Mint and Mango in Newport

Food was late and cold I assume it would be lovely if served straight away not quite the same warmed up again in the microwave seafood dish aswell disappointed after such a long wait 45mins past delivery no contact via telephone only from the app and when I called them I was told they driver left ages ago didn't come for a further 15 mins after that conversation

Do not bother!! 20 mins late and not one thing I could taste flavour! Looked amazing but couldn’t taste a thing! Kids left it and myself too. Never again

Person taking the money behind the counter constantly snotting and snorting not an ideal advertisement for a food takeaway will not be going back again disgusting.

WOW! I’m amazed by how delicious there food is. Absolutely wonderful. My mouth was watering the moment I saw them. Loved the food sooo much! I order food from here nearly every week! There food is absolutely amazing. I totally recommend this takeaway💖

My husband has worked since 7am this morning we ordered a take away nearly two hours ago. I could accept the delayed waiting time. But 35 mins past 2 hours and I have not been able to get through to the takeaway, FB has not been responded to either. Since checking they have posted my order will be here at 9! We order at 6 ish.

We ordered a meal for delivery on the web and we were told we were out of the delivery area. As we live less than a mile away it came as a shock but we agreed to collect as long as there was no contact. We rang the takeaway to confirm a pick up time as we weren’t given one when paying for the food online. My son went to collect the meals and was told that they had no record of it being ordered even though we had spoken to them before. The excuse they were extremely busy as they were one of the only takeaway open. It seems that they had taken more orders than they could cope with. It was only when I said I had proof of the order and it being accepted that they found that they did have it. The order should have been ready for collection at 20:00 and it is now 20:45 and still no sign of it. This is the lsat time I will order from this takeaway

Lovely curry, great sides, great service would highly recommend trying this new restaurant. And it was all ready on time.

I've useed Mint & Mango 3 times with varying degrees of satisfaction ! I've had terrible , Nice , and superb meals , will use again because they can deliver top notch food.

Food arrived cold and the quality of the chicken and lamb has changed for the worst. The chicken was processed and the lamb tough. It's a really shame I didnt mind the food turning up 30 minutes late but I dont know why they are cutting the quality of the food as inwont order agian.

I had a takeaway from this place the shop was clean and service was quick the food whilst not the best was of a good standard value for money yes

Ordered a Chicken Madras and it just didn’t taste right but I was starving and foolishly trusted them. Several hours later sickness and diarrhoea. I hope this review saves somebody else from such an horrific ordeal.

Have driven past this takeaway lots of times and always wanted to go there. The visual of the place looks amazing. Was impressed with the on line booking and delivery which turned up on time all perfect. The problem is we had two main courses and two boiled rice with two popadoms which came to £26-40. No problem so far. Not cheap but was expecting that standard of meal. That driver arrived, I gave him £30 and he turned around and started to walk off. I had to ask for change. ??? The food was not bad, but not exceptional for the cost and no better than many other very good restaurant in the area. Over priced for average food. 😢

No complaints at all, very tasty meal for two with generous portions. It was well cooked and much to our liking.

Cooked authentically by an experienced team - always had really tasty meals-naan bread and main course usually fills us as meals are large. Would highly recommend.

The food at mint and mango was absolutely fantastic, the service was superb and everyone was so friendly and accommodating and it was great value for money. Well worth a visit if you have not had a takeaway here.
