The best restaurants in Scotland

Mi marido y yo fuimos 2 noches seguidas, fue INCREÍBLE! Nos recordó de la noche anterior, y todo el personal era tan amable y el lugar está tan limpio. Recomendaría este lugar al 100% a cualquiera que alguna vez preguntó. Todo está hecho a pedido para que siempre esté fresco, y tienen la mejor salsa tártara que he probado en mi vida. No puedo decir lo increíble que es este lugar. Si estás en Edimburgo, y buscas pescado con patatas fritas este es EL lugar.

We had a lovely meal and the lady who was serving us was so attentive and loved our 2 dogs

We were hosted in such a genuinely friendly and welcoming way which meant that we got to fully enjoy the lovely mussels, langoustine and creme brulee whilst looking out over the harbour.

Beautiful place to stay, was so peaceful walking around and sitting in the gardens. Really nice room and food was very good in the restaurant and also at breakfast. Quite hard to get an uber into the city though as it’s quite remote if you don’t have a car. The reception ordered us a taxi however it was a lot more expensive

We had the most amazing time at Carberry for our wedding this May. We were there two days, and both were lovely. Even if you don't have plans for your stay, the grounds are beautiful to walk around and very well maintained. The mansion itself is so fun to explore. We lucked out with weather and were able to have all of our events outside, which the staff very kindly accommodated. The day of the wedding itself went off without any issues (and if there were issues, I didn't know about them which is the best thing you could want as a bride). The food was hands down amazing from hors d'oeuvres to drinks to dinner. The service and every single person on staff was friendly, kind, and excited to be there. There is not a single thing negative thing I could say about staying or celebrating at Carberry. Thank you Carberry for the best day ever :)

A nice pub restaurant, lovely view. Limited options for gluten free, only starter was soup.... and that meant soup with no bread! Great range of sorbets for dessert

Once you enter the restaurant it's like being in Spain. The food is delicious and the staff are excellent

Authentic but Japanese seats are hard!

Very nice place for a lunch. We had a Croque Monsieur and a BLT and we really liked it! It was around 10£ each

Fantastic food!! Amazing service and super friendly staff. An amazing mix of Nigerian food and their twist on more traditional “UK” food. Totally 100% visit if you can!!

Really great coffee ☕️ however expected more of the bagel. Ordered a chicken mayo bagel 🥯 which I generally know as a hot meal however it came and the chicken mayo was ice cold which I really didn't enjoy or expect.

The promise of shoes in the shop next door drew me in! We had a lovely late lunch sitting outside with our dog. The dog was given fresh water and multiple treats (with our permission). Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was freshly made and tasty! The views were stunning! Not quite sure why Tripadvisor seems to think it’s temporarily closed until further notice!
