Always greeted with a smile Service is quick, even when busy , which they always seem to be. Food is excellent, I recommend the spare ribs and the fish and chips are always fresh and good portions

My wife and I were looking forward to lunch (we have never been here before)... we asked what was suitable for vegans? The (confused) assistant behind the counter said 'we can make you some toast with oil on it'... Wow... Is that really all Artisans has to offer vegans? I would have given no stars , but Google won't let me... UPDATE: Having seen the response from the owner (albeit 2 years later) and seeing the owners defensive and arrogant response to ANY negative reviews I definitely will not be returning... I assume there is still an absolute paucity of vegan options available? Other (far better) local cafes are available, where the management do not have such a high handed and dismissive attitude towards complaints. What happened to 'putting the customer first'? Or listening to complaints with a constructive and positive attitude? And having spoken to other locals, the food is not all that either.... and if you are unhappy with the food or service don't bother complaining as you will get short shrift. Clearly the management have taken a leaf out of the Basil Fawlty school of customer service...

Me and few of friends went after a drink, got to the shop at around 9:30, friend ordered mild curry and was given the spicer one. Chips were dry and tasted like cardboard, fish was also mushy and not tasty at all 🤢. No where near worth the price and would never go there again

We usually go to Indian delights but they’re closed for refurbishment. I did check the reviews before hand and they were mixed however we were really disappointed. The food was bland, we had a masala, tasted like it came out of a pasta sauce jar. The naan bread was plain and it was more expensive than Indian delights. On a good note, they delivered within 75mins however we would not order from here again.

Absolutely gorgeous food every time me and my partner order from here. The variety of food is a big hit for me too as I love to try new recipes! My favourite restaurant, keep up the amazing work and the main ones I have now are the Bhuna and Saag! Stunning!

A fantastic dining experience with delicious food and flawless service. The inviting ambiance added a special touch to the night.
