Food excellent, prices competitive and most of all the staff were amazing and so helpful when you are having a meal with a toddler, they help make it so comfortable. Also a beautiful setting. Delightful, highly recommend.

A rare experience - unique styling and well curated drinks but the icing on the cake was the super friendly and welcoming team. Definitely worth a visit and supporting these eclectic venues that provide colour, interest and good times 🧡

Went as a group of 4. The staff were lovely. Matthew made us photogenic shots. We won 3 small ducks. Nice food, great drinks, decent toilets. Good access to public transport. One thing I didn't like was that the staff wanted us to have our 2 goes of the games at once rather than us playing 1 round of each game then coming back for another round.

Visited yesterday with family for a surprise birthday meal. Was left very disappointed. Food wasn’t the best & certainly not for the price we paid. Broccoli was practically raw, mushrooms were solid, the chicken ecosse was missing its bacon, chicken was over cooked badly. Ordered a round of alcoholic drinks, got served a jack & coke, so made server aware who was lovely couldn’t be anymore apologetic & helpful. Asked another family member if they had got there jack & coke or whether it was a vodka & coke (may have just ended up wrong ends of the table) when a very rude female member of staff butted in & told me in a very rude manner that it was in fact a jack and coke he had as it was her that made the drink. I explained the situation & that we had already spoke to another member who was rectifying the mix up. To which she got an attitude & abruptly said “NO it’s fine I’ll make it myself” Do not recommend at all especially not at £90 for 2 starters, 2 mains, kids meal, 1 desert & 6 drinks (2 of which were alcoholic) As someone who works in a pub, I know how easy it can be to mix up drinks especially in big orders, however, I would never ever dream of speaking to a customer the was she spoke to myself & my family last night.

Went with 2 colleagues from work it was quite late and many other restaurants were Turing customers away, we were given a warm welcome and served the most delicious food cooked perfectly. Great friendly service

Visited Bar Aldo for the first time in years, due to us moving further away from the area. Honestly can’t rate this fantastic restaurant highly enough. We were there as a family of 7, celebrating our Granddaughter’s birthday, and all of us agreed that the food and service were outstanding. There was a great vibe about the place, with a lovely clientele. The staff though, were the icing on the cake, for us all. Friendly, attentive and excellent service all round. Can’t wait to visit again, now we know we can get a train, nearly to the door. Thanks to you all. 👌😋💕

My second visit here and it was wonderful yet again. The venue, the service and the afternoon tea are all exceptional. Would recommend!

Was not delivered in insulated container, spaghetti / cream/egg/olive oil all over bottom of plastic bag. Bread was obviously just out of freezer or was just not fresh… absolute disgrace. I used to frequently go to restraunt I've been away but trust me I will never use them again... I wish I refund for poor quality and delivery

Visiting from South Lanarkshire, booked this on-line. When we drove past, we thought erm, it's doesn't look great.BUT, step inside and find the most AMAZING boutique restaurant with an open kitchen. Chef demonstrating his expertise with coping with a full house, sent us a wee starter because of the wait. The food was WORTH waiting for. Beautifully presented, amazing tastes, attention to detail. Steak 🥩 is the best I've ever had, presented with toasted garlic, beefsteak tomato, mushroom. Sauces for steak are freshly made with cream. Wonderful menu, with specials which ran out very quickly. If you are visiting Aviemore, highly recommend you book into this week place. It's privately owned restaurant, 5 or so miles drive from Aviemore. You won't be disappointed. Pay cash to support this local business (saving on card fees) and remember to tip your waiting staff. Everyone worked so hard, attentive, and food was fabulous!
