Service at Pho was fantastic! Leo checked back with our table every time we needed him, service was kind and quick. Food as always was fantastic. I highly recommend the spicy pho and veggie spring rolls.

First visit, loved it. Great atmosphere, great service and very tasty food , give next door(Botanist) a miss and give it a go. We will definitely be back

Food was great but our lovely server LUKE was super helpful! Apologised when my ordered drink was sold out and even though they were clearly busy and having a few minor issues, he remained calm and couldn't have been a better host. 10/10 service he'd earned a tip!

It was the worst bowl of pho I had in my life. It was tasteless and it did not taste like the real authentic Vietnamese pho. I had two small Thai basil leaves and some coriander leaves. Some coriander leaves were even yellow! Mind you coriander should never be served in traditional Vietnamese pho. I also had a cup of coffee prepared in Vietnamese way. The coffee was awful. It was so weak. One more thing they do not take cash. I could not see anything to say they do not take cash. Luckily, I had a card with me.

I thought the food was lovely but where my experience really shined was the service. The staff were really lovely and in particular the manager. Not only was he the nicest manager I've ever met but maybe the nicest person I ever met so just on that merit alone I was so happy with the time spent in the restaurant!

Been here on Friday(yeah, took me a while to write this down) when it seems super busy. We were queuing for 10 minutes to get a table as we haven’t had a booking. Got a little nice table, close to window and got served by Cheuk who did its best to accommodate us and answer our questions, despite being so busy serving other guests. Great beer(Vietnamese brand), food arrived pretty quick and was full of flavour: prawn curry, spicy chicken pho and rice bowl combo were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Let’s not mention the great value for money you get in Pho! Definitely a place to return and one of its best in Cardiff! Thanks Pho & thank you Cheuk for a lovely experience!

What a wonderful place to eat fresh food both for vegan and non vegans as our family. The best part is the freshness you just don’t get elsewhere and full of incredible flavours you don’t find elsewhere. Was not expecting this level for the prices. It’s more common to leave even half decent restaurants feeling not too inspired. Will definitely take visitors here. Thank you Pho for the food and the friendly service we received

We had a table of 8 booked for a Thursday night. It was my first time here so I wasn't sure what to expect. The waiter Tim was so patient snd helpful with our menu choice.
