Pizza Hut in Caerphilly

Ordered at 9.25 pm, due for 10pm. At 10.20 pm told driver on his way. As at midnight - no food has arrived. I've lost £20. The tactics used by Blackwood staff are: 1. you call - they pick the phone up and disconnect you immediately (this happened 3 times, before I could speak to them). 2. the tell you the driver is on his way, and will be there in 10 mins, to get rid of you. 3. They never delivered the food - just take the money. I'm speechless at how bad the service is at Blackwood Pizza Hut. Its shameless. Blackwood doesn't deliver the food - and they refuse to answer the telephone or lie about the delivery to get rid of you. Its sad to say but the staff there need to get their P45's.

Excellent service. Pizza as always was amazing. Delivery was really quick and the delivery staff are really friendly and the free ice cream was much appreciated

Really shocked at the bad reviews. Our food has always been delivered quickly and the pizzas are lovely. Maybe there’s a new manager there now?

We ordered online at 7pm it is now 21.38 still no pizza rang at 20.40 to be told pizza out for delivery at 9.15pm rang again told it was only being made don’t order from Pizza Hut Blackwood as they take your money send you a email to say 35 to 40 minutes eventually pizza arrived 3 hours later don’t bother ordering from Pizza Hut Blackwood as theory are liars

Ordered food at 6pm and was told it would be delivered by 7 too the get two phone calls to be told that it would be there by half 8 as they was running late which we weren't happy about. Quatre to 9 came and still no food Soo phoned up and when we finally got through was told that it would be atleast another 45 minutes absolutely shocking 3 hours wait and still noo food won't be ordering from here again!!!

Took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver 2 pizzas around the corner. At 8:55 on Just Eat it said out for delivery! So I Rang at 9:10 after an hour wait the manager said 5 minutes. I call 20 minutes later he abruptly says I only called 5 minutes ago. I said check the time I called at 10 past its now half past. He said waiting on a driver so another 5 minutes. Guess what ... It took another 15! By no means the driver's fault he was a nice boy. But that manager unreal. Terrible

We have ordered delivery a few times, absolutely awful and will tell you 5 minutes away every 10 minutes you ring. Will not order anymore
