Eurasian Tandoori in Cardiff

Ordered a meal online, that appeared normal, but didn't show, thankyou for ruining our anniversary, absolutely disgusted, that they didn't update live bookings

Best Indian restaurant I have been in cardiff. I highly recommend their tandoori chicken.

Ordered a delivery on line, everything appeared normal. After waiting for an hour and a half, I tried to call them. The number is now disconnected. Nothing ever arrived. They could at least have a bit of respect for the loyal customers and take down the website or update to state temporary/permanent closure and help people not to waste an evening expecting a takeaway with friends.

After seeing it recommended on the Ruby Murray club Facebook page we decided to give it a try even though it was a good 25 minute walk from where out hotel was situated. Well all I can say was it was worth the walk , food was amazing , staff were very friendly overall a great experience , will definitely recommend and will be coming back when in cardiff again.

Quite unassuming from the road , but the welcome was great and the food and service were excellent. My only complaint is that the restaurant was cold to a point where I nearly put my coat on.

Living in Reading this was our first visit for a few years. It was busy after the Wales v New Zealand match but everything was great. Very friendly service from two hard working colleagues and the food was excellent - great to have half and half which doesn’t exist in Reading - and very fairly priced. Good to see it is still keeping up high standards.

The take away food here is amazing and such good value. We ordered here every week during the last 18 months of various lockdowns and they didn’t let us down once. We’ve recently moved out of their delivery area 😢 so can only get a take away when we’re at friends houses. On Saturday 18th we dined at the restaurant for the first time and as expected the food was wonderful. The gentleman working who was front of house, serving drinks and food, answering phone etc worked so hard and was so polite and lovely. Great experience, well done

Have been a customer of this restaurant for 20 years. They have always been very welcoming. Tried to order a takeaway tonight just to have my order refused. Spoke with the manager and he denied ever delivering to my house. You should be aware that this place has changed management and the service is now appalling. It states on the restaurant website and on just eat that they deliver but don't bother because he will just waste your time.

Excellent First time ordered and it was delicious! Onion Bhajis are large and tasty. You do have to pay extra for the mint sauce but worth it! The Chicken madras has only chicken and no other vegetables but the chicken is soft and quality, and the sauce is just right. The vegetable Biryani is lovely and lots of flavours, as was the Chicken Dopiza with lots of chicken & peppers. Overall I will be returning as this meal was excellent.

As a visitor to Cardiff I wasn’t sure what to expect but we were glad we choose this place for our curry. Extremely tasty, the spicier curry didn’t just taste of chillis as you get in some places but also of a lovely mixture of spices. Naan bread made fresh and saag paneer side was drier than other restaurants but it was really really nice for what it was. Great value for money and delivery was on time. Staff over the phone and delivery were professional and friendly. Thank you!

We went last Friday at 10pm. And were all alone just us two and the waiter. Food was very good we had curry rice it was great and would go again. The beer was cold and nan bread large and so fresh. All in all a great curry house.

Excellent Indian Tandoori restaurant a little way out from the city centre but within easy walking distance. Food excellent with a good menu choice and reasonably priced. Service is efficient, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Food was great but waited to long for delivery and it was still 15 min late

the order was incomplete. I contacted the restaurant to reimburse. They promised they would organise immediately, but it still has not happened. the food was well below average.

Food was terrible, curries was microwaved meat was hard, food came through the door and went straight in the bin complete waste off £40 normally order from nishraith and am always happy with my food from there just thought ide try what else was out there will never be doing that again please shut your restaurant you can't give people food like that. Nishraith takeaway is the best and I don't know them just telling the truth

Good experience overall. Curry was very nice, lovely fresh rice and naan. Only thing I would say is there was too much oil for my tastes (had to pour it out of the top of the container). Otherwise good and would order again.

A few things have let this place down, the food wasn’t the best quality, just average, there was a limited selection of wine as the few choices we asked for they didn’t have. I asked to take the large portion of lamb passanda I couldn’t eat with my rice home with me, as my husband wasn’t with me and he would eat curried dog food if it was on his plate. So went home with my little bag and found no rice, and about one spoon full of my curry, which makes me wonder what they have done with the majority of my curry still left in the bowl? I can’t prove anything but if I ask to take my food home to have the following day I should have all of it not just a spoonful. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Ordered two different curries both identical sauces and taste the same not good value for money very expensive for what you get never order again from here

I visited here with my sister early Sunday evening. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and suggested which dish to have after we said what ingredients we fancied in it. The curry was quite a large portion, and tasted wonderful. The garlic naan was really nice. We couldn’t fault it. We were only visiting the city, but if we come again we’ll make a bee line for this restaurant.

Lovely food from a very busy menu including some Thai choices. The atmosphere of the restaurant was friendly and easy going. Prices are fair too.

We’ve ordered a few times from this restaurant, however, the last order received a negative review and wanted to give it one more chance. The food was delivered late again with all the items either being lukewarm or cold, part of the order was missing and when we called to ask for it to be sent out, we were told that it would take too long. The note on the order was also ignored. Think this is the last chance we will give this restaurant which is a shame because the food does taste lovely, just wish it was hot.

Meal was over an hour late, when we called they left us hanging on the phone while the receptionist discussed her college work. We are yet to have the food, although just eat has asked for feedback on the food. ....... food finally arrived, it was hot and very tasty although we don’t generally eat that late we ate half of it

Discovered this absolutely fantastic restaurant after attending Wales vs England Rugby. What an amazing experience and great food forgot about the game! Staff were superb, facilities are excellent and the food is authentic and varied. Definitely a must visit if you are in Cardiff.

Delivery was late and had to chase restaurant. Took over 30 minutes for the food to be delivered from the restaurant to the house and everything was cold. We've ordered a few times and have never had a problem and the food is usually lovely so I'm going to put this down to being a busy Saturday but will be more wary of ordering next time.

My order arrived 45 minutes later than advertised. The reasons given were that they were busy. If the time provided by the restaurant when accepting the order was more honest I probably wouldn’t have minded. Needless to say the food was Luke warm. A shame as the food itself was really nice.

Nos metimos en el euroasiático en el día de Año Nuevo. Algunos de los otros indios en Cantón estaban cerrados, así que apreciamos la apertura euroasiática. Cuando llegamos, era bastante caótico por dentro, ya que los pedidos de comida para llevar estaban llegando y el conductor de la entrega también era el único adulto en la parte delantera del restaurante. Sin embargo, no tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para nuestra comida y era muy sabrosa.

It was a big order, for 10 of us, including children. Everything was perfect, hot, and clearly labelled. Great service, great tastes of India and enjoyed by all.

Overall good quality food. Needs seasoning in curries as this is often lacking when I order. However this is a minor point, the quality is better than other takeaways on Cowbridge Road.

favourite curry place in Cardiff. Lamb is always plentiful and soft, not chewy or grizzly. never had a bad curry from here. Vindaloo could be hotter but that’s just me being picky. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else.

Very good food. Curries lovely, nans fresh, poppadoms very light and crispy. Cheerful delivery driver. Accurate delivery update time. I would say the medium curries would be fine for people who like mild curries. I didn't try any marked hot!
