My friend and I had a lovely evening. Mae was a fabulous host and the food was excellent as always. Will be returning very soon.

May 姐 is very good, friendly , and helpful, providing excellent service! If you ever get bored of fried food, come visit Pho for some soft and comforting dishes.

This is my 3 times visit to Pho. Staff member May is friendly, quick to take orders, and provides good service. Food and fresh fruit drink is delicious. Her food recommendations were great for me.

The rice bowl shocked me with how big it was! It was very delicious and the pork was amazing, i don’t usually enjoy pork but the one used in the rice bowl was very tasty. Would highly recommend for big appetites! May was our server and she was very lovely and accommodating- giving me a takeaway container for the rest of my food and making sure we knew what we were paying for at the end. Will be returning!

Been coming here every so often for a few years and it seems to be going downhill. Me and my partner came here for his birthday as we do every year and we both work hospitality and we're very surprised at the service we received (or lack of). We understand they had a large party in but not being offered water or when being cleared of starters our finished drinks were taken and wasn't offered another and we had to stop someone to ask for a drinks menu. Then at the end our waitress finished her shift (we understand she finished her shift) but we were left for almost 20 mins (surprising considering we were the last table in the section) and we were wanting to finish the meal with their Vietnamese style coffee as we always look forward to but decided to leave it and flag a waiter down who was clearning a table in the section we were in. I understand it's only little things but when you're not checked back on, not asked about drinks and at the end of the meal not asked if you want anything else and left for almost 20 minutes then it can make the meal disappointing.

The food was amazing, an all time favorite. We were here for our friends birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. May was lovely and so kind to us.

Very accommodating with my partners lemongrass allergy, especially considering how much of the menu includes this. Very helpful and friendly throughout, great service and food!

Phoebe offered fabulous service. The food was tasty and a little spicy. We had the summer rolls, spring rolls, and tofu and mushroom fried noodles. Washed it all down with a pineapple coconut water, very refreshing.

As a family of four on a busy Saturday night we were looking for somewhere to eat and we are very happy we ended up here. Although they were very busy, service from all the staff was so warm and welcoming from the start. This a long with the amazing food really lead to a great experience for us as a family. Special shout out to our waitress Juniper who was so friendly, attentive and helpful!

Such a wonderful restaurant for the cold winter months. Be sure to get one of their noodles soups, they’re so so filling and tasty. Tika was a wonderful server, and helped make a wonderful evening.

Waited ages for the food, baby squid came cold with dried out lime. Ordered wok fried rice, over cooked chicken and horrible dry. Way to overpriced and staff couldn't be bothered with anything or even smile.

I ordered food from here to be delivered and I got half way through eating my noodle soup and I thought I was putting some meat in my mouth but little did I know I had bitten into some sort of huge bug that had been swimming in the soup 🤢 I only realised when it popped in my mouth and spat it out immediately 🤮 I used to love pho but I will never eat from here again!

Mi familia y yo visitamos Cardiff y estábamos emocionados de probar este restaurante, ya que tiene excelentes calificaciones. Cuando llegamos, una camarera preguntó si teníamos una reserva. Cuando dijimos que no, nos dijeron que el restaurante solo tenía capacidad para aquellos con reservas, así que nos fuimos, aunque un poco decepcionados. Cuando estábamos buscando otras opciones, pensamos en revisar el sistema de reservas del restaurante para ver si una mesa posterior podría haberse abierto ya que la gente en algún momento cancela su reserva o simplemente no llega. Para nuestra sorpresa, pudimos reservar una mesa solo 15 minutos después, así que seguimos adelante, la reservamos y esperamos una confirmación por correo electrónico. Cuando volvimos, una señora detrás de la barra nos preguntó inicialmente si habíamos reservado una mesa que confirmamos. Después de unos minutos, regresó y preguntó si podíamos esperar un poco más debido a la multitud. Dijimos que no había problema y nos alegramos de ser pacientes. Sin embargo, me di cuenta de que habló con la camarera anterior que luego se acercó a nosotros con una expresión claramente frustrada, afirmando que nos dijo que estaban ocupados... Nos quedamos bastante sorprendidos con su actitud y también porque no era lo que nos había dicho antes, simplemente había dicho que necesitábamos una reserva. Aunque le mostramos la confirmación de la reserva, insistió en que "no importaba" porque no estaba "en el sistema", negándose a sentarnos. Cada vez que intentaba aclararme, me interrumpía con comentarios condescendientes como “no está en el sistema, ¿me entiendes?” y “te dije que estábamos ocupados”. Esto es ridículo. Si el sistema de reservas no funciona, entonces arréglalo, pero no culpes a los clientes por usarlo. Además de eso, estoy seguro de que si la camarera eligiera un enfoque diferente y simplemente nos dijera amablemente que están muy ocupados y no pueden llevar más gente lo entenderíamos. Pero su actitud condescendiente era horrible. Nos trataron como si fuéramos niños traviesos que rompieron una fiesta privada sin invitación. Eventualmente, después de mencionar que su actitud me pareció grosera, nos sentó y nos atendió una camarera diferente, una señora increíblemente amable con cabello canoso que verdaderamente dio un giro a la experiencia con su atención. En cuanto a la comida, era decente y fresca, aunque personalmente sentí que podría usar un poco más de sabor. También me sorprendió que el curry de los niños fuera bastante picante, lo que no tiene mucho sentido dado que los curry suaves suelen estar disponibles para las comidas de curry de los niños. Sin embargo, mi marido disfrutó de su comida. En general, a pesar de la buena comida, nos fuimos con un sabor amargo debido a la tensión innecesaria creada por la actitud de un servidor. Definitivamente no volveremos de nuevo.

Been so many times and never disappointed

I would like to say a massive thank you to the assistant manager Harry. I was booked in at another restaurant who ruined my booking for my son’s birthday today. Harry went above and beyond to find a table for us and helped with a payment issue. His customer service was outstanding and the food was delicious as well. Amazing.

Tim was really lovely and provided great information on the menu. He was very accommodating! The food was very tasty and such a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.

He visitado este restaurante dos veces en el último mes. ¡Las porciones son enormes! La comida es fresca y sabrosa con un montón de chiles frescos. Botellas de agua proporcionadas gratis si se solicita. Ambiente agradable en el restaurante. No me gustaba compartir mesas, pero eso pasó la primera vez que fuimos. El cargo por servicio está incluido, pero no se representa claramente cuando la factura se presenta en un iPad. No hay problema con un cargo por servicio, pero se sentía un poco oculto.
