so thought you deserve a good review. We had used to order from Godfather until that disappeared but this did not disappoint. We had a Kebab each with a shared portion of chips (fries) and it was lovely. Keep up the good work.

I asked for a kebab I don’t get that only one side of a of a pittta no chicken only salad and coleslaw bad service this time

Vegan pizza available, the girlfriend really likes it. Chips are always spot on. They also do vegan kebabs

I've honestly never had a pizza from a kebab shop that wasn't at least half decent so I'm shocked by how awful this one was. It seemed like an oven base they added cheese to and was rock hard. I ordered a chicken burger thinking it would be a fillet burger but it was a rock hard, bland chicken patty burger. Chips were bland and soggy. Ruined our dinner.

Ordered large donner meat and fries..under a mound of partly cooked kebab meat was about 20 fries. I had to put it in the oven to cook it. Last time I’ll order from here. Minging.

Worst kebab ever don’t recommend

chicken wasn't as nice as it usually is and garlic mayo dip was really watery this time.

Delivery was good but left feeling a little creeped out for the driver who’s first time it was working. Asking for a hug and staring as I was closing the door. I feel it was his first time so would hate to see him get in trouble however I was left feeling a little uneasy and would prefer it if he was told the correct way to deliver to customers.

Worst meal we've had from here. Chicken was dry & skin was so tough & dark it could have been on the bottom of shoes where it would have been more useful. The meat itself was barely edible. The coleslaw was not at all creamy & tasted like it had been dowsed with vinegar. Likewise the garlic mayo was not tasting garlic at all, it was very thin & kind of bitter. The fries were on the cold side & only half had any texture. Very unpleasant meal considering it's usually pretty good from here.

Ordered a chicken shish kebab. The chicken breast was succulent with plenty of mixed, fresh salad. The garlic bread was a generous portion, with plenty of garlic butter. Delivered on time and hot.

I ordered a kebab it was tasteless and I was digging out bone chunks with every bite it was abysmal

Used to get kebabs from here years 6 they were amazing, but what the kebab meat and chips was unedible. The chips weren't cooked properly and the kebab meat had a very strange chewy texture, almost like rubber and it was covered in grease. The kebab went straight in the bin. Luckily had a cheeseburger and cheesy garlic bread which were mediocre at best but edible. The cheesy garlic bread didn't really taste like garlic much and the cheese was just about melted and the burger was your box standard cheap takeaway burger.

Freshly cooked piping hot food at affordable prices Arrived on time and very generous portions considering the cost of living at the moment so very considerate of customers. Will definitely be ordering again

We buy from filla pita quite regular and the food has always been excelent but this time we were VERY dissapointed. Quality and taste nowhere near as good as usual, hardly any salad, the sauces on the burgers was wrong and the pineapple wasnt chunks. Hopefully it'll be back to normal on the next visit.

A tremendous dinner however if I had ordered when I was at work I would have missed the delivery.

Not happy at all this time.its usually lovely.the donner meat was cold and the chicken meat was just the rock hard unchewable ends,hardly any tomato and cucumber,mostly lettuce.Very disappointed.

Ordered southern fried chicken family box, partly because I thought it would be chicken strips but it is chicken on the bone so obviously my fault. Saying that chicken was moist but had zero flavour even the coating. Potato bites were nice in texture but again lacked any flavour. Apparently the marinated chicken that was received was nice... Even though the shop is about 10-15 minutes away most of the food was tepid and quickly turned cold.

Food is always lovely but delivery was 1 hour late.

Went in for donor meat and chips, asked for well done chips-crispy ,, had hard frozen anaemic ones , and the driest old meat iv ever had and lettuce on the turn

Disgusting I had pizza for my kids tea no taste so bland they could not eat it had chicken with potato bites all bone ordered a mint dip like water supposed to have had 3 cans of drink which was with the 2 meal deals only had 2 and they put in a greasy slice of garlic bread I didn't order stay away from this place I used too order from them regularly and the food was good must be new management yuk ...

