Never Received Order off just-eat after 2 1/2 hours just looking for a driver on app and then said Delivered app, Bad Service all round

So frustrating, I thought it may have improved after the refurbishment but no. Order arrived over an hour after ordering (I live 5 mins from restaurant but baby was asleep to had to order delivery) food was cold, chicken selects had half the batter missing, and no garlic mayo dip, cheese bites were missing the tomato dip (as always). I don't know why they can't get the order right but this happens all the time. Definitely ordering from Newbridge next time as have far less issues

Forgot my sauces and the coca cola tastes not right

I can’t say anything really other than the customer service I received from 2 people was horrific, the last person I spoke to in the store actually explained properly that the orders this morning have been lost due to IT issues. However as the order was placed through the McDonald’s app, there is no way to request a refund as Uber eats are unable to find the order based on the order number I have been given

I ordered food at a 10am the delivery driver was at McDonald’s by 10.15 and for some reason didn’t leave the restaurant until 11 (I’m assuming McDonald’s made her wait for more orders so not the drivers fault) when the food did arrive the driver was very sorry but the food was cold and had clearly been left sitting for some time … very unhappy

Me and my friends went to McDonald's as we just went for a walk and was hungry as we sat some people keep look at my friends and laughed. We order my friend got hers first we all tried a chip and it was cold her burger look disgusting.

The service at this McDonald's is by far the worst service you could receive. For one moment I thought I was at Karen's Diner. The staff are miserable, unhappy and all look like they would rather be anywhere else other than work. I've visited the drive thru a number of times to be rudely spoken to each time. I've spoken to the managers on number of occasions due to the rudeness of the staff and nothing seems to improve. Visited there tonight and the man who served me could not even politely say 'please or Thank you' and who had the pleasure of slamming the drive thru window shut on me. I was going to speak to a manager again but thought what is the point because nothing ever changes at this restaurant. If I could rate this McDonalds 0 stars then I would. Avoid at All Costs!

Took longer to deliver than it was supposed to, the fries were stone cold, ordered a bbq chicken wrap and it falling apart, paid for sauces but never received them and they didn’t give us straws so the milkshakes went to waste

No fries or dips and rest of food was cold. Dips never arrive with my orders yet you always blame Just Eat eventhough you prepared the orders.

Hi, I just put an order in for 1 box of nuggets, 3 double ucheese burgers, and 4 large chips. I changed the delivery address, buy still went to my son's address, but the chips I ordered are missing, so is tge dip, yet you've charged me for them. what are you going to do about this big mistake.. so canmot give a good review regards Sue Jones.

ordered 3 large big mac meals. big macs came but no fries absolutely disgusting

not happy at all..ordered from McDonald's around 9:30ish..11:00 still no order delivered..so rang and was told no courier there to order it but the food is there..was told to come and get it..no apologies nothing..i would like a full refund..i ordered for a delivery that i had to go and get..food was cold..its really not good service what so ever.

Half of my drink got spilled, this is definitely not worth my money. thankfully i have 2 but still my money was wasted, i do not appreciate it.

They mostly get your order right (rare for a mcdonals), service can be a little slow on times but I feel that's all mcdonalds lately, avoid on a Friday and Saturday night lots of drunk people too close to the drive through!

I had to put this order in twice because the store cancelled my order. I placed my first order 6:20, this was cancelled 8:15 and I placed the second order at 8:25. My cheese burger had no pickles even though the order and packaging states i asked for extra.... The food was hot, but the fries had no seasoning and I didn't receive the right dips either.

Everything was delivered, chips cold and nuggets Luke warm but can always be heated up, actually had sauces this time, happy with delivery

Forgot my child’s happy meal, rung the store to be spoken rudely to. My child was very upset and was told to sort through the app so I’m currently money down and a very upset child. No help from the restaurant at all and wanted to blame just eat even though they pack the food….

Never again will I go here staff very rude and not understanding with children with health and learning difficulties

Went with a friend after a few hours in the cinema watching a movie, and was sitting in one of the corners having a conversation between us as usual. And by chance, we started laughing, like any normal person…and somehow we were laughing at a staff member’s conversation who was a table away from us, assumably with a close friend or some kind. Another member of staff had told her that we were laughing about her conversation, and instead of asking for confirmation she instead made snide remarks saying “If they’re going to laugh at a conversation, they shouldn’t be here.” along with consistent dirty looks the entire time we were eating. I’m only going to assume that she didn't ask for confirmation was because we are teenagers, but seriously all we wanted to do was enjoy our food which was already cold and disgusting but was left feeling uncomfortable that we ended up leaving over half of it in the bin, as it completely out me off.

Food was ordered at 5.53 and delivered at 7.40 took nearly 2 hours to come, when it did it was cold.

Tasteless! I can only surmise that a lot of work has gone into a recipe that has no taste so as to not put anyone off their food.

Absolutely abysmal, I live 20 minutes from the store. My delivery took an hour to be delivered by bicycle. The food was ruined, freezing cold and half portions of all the fries. Rang to complain and received no help whatsoever. If you can't ensure the food will be delivered warm, don't offer the delivery service. Absolutely disgusted and out of pocket.

First it said the delivery would be 12:30pm it is saying the food has been delivered but it is not here. It says it was delivered at 12:50pm but it is now 1:57pm and no food has arrived??

The coke had fell into the ice cream so it was inedible, not happy. Drivers should take much more care when driving the food.

this gentleman was the most sweet polite man we have encountered on just eat very careful handing over our food this evening. I wish I tipped him as the one we had this morning was very rude didn't say anything and was on his phone not even a hello tipped him £2. if all employees were like this gentleman this evening the world will be a better place very grateful for his kindness thank you

the courier was sat waiting at the restaurant for 30 mins before my order was passed to him and they charge for a double mcmuffim and sent singles do McDonald's only hire morons, it's like screw the service just get the money and nothing is done about it and nothing ever will

This is the 2nd time in a row my order that has been delivered has been wrong. 1st order had item missing second order had all the food missing just drinks delivered! when I rang McD they told me it’s a just eat problem and not theirs as it went through a third party. They refused to help. The problem was not just eat!! The problem was that Blackwood McDonald’s give the Uber driver the wrong food bags!The service at this restaurant is disgraceful. The time kept getting extended for delivery. When it arrived there was items missing and the food was cold. Everyone’s currently feeling unwell from eating it.
