Yummies Kebab House in Newport

Waited 20 minutes for one pizza, staff were rude and didn’t give us a second look.Finally got the pizza and it was cold as a freezer

delivery never arrived waited over 3 hours.. untill 3am .

food over cook pizza was burn at the bottom

Absolutely fantastic the buy one get one free on the pizza is booming highly recommend margarita, The spicy chicken is amazing too.

Food is cold greasy and tasteless. Hawaiian pizza had nothing on there just greasy cheese. No ham and about 7 little pieces of pineapple on a 14” pizza. The Kebab greasy cold and not much (amount) for a large size .. definitely not ordering again. Loaded fries gone straight in the bin. One clump of something definitely not edible

I don’t know where to begin. Firstly, I ordered a calzone which I didn’t get but it came as a pizza instead and what was meant to be a PLAIN cheese pizza had all sorts of toppings on them, maybe next time double check the orders before sending them out but I’ll probably leave it a while before ordering from here again

Brought some lamb meat in a box cold greecy overpriced and mushrooms they don't taste nice was not in long enough garlic may cost me £17.50 don't use this shop said meat on its own so I exspected a dip free sait it's massive that's why it's £2.50 half filled bad not good won't return disappointed bad food and service

second time now I've ordered food from dummies recently and it's turned up stone cold and I've had to warm it up

Vile service! Ordered 4.47pm (it said 35mins delivery time) rang 5mins later to tell them to please make sure driver reads delivery instructions, yes ok he said. Called again 5.47pm where's my order "well your probably the last one because you live in so and so( if i order 2nd I should be delivered 2nd wth) I said well when did it leave he said "i wasn't here so I'm guessing 30mins ago" then at 18:05 I get a call from the driver he can't find my house BECAUSE SUPRISE HE DIDNT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WENT THE WRONG WAY! Told him the directions to get here then there was still no order in my hands so at 18.15 I rang to cancel the order because wtaf is going on. I'm starving and just been sat waiting nearly 2hours for nothing. Even if he did show up finally the food would of been inedible because he had that food out delivering for nearly an hour at this point Never had an experience like this with them I am so disgusted and will not be ordering again. Because then I had no apology just a bitchy 'fine we'll get the food sent back" listen if i didnt want it i wouldnt of ordered it cz now i still need to go and order something else and wait another 40mins-hour, its not my fault your staff cant read simple instructions and choose to deliver my order last when i already waited over an hour!!! What a joke!!!! I want delivery for convenience I work 12hours shifts and don't fancy cooking but instead now I've just wasted my time the only positive is I didnt pay upfront on card because after what I just endured that last thing I got patience for is the bloody runaround trying to get my money back. Ridiculous!!!!

Food was early but very cold. Usually have amazing food but very disappointing.

When my order was over an hour late I rang and said I would have my order within 25 minutes. 45 minutes later, still no order!!!

pizza are lovely but this is the second time my order has been wrong, stuff missing. skimpy with the chips too, especially with the price

marked as delivered, called th and they kept saying it's on thw way, it finally arrolived 45 minutes late stone cold.. never again

once again food was on time still hot and tasty, if you haven't already try their garlic butter base for the pizzas, it's incredible and they make their own garlic butter 10/10 as always

As a regular, tonight was really disappointing. Mixed donner was really cold and the chicken didn’t taste right. Haven’t had an issue for a long time. The kids liked their pizza but my food went in the bin.

Don’t believe pictures of the food and be careful of descriptions ..the “pepperoni feast” had 4 pieces of pepperoni 4 fist fulls of sweetcorn a whole sliced bell pepper and mushrooms on .. yes I should have read the destruction but also the picture of the pizza had none of that on … also food was stone cold … and when I rang to speak to staff they were rude .. how this place has 4 stars I will never know … have submitted refund request and will never order again

The chicken was good value and tasted good. But the loaded chips didn’t have much beef on it and was plastered with ketchup

Food was cold and missing items

Been a regular for a while now and the food has usually been good, last week the kids pizzas were awful and heavily burnt. Thought it was a 1 off but tonight their kebab was horrible, very rubbery covered in brown lettuce and chicken tasted off

STAY AWAY this used to be good , came cold 2 chicken shish and doner meat came small and for £26 we asked for chips instead of bread didn't get it , when I called a very rude women said it was hot when it left and chips are extra and put the phone down on me . don't bother ok for after a night out maybe after a skin full ..

It was an ok pizza but ordered farmhouse and there was very little ham on it, mostly onions and a few mushrooms!

Lamb sheesh was very fatty. Chicken Donna was perfectly cooked.

Ordered a lamb doner, when it came it was presented properly but stone cold, my drink was a full sugar one even though I ordered a diet soda, it's surely not that hard to know the difference between a full sugar and diet drink and getting people's food to them warm or hot, the delivery driver Akmed seemed a little hot under the collar to.

Ordered many times before, always been fab food and service - order didn’t turn up, and when I rang to ask where my food was, they just said food was on the way without any questions. Shame since it’s normally great!

Ordered 1/2lb Texas burger and chips( states 3 onion rings )plus double burger, received two double burger and one chips was charged right amount plus £2+ for delivery so on receipt I phoned to say not what ordered as onion rings missing and blamed me for there mistake even though they charged me for what I ordered, even when they make mistakes it's the customers fault? Avoid or get what they choose to give you not what you order throwing menu away only a fool let's someone continuously rip them off

The food is terrible anyway but as a last resort I called at half 1 in the morning and they refused to deliver to my flat because they was scared I wasn’t going to pay them…. They would be coming to my front door can’t go anywhere…. I even offered to pay before they passed the food still no but Pizza La Rosa was amazing and delivers till 3am without a problem highly recommend

Ordered small chicken doner with chips (£8.50). The chef FILLED the box with chips, sprinkled a thin layer of chicken doner to give the illusion of equivalent value for money, and garnished the top with a few strands of lettuce and onion. One slice of cucumber and one slice of tomato.

I'd give it a 1/2 star if I could. Disgusting attitude after complaining about the smallest donor kebab I've ever had, with barely any meat in it. "You get what you pay for was his response". When asked if they could do anything to compensate for being unhappy about food and service, they refused to do anything about and was happy even for me to not order from them again. That was manager's response too! Not wasting my money on future.

ordered pepperoni pizza with bbq sauce, and the pizza was really nice, and the bbq sauce was also nice and tangy, sweet with a bit of a spicy kick, but not too much that it actually burned. Will definitely order again from there.

Ordered only two meals it came warm but was dry and it was late not ordering again anytime soon and the app said delivered but it took another hour to actually arrive absolutely ridiculous

Food was lovely. however the garlic dips I purchased and the ones that came with the pizzas had gone out of date the 9th of November I ate my dips with my pizza too n didn’t check date till after and I woke up 4am this morning and threw up

Here for work so took a gamble on yummies and it paid off, belter pizza 👌 Bossman was sound as a pound and there was a garlic and herb dip in the box when I got back that I never knew about that was a nice touch 😎 I ate a slice before the pic, so yes it was a full pizza before I got my hands on it!

Ten minutes late which isn’t that bad but we didn’t know it was coming because it wasn’t tracked on the app, and it told us it had delivered when it didn’t. When the food arrived the food was soggy to the point my brother couldn’t eat it properly because he has food sensory problems. Usually we don’t have issues with yummies but it was just not a great experience.

Yummies do the best chicken shish kebabs! Plenty of chicken, tastes so beautiful - absolutely perfect. Excellent delivery service. By far the best kebab shop in Newport. The burgers are also the best in town. I highly recommend this place!
