Very dispointed with meal tonight ordered kebab & mix kebab got order all wrong and wasn't hot

I ordered a peri fillet burger and it wasn’t cooked probably . I was so disappointed I didn’t even eat it .

I place an order Saturday afternoon on 15th April 2023. The delivery was on time and that's the only positive. The chips was an odd colour, had a hint of grey to then and didn't taste right. The fish bites batter was hard and the fish meat inside was though and rubbery, as if they had been reheated. The mince beef pie didn't tate right, I opened the pie it was dry inside. I smelt the inside and I vomited. Can't even describe the smell. The lot was thrown in the bin. I never write reviews, but I was disgusted with my poor food quality. I'm also worried that someone could become seriously ill, if this continues. The owners need to be held accountable and need to be checking what's being produced on there premises.

I have been looking for a new fish and chips shop and I have found this one. Unfortunately looking at some of the reviews (good and bad) I feel very put off giving this place a chance. This is because of the low level of professionalism from the shop when responding to a customer complaint. I understand that customers are not always right but the response from the owner has a fowl attitude which makes me believe the level of standards I would expect would not be on existence upon my arrival. Maybe if the shop owner had a more friendly approach towards such negative views, I may consider buying.

Looove this place, great coffee, great hot chocolate. The staff are lovely, they are very hard working and never complain. Paul knows what I'm having before I get there. Paul's great but everyone who works with him are lovely people who don't deserve the amount of abuse they sometimes have to take... Love you all and good luck with everything that you do ❤️

I have visited the cafe a few times lately and I’m sad to say the experience has got worse ! The food today was borderline inedible . My friend had the fish and chips and it was dry and “warmed up “ no attention to detail and very shoddy. Everything looked “end of day” and thrown together ! So disappointed because I love M&S

First time we visited the food was great - really fresh mushrooms in the mushroom curry, tasty sweet and sour. Second visit the mushrooms were old and rubbery, and the chicken in the S&S was chewy and fatty, and the spring rolls were soggy. Service isn't great - both times I've had to wait to get the attention of the ladies at the desk who are so engrossed in their books/phones. A real shame - I was hopeful we'd found a gem after the first visit, but now not so sure.

I'm not a regular visitor to any coffee shops in particular & wouldn't usually leave a review but the service here was so good I had to. The staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful when I enquired about plant based milk. Food was served quickly & our overall experience of this Costa was very enjoyable and positive.

Perfectly located Domino's on Newport rd with adequate food hygiene and service standards by its staff. The seating area of this eatery is clean and has toilet facilities. Therefore i recommend visiting here or ordering online.

Order a pizza and they got it wrong I called up as I was on my way to work to get a busy by the foreign owner! It’s a dump of a place and staff are horrible I was told to F off by a member of staff when I rang the bell in store just avoid this place it’s terrible

The food was very good , tasty and plentiful , didn’t wait long for delivery but it would have been a 5 but I found two very long hairs in my meal wrapped in the chicken so that is not good shame as the food was very good otherwise

Food was late and cold I assume it would be lovely if served straight away not quite the same warmed up again in the microwave seafood dish aswell disappointed after such a long wait 45mins past delivery no contact via telephone only from the app and when I called them I was told they driver left ages ago didn't come for a further 15 mins after that conversation
