50 minuets late, all the ice cream melted wife got them waffles out of the bag and all the ice cream has poured over the floor and my daughters on the sofa. Inedible refund needed. Drove the the store lad had no idea what was happening tried calling 8 times.

Ordered two ice cream sundays came like soup ! Couldnt even eat it and the bubble gum one dodnt even taste like bubble gum ! For £6 each its absolutely appalling. Wont be ordering again

The delivery was quite fast but the waffle I had ordered was undercooked and they sent me the wrong type of chocolate bar.

Have not received order and phone cuts off just received order waffle is freezing and chocolate all melted ice cream is melted can't warm up waffle as half our electricity is off hence why ordered not impressed wast of money.

Well. Don't order from Sugar Shack Desserts had a delivery of them on the weekend it is now Thursday and haven't had my missing items I have paid for it haven't had a refund 😡and won't awnser the phone or nothing to me now they have put on the Uber eat app that I need to give them 15.33 when my order was 10 pound something and I paid for delivery in cash!!!!! The young woman said the night I ordered that they would come by tonight and no sine I have been ringing and leaving messages for days no response at all !!!!!

Poor food quality all round. First time ordering. Won't again. Waffle was under cooked, salted caramel sauce made the box it came in all soggy. (Box fell apart). Vanilla ice cream odd flavour. Strawberry sundae had frozen Strawberrys. Couldn't eat it. Brownie was hard. Very disappointed.

If I wanted 3 uncooked waffles covered in toppings I didn’t choose, I would be a very happy customer 👌🏼

I've never had a problem until today we ordered some desserts 2 hours ago went to ring them their phone is switched off bare in mind I first rung at 7pm deliveroo been saying it was sent at 7.30pm it is now 8pm this is ridiculous don't recommend them anymore

Fizzy sweets have more none fizzy sweets and raspberry millions delivered instead of blackcurrant millions and strawberry slushy was just a strawberry drink

Waffle turned up freezing cold which was probably down to the long delivery time. Tried phoning 2 different numbers to see where my order was and both didn’t pick up. Overall very poor experience and won’t be ordering again

Delicious milkshakes, a must have treat, best milkshakes and desserts out there, even rang me to let me know they didn’t have bananas, amazing service will always be ordering from here and fast delivery within 28 mins

I ordered waffle, and 2 milkshakes. They forgot my milkshake, the waffle was freezing and didn’t have the toppings I asked for, the delivery driver said he would come back with my change and never come back with the milkshake or the change -5 stars on each review

The waffles were very soggy and it had a odd taste couldn’t eat it.

Very unprofessional!! Not sure if the girl was staff or just a kid left there with her friends hanging round by the entrance, ordered 4 waffles and that was fine, 10 minutes later she turns and says the WAFFLE PLACE IS OUT OF WAFFLE MIXTURE?, they said they wernt making crepes and only had ice cream or their shelf products! She didnt seem like she wanted to be there and was very quiet and was the only person in the shop??SHOCKING!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

Ordered two Nutella milkshakes. Neither tasted like nutella, No taste at all. Not worth £5.50 each at all!!!

Absolutely disgusting! The crepe was freezing cold and like rubber to chew, we asked for Nutella and were given what can only be described as cheap chocolate sauce. I asked for nuts and rather that the usual chopped nuts I got what tasted like salted peanuts. Very disappointed

Dont order from here. They send you what they want. My last order was completely wrong with items missing. Never got no refund or missing items. The items that arrived where not good either. Will never order there ever again!!!

I ordered a crepe and it was more of a pancake thickness. They forgot the ice cream also. Nothing worse then being disappointed when looking forward to things.

Very unimpressed with the food, spent almost £30 on 2 milkshakes, a cake, cookies and a mix up. The milkshakes tasted horrible, the sweets were shocking for the £6 we paid for them, and we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for this.

I can’t fault their service or the delivery time but the food we received was at a terrible standard. The waffles weren’t cooked properly so we had to Chuck them out. Neither of our waffles had the sauce on that we asked for and I paid extra for a topping I did not receive. This is the first time this has happened to me from here usually I enjoy our food but this delivery has turned me off ordering again.

