McDonald's in Caerphilly

shame I got the wrong order. but must say the delivery driver was excellent.

didn't turn up couldn't find my address went to the crematorium opposite me then wouldn't answer his phone then placed a delivered sign up but hasn't reached the destination or delivered the food left hungry again the local people on you're pay roll finds me all the time so why

Food was cold only just got round to doing something about it as I have been busy all day but

fries still hot nothing missing appart from the dips best order I've had from there

my coke and chips didn't turn u0

Yet again, my order was missing items. I don't understand how this happens so consistently. Shouldn't they be ticking items off as they're added to the bags? I'm astounded that I received a drink, but not the meal it was supposed to come with. Makes no sense at all.

but once again mac Donald's have messed up my order nothing in my bag that ive ordered they employ puppets there not happy

on every order there is something missing, this time it's all the fries from each of the meals

The app said the food would be delivered at 13.20 pm. Then 10-15 minutes before this it was saying the food was delivered, when clearly it had not. phoned the mc Donald’s I ordered the food from, gave them the order number and they still couldn’t help me. This the second time in 2months this has happened.So now I have to wait for the money to be returned again. Can you explain why this is happening only mc Donald’s.

utter shambles! My order was mixed up and food missing. No happy meal/buger for my child and just had chicken nuggets, didn't even order a milkshake, ice cream missing and a coke missing! Food was also cold, not again

freezing cold hard fries and the burgers all smashed in the bag.never really a good experience with mcdonald’s when i order on here.

the order wasn't actually edible. it was freezing cold. I dont know what's happening at McDonald's, only 2 weeks ago I did 2 separate McDonald's on 2 different days. everything went through as normal only to have the orders cancelled. absolutely abysmal service, if you can't deliver dont take the order and make people wait an hour before telling the customer. also when you order a delivery and you choose which dip you want it would be good if it was put in, maybe with some straws for drinks!

I actually had everything I ordered this time no missing items. massive thank you who ever it is prepared my order

Appalled missing items and wrong things to and you ask if I want to order again no chance

food was really cold, fries were hardly filled. drinks really flat. my kids order alot but this is my first delivery on my name. no chance next time unless I'm assured food is freshly cooked!

Arrived quickly really nice driver and packet actually contained the sauces for a change

the order never arrived and I got charged anyway, called to see what happened and I was told to order again and that I would have to pay again which is not acceptable

Feed, feed allow me nutriment, provide me the sustenance for to continue. Do not go gently into that drive thru, rage, rage against the dying of the milkshake machine. Enrich my soul with your golden fries, please I beg of thee father McDonald, give nourishment to me. Here I do behest; allow the gathering of our youth outside, all ye slammed Honda Civics, all ye desperate mothers, hear the call, answer the pilgrimage. What else is here? I have imagined death so much it feels more like a memory to me.

Chips were stale and absolutely freezing. Must’ve been sat out for hours

driver was showing the next street over then order went to deliverd but never received my order

Food arrived early which was a bonus, but it was cold. Ordered nuggets but they didn’t include the dips. Even paid for extra dips which weren’t even delivered. Also ordered milkshakes and didn’t receive straws. Don’t think they read their own reviews as we didn’t get straws last time either!!!

Absolutely terrible service, never bring the right food or never bring the dips. Clearly employing useless people who can’t even read let alone pack food. Shocking

I waited ages for this order the time changed I waited over an hour and they forgot my dip I am fuming

The food is stating that it has been delivered but there is no delivery man in sight with our order. The map wasn’t updating with our food.

Orderd take away at 5.45pm order time kept changing even though it said latest delivery at 6.30pm. Attempted to cancel order by 7pm but the app wouldn't let me as they stated the order will be on its way soon. 7.30pm order was cancelled by the restaurant as they were unable to fulfil the order. Ridiculous. Had hungry family member at home who had to wait nearly 2 hours for "fast food" treat which never arrived. Then had to wait a further 30mind for food to be prderd and arrive from another restaurant.

My experience with my orde was not how I wanted it, my uber driver drove all the way to the top of New Tredegar and when it finally came he blamed me of him driving to the wrong destination absolutely ridiculous I want a refund now

driver rang looking for the house, tried telling me he found it so I said must be wrong address as I'm stood at the door, driver then hung up on me, I'm still waiting now, McDonald's don't answer the phone! so food hasn't even turned up, this place is getting worse

Items missing yet again. I wouldn't have thought it can be that hard to bag up an order correctly, but I guess I'd be wrong.

Always forgeting the sauces , McDonald's needs to sort this as it's so annoying, everything else is great and the last person who packs the order doesn't read that we've ordered sauces.

it's fantastic how they can get it to you on the second occasion and it was lush so hopefully they give me my money back from yesterday's failure. fingers crossed

Missing two hash browns and a single sausage egg McMuffin out of the duo share meal and the other single wash squished and missing bottom bread and half the egg don’t no what happened or what that was all about but happy this time

one of the bags came with the zip tag pulled off, didn't notice until he had gone cause he handed me the 2 bags together, turns out there was also a bigmac missing. no option to redeliver just a refund, hope the f t fk chokes.

The app gave me a delivery time, but when the order was dispatched the map showed the vehicle quite close to my area,but no delivery .Then the app showed delivered, but of course it wasn’t.
