Cold food delivered, no dips that had been paid for, no straws, missing part order and recieved someone elses order. Called them and rude and no help what so ever

Not a single order in person or online has been correct. The one single good this about this place is that you eat free by getting constant refunds from uber eats. No excuse as its a very low skill, low pressure, very simple job (from past experience). Simply a lack of care from staff and management with no intent on improvement, embarrassing to call it "work" really.

Food turned up covered in hot chocolate

This order took 3 and half hours to come i ordered it at 11:50, I am not happy with how long it took if the restaurant is busy they should take it off just eat

Always forget the dips and the food is always cold

food was 2 and a half hours late. freezing cold. forgot my sauces that i paid for despite leaving a note on my order reminding them to pack them.

Awful food was incorrect and freezing cold. And drink was tipped in the bag so no drink really. Left feedback and only offered small refund not happy at all. Would not be ordering again.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. 3 times in the space of 6 weeks they have managed to miss my sons Big Mac meal out of our Oder, I was fed up and drive to Blackwood to complain. The so calmed manager was completely not empathetic and acted like it was my fault they got my order wrong on 3 occasions. She refused to give a way of identifying her for a complaint and removed her band badge. She lied and said she was the highest manager on site. The actual manager eventually came out and apologised but still did nothing to rectify the issue

How long does it take to do a plain burger happy meal. I go every Monday with my granddaughter and the wait is terrible plain burger fries and coke...is it that difficult.

the security tab on our bag was ripped off and the fries bag had been opened which meant everything was cold. And presumably missing a few fries. is that really acceptable?

Driver absolutely spot on can’t fault him, however I paid for sauces and a burger which have not been put in the order this is the second time to happen to me in the 3 week period I have ordered from you, sort it out service is shocking

Food still hasn’t arrived, it’s over an hour late and I’ve just had a message saying it was delivered at 8:15…. I mean…. It wasn’t…

My order hasnt been delivered. It was due at 6:55pm and we are still waiting at 9pm. It is 9pm right now and we have recieved a message that it already has been delivered at 10pm when we havent even reached that time yet.

Ordered a meal on my way home from the hospital tonight from Blackwood, 2 cars in the queue. Got home to a bag of cold burgers, which was totally the wrong order. Tried to ring them for 30 mins no answer, drove back over there, they didn't even apologise....

Says 24 hour open, Tuesday morning 00:30 and the place is closed both instore and drive through. I suggest opening times get reviewed and altered or let people know if it is shut for a reason

Fries were cold. Payed for sauces but done were given.

Vile! Milkshakes were tipped everywhere, delivery driver was too busy on his phone. The food was stone cold and the kids milkshake was awful. £30 wasted for inedible food

Order £50 worth of food. Delivery on time, opened bag to find that the order was completely wrong not even £20 worth of food in the bag. Phone the store and did not want to help at all “It’s not our problem, please get in touch with just eat.” Needless to say that the relevant requests were sent off asap. This McDonald’s never gets orders correct in person or via just eat. They just want to slam orders out as quick as they can’t with little to no regard about what they’re giving out. Appalling.

Absolutely awful!! How this place is even still running is beyond, food is terrible and the service is just as worse!

Wrong food came set it back to then be told no refund can be given

The burger had all tipped out in the bag and the drink lid had come off and tipped all in the other bag,I cant submit for a refund because the driver took all the damaged bags away with him and im now unable to take the photos i need for the refund.

i used the mcdonald’s app to try and order, it said it refused my order but took the money out of my account, i tried to call the restaurant over 25 times trying to get help and no answer every time, the order all of a sudden shown up at my door but wish it hadn’t, it was all cold and the big mac had a horrible metallic taste. do not recommend in the slightest

Its unfortunate that I have to write an review like this; my order had a few issues such as missing fries— all my three orders that were large meals, had NO fries with them and everything was super cold, not to mention that it was super late—didn’t even find a driver until it was late!! It’s not acceptable. I understand that it’s a rush time but double check, I’m not happy as I payed £55.09 for the whole order and I didn’t even get that.

Didn’t give no chicken nuggets and no refund

This is my local McDonald’s so can only order from here but they always forget parts of my meals or whole meals whether it’s through delivery or in store! Always complain about it and I’m sick of having the free meal tokens, I still go hungry that day I ordered food! I’ve asked for this to passed on as acknowledgment and to sort out the staff that constantly forget to put everything in the orders but it seems to still be an ongoing problem. Everytime I eat from here (doesn’t matter what time of the day either) there is always an issue with my food whether it’s cold or missing stuff and I’m fed up of it! The mcdonalds in Cardiff or anywhere else are never ever like this and I feel as if all of them should have the best standard to live up to.

Awful experience tonight, got a McSpicy, the chicken was inedible. It was charred black and was as hard as a rock. It tasted like it was cooked at 4pm and has been sitting under a heat light since then. I did spent 15min ringing to complain, but nobody answered the call. So I just complained via the mcdfoodforthoughts.com on the receipt

I ordered cheese and it didn’t come with it

Since the revamp which was clearly done to benefit the lazy online food ordering community, this place is at least a third smaller so there are no tables available for the amount of food they sell, the burger I had looked like it had been thrown around the kitchen in a game of catch, massive thumb indentation in the burger, 36 min wait for the food too arrive and the place was full of kids swearing and throwing things around with no staff controlling the terrible behaviour, I have no intention of eating in this cattle market again 😒😡