Decent but onion rings are bad

Food as usual was lovely but it's the 1st time Ihave ordered the garlic bread and I didnt like it,not much taste to it but everything else was spot on.

Food was delivered on time and hot but the quality was awful, caked in sauce, so much it was too sickly to eat!

If I could give a 0 star for food I would the only thing I enjoyed was the salad with my kebab, the marinated chicken was dry and rubbery, the chips were soggy and the chicken shish was dry, won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately

Order was incorrect for one item and the other item was almost inedible as kebab was like cardboard and the pitta bread was soggy from the puddle of grease in the bottom of the tray

Called and ordered food, asked could it be ready in 5 mins as I had food from elsewhere in car, woman said yes no problem, as i arrived my order wasn’t even started! Terrible

Chicken was not very good felt like scraps of chicken was used.

Absolutely delicious, wonderful, great kebab I have ever tried!!! So, so GOOD! Came all the way from Cambridge to try it and it was worth every single bite! 5 starts!!! Keep doing what you do and you will always have lots of happy customers. Also everyone who works there are super friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

First time ordering, the orders we received was sloppy looking, salad was fresh, onion rings soggy, didnt enjoy the taste, neither of us could finish our meal, dont think I would order again, driver was polite

Food tasty as always best kebab around

Ended up collecting as delivery time was confirmed after payment was made , which was nearly 2 hours. Tried cancelling but message kept saying no refund will be given as food was being prepared 😡

Shockingly poor and a waste of £20 x2 chicken shish kebabs burnt and black, charged a £1 extra to have the sauces in pots. Bought a £4 cheese and garlic pizza but it was just a base with NOTHING on it! Had one bite and spat that out! Hardly any chicken! Salad was fresh….Very very poor as also first visit….and last. Will stick to Shogun in future which is far superior to this! Save your money as this place is shockingly poor!

What a waste of £20….ordered for collection. Asked for our kebabs to have the sauce put in pots as it makes the pitta bread soggy…they wanted 80p per pot extra 😡 he said he would do me a deal for 50p per pot so and extra £ not to pour it on our food! The garlic and cheese pizza had NOTHING on it just a base! Waste of £4 threw in bin after one bite and spat it out. Hardly any chicken and was BLACK and burnt! The salad was fresh the rest was substandard. The worst we have never had….will stick to shogun in future!! Very poor and disappointing as first visit.

Very disappointed with the inclusion of 5 LARGE (half) pieces of potato in my kebab? Never had potato in a kebab before...is this a cost-cutting exercise? Unfortunately, I won't be coming to you again

Been going hear for years since I was a teen now in my early 30s and I think this was a bad night for them. Potato bites were dry and kebab not very good I just hope it's just one night only.

Disgusting people in the shop saying they delivered my food and they haven’t been waiting for over hour and half then rung the shop there’s nothing they can do give them my address and they say the driver delivered to an old lady there we are then only me and my son in the flat won’t be using this place ever again ps didn’t mean to put late delivery on here the food never turned up stay away from Filla pitta they will rip you off

The food was to greasy and way to much sauce on food and the fries where not fully cooked as they was still white and to greasy couldn't eat it so put in bin waste of money in my book not happy at all won't be getting food from this place ever again

Order was delayed on the app which was only 10 mins so i accepted that, it was then an extra 50 minutes after the delayed time. When I received it I was pleased as the kebab was absolutely huge. Sadly there were chunks of chicken not cooked and was fatty and the doner was rather pale. Didn’t enjoy I’m afraid and wish I got a pizza or chicken.

I have ordered 3 times from here for a delivery and 3 times it's been so cold a freaking polar bear was was sat on my chicken shiesh

Food arrived 30 minutes after the latest guide time. I had an text saying it was out for delivery 45 minutes before it was delivered and it arrived barely warm. The mixed chicken shish and lamb doner had barely any chicken.
