Amazing food and service. 100% the best place to come for a bottomless brunch! We were served by Oliwia who was amazing and always on hand to serve the next drink in plenty of time! 10/10🕺

Cozy, great food, chill music, great atmosphere. Our waitress, Oliwia, was polite and attentive, and Jono was an absolute star. Overall the evening was just an amazing experience, I can definitely recommend it

Friday 20th March, Waited patiently in a queue for a good 10 minutes, which was fine as it seemed busy but not totally full. When greeted we told the server we were weren’t going to a show (a lot were, who expected quick service) so, we were happy to wait for food, however, would like a drink while waiting. We sat at the table with menus and waited roughly 20 minutes before we decided to leave. We wasn’t so much as acknowledged for a drinks order. The servers could see we were waiting, there was no acknowledgment of saying they would be with us shortly. Staff seemed to prioritise customers who were going to The Theatre, even customers who hadn’t booked, but wanted to go to The Show. We knew this as we could hear in the queue. Very minimal staff present, I’m sure they will say it’s a “staff shortage” issue. They watched us walk out and didn’t act bothered.

Came here for Bottomless Brunch last Friday 14th March. Everything was amazing, our host in particular was amazing, could not fault him. Quick service, great cocktails and food, would definitely recommend and come again

AWFUL - what terrible service, having paid something close to £90 for two people to have bottomless brunch, just to be ignored in an EMPTY restaurant. We probably got 4-5 drinks each (that’s close to £20 a drink). Shameful contrast to the las iguanas in town, just go there… or slug and lettuce.

Welsh was a consummate host. Such a charming and warm welcome. Such an asset to your business. The drinks were made to a high standard and the food was delicious. Easily the best bottomless brunch we've ever had.

Stopped in for lunch and had a warm welcome by Welsh who found us the perfect spot in the rare February sunshine. Rio the bartender made us the best cocktails and all in all it was a great experience. Staff like Welsh and Rio should be protected at all costs! Thanks guys, we'll be back for more spicy marks!!

HOWEVER, The service was out of this world and our servers, Mati and Kasia, were absolute stars and treated us like royalty 😭!! If you want a birthday celebration then I’d definitely recommend here (Thank you for the service you really made my mums birthday!!) xx

I Have not been here for a few years but I remember it being very nice. My partner took me here again expecting the same experience. Unfortunately it wasn’t, the rice is way too spicy to enjoy. I told the lovely waitress but she replied yes they are very hot.myself Working in the same industry I would have offered another option for sure. The tables next to us were full of food and chicken bones that no one cleared for the whole hour and a half that we were there. Not one member of staff cleared a table and they were not short staffed and it was a very quiet evening. I left feeling very hungry which for 50 pound for one course I really shouldn’t have, we will not ever return or recommen. Sorry but total ruined my birthday meal.

I visited for the first time last week for the tapas deal for January and it definitely won’t be my last visit. The service was a little slow to start off with but it was incredibly busy esp for a Friday night in January and our server Francesco was so lovely and very informative. The dishes were stunning and we tried so many my fav being the Brazilian fried chicken and the shredded chipotle beef tacos 🌮 and the hot honey chicken tacos they were divine! Will Definetly be back and I look forward to trying even more of the menu. Thank you for a lovely evening