Took 1hr 30mins to arrive and was a complete disappointment when it did arrive. The waffles were undercooked and dry, had no sauce, very few toppings on them of which I paid extra for. The chocolate that was on them seemed burnt and the 1 sliced strawberry had gone off. It was as though they had run out of toppings and just put on what was left. It was all literally impossible to eat and I sadly won’t be ordering again.

Order was late, was saying delivered but wasn't and the restaurant number didn't work kept saying number wasn't connected The crepe was extremely thick and was extremely poor in presentation and taste, the cheesecake I had, was soggy, the sundae was £6 and all it was vanilla ice cream with 4 chucks of Kinder bueno, the milkshake was okay, but not the best. Should be ashamed of your selves

Probably the worst waffles we've ever had. Waffles were really dry, I had a waffle with strawberries and "Nutella". It most certainly wasn't Nutella, whatever it was was so watery that by the time it was delivered it was all absorbed into the box and the little bit that had gathered in 2 holes of the waffle was so watery it literally run out as soon as I touched the waffle. The milkshakes were standard but the icecream was nice although the 2 different servings we had were done with the same scoop as my partner had a chunk of my icecream in his. Definitely not worth the money!

Nutella milkshakes from anywhere else would have been too rich, this one was just right. Been looking for Takis fuego for a while and was happy to see them up for delivery, am looking forward to trying them. Cookies and cream Hershey's slush, my mother enjoyed very much, said she was wanting something sweet... I must have read her mind. And she loves frazels, so had to get them. Thank you

Waited almost 2 hours for my order kept saying enjoy your food when I didn’t have it then it finally arrived , ice cream melted cheese cakes all to mush and waffles was so thick and hard no taste to any of it won’t be ordering here again , went against all the other negative reviews to give it a chance NEVER AGAIN ! What a waste of £30!!!!

Never turned up, was told it was on the way, called 20mins later and apparently it still hadn’t been picked up to be delivered and when asked to cancel got told to callback in another 5mins. 1 1/2hrs for 2 milkshakes and bottles of drinks to not even have be on its way

Pricey given its small portions, and my mrs didn’t get any bananas on her order as requested.

Tried calling numerous times and not getting through and no one answering, quite a few items were missing from the order and can’t contact you to let you know what was missing to get it rectified also came over an hour late this happened yesterday too won’t be happening again or ordering again very disappointed

They've really improved this is the 2nd order I've had. Fresh, warm and delicious. Only problem this time... I ordered minstrels and ended up with revels ( can't say I like them so that's a bummer) then I paid for giant buttons and choose bananas... No bananas. Gutted.

Never order again, placed an order waited 1 hour and still nothing rang them back to see how long it will be just for them to say they aren't making it and cancelled my order. They're excuse was they close soon and they have 3 more orders. If you have got orders in then you should still deliver them even after closing. I have worked in something like this before and still delivered food after closing. BEYOND THE JOKE

No stars would be a better review. Order items on just eat. Didn't have to make anything. Just had to deliver the items they supposedly had. They accepted the order then half a hour they cancel the order. Not impressed with this service. Try to support local businesses but not the ones who provide poor service.

Nice food but cold and late so ice cream melted. No syrup on crepe as ordered . Road closures not helping with delivery times but not pleasant so would not order again I’m sorry to say 😞

Great service! I’ve ordered from Sugar Shack a few times and I have no complaints. I was having a bad day today and wrote in the notes asking if they could make it as nice as possible (cheeky I know) as it would cheer me up and they not only made it to a great quality but they also included a hand written note which really made me smile. It’s the little things that really makes a difference so thank you for your continuing great quality service but also thank you for sharing your kindness in hard times.

Didn’t get my cheese cake I ordered and my son was criying because everyone had their dessert except him. I tried to phone the place and the phone is off. Will not recommend this place or order again.

Crepes where a poor size and some of my food was missing

food was cold when arriving. Waffle was cold and soggy. Sauce was not Nutella sauce

Absolutely disgusting this company. Their service has gone downhill from when it first opened. Waited quite a bit of time after I had the notification that my food was coming. I live a few doors up from the shop and fancied delivery. Food arrived and my waffle was cold and in a total mess as it was carried upside down. Opened the bag and the pot of icecream that comes with a waffle was all inside the bag flooded all over the other products I bought. Called the shop who said they would get another delivery to me and I received NOTHING! I am absolutely livid and i am a regular who has put a fair bit of money in their till. Don't waste your money is my advice.

