The best restaurants in Cardiff South Wales

Arrived 45 minutes later than delivery time given.Driver didn't want to get out of the car and deliver made me walk out to collect it. Order was wrong and when we called to complain they just laughed. Used to be a fabulous meal and prompt delivery to the door. Won't be ordering again after using them for many years with no problems. Think it may of changed hands, appalling service and attitude.

Waited well over an hour and food was barely warm. Really disappointed as heard good news from others! And overpriced too. Food was rather bland aswell

Good place to visit if or in Cardiff you can just walk around and have a look for free but if you want to go further into the castle then you have to pay

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a large cod fish paid £12 for it only for them to deliver small cod and chips. Then when I called shop to correct order was told. They knew of my order but decided to send the wrong order . Is that not stealing. I am a disabled person ..Absolutely disgusting service and it not the 1st time...fool me once

Worst service ever been told not here to give good customer service been told not forcing customers to come to us go else where Giving mouth full when asked about prices gone up When asked to add extra potion of Large chips been told should of ordered once not 2 mins later Walked away in middle of conversation When said not coming here again he said go else where not forcing you to come here REPLYING FEW MONTH LATER AND NOT RECTIFICATION UR OWN BEHAVIOUR AND BEING RUDE AT THE TIME DOES NOT MEAN U CAN LEAVE REVIEW TO COVER UR BACK WE BEEN LONG TERM CUSTOMERS OF URS AND ALWAYS RATED UR FOOD. BUT BEING RUDE AND COVERING UR BACK WITH FEW MONTH LATER WITH REVIEW DOES NOT LOOK GOOD TO UR BUSINESS & PERSONALITY

Ordered a meal online, that appeared normal, but didn't show, thankyou for ruining our anniversary, absolutely disgusted, that they didn't update live bookings

Teresa was great - got plenty of cocktails in and had a lot of fun

May provided excellent service, she explained the menu clearly and had a lovely attitude. Will be back again :)

Always enjoy my visit but this time let down by queues in cafe. I appreciate there are busy times but why not have a second till when busy ?

Amazing food and service. 100% the best place to come for a bottomless brunch! We were served by Oliwia who was amazing and always on hand to serve the next drink in plenty of time! 10/10🕺

I didn't realise the window in the room would not open until I came back from a nice business dinner. I hoped the air con might allow a decent night's sleep but I was so warm and felt so unsafe that if there was a fire I could not even let the smoke out of the room that I ended up walking the hotel at 6am. Nothing was open but I managed to locate fire exits and decided to check out the breakfast area. The night porter was a gentleman but I unfortunately then ran into the night manager who said he would call the police in me for walking the hotel at night. I was absolutely disgusted by his tone and mannerism and would advise to stay away from this hotel in case you have the misfortune of having to deal with this guy.

Great food, excellent service, the server Raphael was fantastic.