We had a fantastic meal woth lovely friendly servers. My only issue was that I had brought in a birthday cake and given clear instructions that I wanted it to be a surprise, I asked them to just bring it out with the provided candle after our mains. The surprise was rather spoilt by the server coming and asking the table if we were ready for the cake, and they alos failed to use the candle provided but used some they had in the kitchen. Other than that the meal and evening was fabulous.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Thought we'd come down to try the £15 tapas. Lyn was incredible and very attentive, she has brilliant customer service and is honestly such an asset to the company. I have never received such wonderful customer service in our lives. I have to say I have never experienced such an awful time at a restaurant. It was Friday, the last day of the bottomless tapas, so it was busy. We booked ahead, though, and we were 5 people. Firstly, when we ordered, we were told to only order 1 thing from the menu with a drink, which was strange, but we went with it. 20 minutes passed, but still no food, and when another 10 minutes passed, it arrived. One dish was stone cold. It was easily fixable, though. Just pop it in a microwave. I cannot even justify how long that took. Then, the waitress wrote down all our orders when ordering another round of food. It took 20 minutes for the food to arrive (the restaurant was getting quieter), and it was utterly wrong. We ordered Brazilian chicken and chicken wings and we got beef tacos. Then, after finishing the tacos, which we thought was a mistake, they gave us pulled pork tacos and patata bravas. We didn't wanna question it. We just ate the food, and by the time we finished and wanted to leave, it took 30 minutes for someone to come to the table, with someone having to go to the register and ask for our check and whether we had to go up and pay the bill. (At this point, we were one of three tables). The staff couldn't have been friendlier, but it was slow service, and it felt like, from the start, we were being ignored for the entire night. I know that, personally, as a server, it can get busy. But 20min - 30mins wait between a round of tapas, some of which we didn't even order. Simply unacceptable. I didn't think it was even possible for the level of disaster it was. I wasn't angry; I was just disappointed. The food we ordered was incredible. The music in the restaurant was too loud; I couldn't hear anyone from the table speak.

Poor experience.. food was late and cold, wrong orders, waiting at table for bill for 30 minutes. Went to celebrate for a birthday celebration and was very disappointed.

This is our second visit this month for the Bottomless Tapas, and we were not let down! Lyn's customer service was so inviting the first time that we knew we had to come back. Once again, we were thrilled with the experience. Mati ensured we were always well-fed and provided amazing service with a smile! The staff were incredible, the food was fantastic, and we left feeling very full and happy!

Came in for a bottomless brunch and it was amazing. Lyn was our waitress and made sure to come back regularly and gave us our money worth and then some! Amazing service!

Food was okay, I do miss the old menu, Also waited 40 minutes for a brownie that turned up frozen so that was a bit of a miss 👀 Staff were lovely tho but feel like they had a lot to deal with between a lot of them which is why wait times were so high

We had a lovely evening at Las iguanas tonight, our food came out relatively quick and fast and our server Neha always made sure to check in on us. Not once at all through the evening were we waiting to be served anything, She was so on the ball by constantly checking in on us if we needed anything and checking to make sure everything was okay! We were served by the lovely Lyn for a bottomless brunch today!! She honestly couldn’t have done enough! She was absolutely amazing and so attentive. What a lovely woman she is :) The brunch was lovely and the food was unreal! I had the beef burger- Xmas various and it was unreal! The flavours were spot on and the cheese was delicious :) Will always recommend it here :)

A table was booked for 13, each ordering the bottomless brunch at £42.95 a head. When first entering the premises, we were greeted and seated with smiles and attentiveness for the first hour, our glasses were replaced as soon as they were empty. The food options are few and all containing a lot of spice. It looked good and smelt great but a few including myself could not eat it because it was to spicy. For the last hour, half of our group were being served and the other half not. Despite calling staff over and explaining we were being missed, and going to the bar to request Drinks this did not change. We were over half an hour without any further Drinks being brought to us. When our time was up we were presented with a bill with an extra charge for service of £50+ added without our knowledge. If the drinks were kept flowing I probably wouldn't have noticed this and therefore feel that drunken people are being exploited.

Las Iguanas hosted a birthday lunch for one of my colleagues today (which I was tasked with arranging) and I want to comment on how seamless the process was! From the initial booking to accepting pre-orders, the back and forth via email, not to mention the prompt service whilst in the restaurant, whilst also hosting a much larger party at the same time! The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout, so a big thank you from The Welsh Parliament! :)

If you want somewhere to eat that has friendly, attentive staff then this is the place to go. The food is delicious, hot and plentiful, and reasonably priced for the quality. I will definitely be going again.

We had a really really lively lazy afternoon here. Just nibbling on tasty tapas, nachos and tacos with some delicious cocktails. Rio, our host, was super friendly and welcoming. Not our first time here and certainly not our last. Really looking forward to coming back again soon!
