Would never use this company through choice. Re-scheduled a delivery for a day I was off work. This date was ignored and delivery attempted on a different date. Rather than leave with a neighbour or keep at the depot (like every other delivery company does) the parcel was sent back to the retailer. Waste of time.

Wrong items delivered no food just drinks and melted mc flurry’s that we did not order

Ordered food via justeat app and the meal been put back twice and still never arrived and no option for refund. Can't believe this shocking behaviour for a food service and it should be shut down if not meeting standards of service when the customer is right.

The welcome was excellent, very friendly, our meal was delicious, starters, mains and dessert, service was 100%. Will definitely be having more visits

Absolutely shocking food, second time we’ve been here. First time bacon was missing and just wasn’t nice at all. This time, I’m sure the mushrooms are tinned? Taste vile. Fried bread is literally like a greasy crouton. Breakfast is just awful however go 20 minutes down the road to ebbw vale everything is spot on, actual cooked mushroom and tomatoes (no tomatoes in bargoeds) I tried it twice and it’s definitely never happening again.

I got my food and it had a multitude of blood clots and I can now only taste blood and I ripped out a 3 inch tendon from 1 of them and the average piece was more gristly than an actual raw chicken ypu just bite into and that would be more pleasant basically they 🍇ed the happiness out of my bucket

Ordered at 9.25 pm, due for 10pm. At 10.20 pm told driver on his way. As at midnight - no food has arrived. I've lost £20. The tactics used by Blackwood staff are: 1. you call - they pick the phone up and disconnect you immediately (this happened 3 times, before I could speak to them). 2. the tell you the driver is on his way, and will be there in 10 mins, to get rid of you. 3. They never delivered the food - just take the money. I'm speechless at how bad the service is at Blackwood Pizza Hut. Its shameless. Blackwood doesn't deliver the food - and they refuse to answer the telephone or lie about the delivery to get rid of you. Its sad to say but the staff there need to get their P45's.

Terrible service, cancelled my order 5 times, and when tracked the uber driver he was 2 streets away from me and still cancelled. Never order from here, awful experience

We used to go here regularly for coffee but the prices have gone through the roof. Will be taking our custom elsewhere from now on.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, might have been worse in the past but got our food quickly, food was hot, everything we ordered was there and the lad behind the counter was nice

Absolute s**t show paid for a GRAVY mega box drove home and considering it was called a gravy mega box which I paid to upgrade to large I had no gravy, staff over there couldn work under pressure because the amount of just eat orders going out, had the scabbiest prices of chicken in my box. Isn the first time they’ve messed up an order but to forget gravy when that’s what the meal was called is abit mind blowing. Won’t be returning as we pay expensive for a meal and never get what we actually paid for. Shocking either needs to be re-staffed or shut down