Ordered sweets - no call to say they didn't have them, just sent something different. Order waffle no sauce - covered I'm chocolate sauce. And strawberry sundae - plain ice-cream with the tiniest bit of sauce I ever seen. I don't like to order from here if I can help it cos there normally rubbish but sadly all the good places were closed. I mean normally it's bad but tonight fair play u topped it !!

The honeycomb cheesecake was amazing, however I don't think I will be getting that one again, was very sickly even though I have a major sweet tooth. Will try some of the other desserts though. If you have any recommendations on which ones to try next, I would appreciate it. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed that the mint aero milkshake was lacking the one flavour I was craving.... mint!! Kinda tasted like cream with a weird after taste, there were also bits of the aero mint balls floating around in the drink....

Not happy with the service this evening I ordered some deserts, sweets and slushes all together spent £52 and when it was delivered we had items missing from the order so I rang the store and told them where they told me that they would need to speak to the driver when he returned so I gave it 45minutes and rang back they offered me a refund on the items that were missing but was then told I couldn't have the refund as I paid cash and then was told that they can't do anything about it because the boss was not there so my daughter couldn't have her desert or her slush drink while everyone else had the stuff they wanted and we can't have the money back either that is the last time ordering from there 😠

Absolutely shocking stale and not what is advertised.

Food arrived on time, ice cream melted and waffle cold. Sauce is advertised as Nutella and definitely isn’t. The smallest scope of ice cream and an undercooked waffle. By far the worse dessert we have ever paid for.

We've ordered crepes, they were hard and crunchy, I selected Nutella ice cream, chocolate sauce, Nutella sauce, maltesers & nuts. There was no Nutella sauce and the ice cream was hazelnut not Nutella. Very disappointing I won't be ordering again.

Order was confirmed as delivered by just eat app early, however food was delivered 20 mins late after I called the store. Staff friendly when answering the phone, however they may want to mute the phone when finding out where the order is. When it was finally delivered, cookie ice cream sandwich was more like frozen cookies swimming in ice cream soup. Ice cream had completely melted. Order tastes nice, but standards were poor.

The worst thing I’ve ever eaten

Wouldn't recommend, had a couple of milkshakes and both tasted like sour/off milk. Went back in to question this and the member of staff shrugged shoulders and gave a rubbish apology. No refund offered or asked if id like some fresh ones made.

Awful!! Ordered 3 waffles and milkshakes The waffles were under cooked, chewy and when they arrived they were on the side in the bag! Delivery was shocking and very late! Couldn't ring the restaurant as they were unavailable. Do not recommend this at all. Very over priced for the quality and quantity! The milkshakes were melted so they were like water. Awful. The man delivering wasn't friendly at all, found him very rude. Will not be ordering again!!

Both waffles was just dough they weren’t cooked properly at all, it was so horrible biting into them. Utterly disappointed😭 although the American crisps and drinks are nice

Food quality was great. Really enjoyed my Nutella waffle and my partner enjoyed his white chocolate Kinder Bueno Sundae. Presentation of both was great and our desserts were delivered right on time. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again

I wouldn't necessarily call it a crepe since it was very crispy but it was absolutely stunning. There were loads of chopped nuts, the salted caramel sauce was amazing and I can't recommend the Turkish delight icecream enough.

Wasn’t fussed at all, waffles half cooked! Won’t bother again!

Every time I go into the store the service is great, but every time I order a delivery it's just an ordeal. Nearly 2 hours from time of ordering for a milkshake, cookies and some sweets. Driver drops the milkshake allover the welcome matt, something we didn't even notice until the next day. Ask for a replacement was told ok, only go get a knock on the door 10 minutes later with some excuse. Applied for a refund, it still hasn't been received. And delivery charge being £3.50 you world expect some kind of service. I won't be ordering again.

asked for strawberries and white choc on waffle and a white choc strawb milkshake - all x 2 and received waffles with STRAWBERRY SWEETS (the ones from the tuck shop) instead of real straberries. Also the 2 x milkshakes were substituted MILLIONS sweets instead of strawberries. Not happy one bit.

Always a nice treat to have something from here. This time the food quality wasn't as good as previous, but still enjoyed it.

Poor poor service and the delivery guy stated that he had just picked it up. Pity anyone who lives further afield.
