Staff were so lovely and attentive whilst being there! Had the lucky ducker package would highly recommend!

We have now been twice and we had a great time again. We still haven't tried the food yet but the drinks are very good and staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Really good afternoon out. It’s amazing how you go in for a bit of fun but these “kids” games bring out the competitive side. All staff were great, but shout to Paddy who welcomed us initially. Would recommend visiting Fayre Play. Thanks all.

Visited today and we had a great time. Lots of carnival games to make our date night competitive and fun. Staff were very helpful and approachable and big shout out to Paddy who was super helpful and friendly. We will be back again. We also got 8 stamps and won a huge teddy, definitely value for money!

Didn't win a duck and didn't impress my gf with my gaming skills but we both laughed alot and came out with a big smile so would defo recomend

Went for my birthday night out first time we had been was a great wee night of games and laughs. Staff were friendly found out I’m a pro at hook a duck didn’t need to wait long at all for a go of the games not overly busy as it’s a booking system would definitely go back thank you. Got parked right outside easy to find

Had a great birthday at Fayre Play staff were all friendly and helpful and the cocktails and food were amazing the fact that u get wee gifts like popcorn, lolly’s or even a rubber duck is just brilliant and the cocktails are sooo good

We had an amazing overall experience. Making use of a fabulous offer we seen online for £10. Enjoying great service from the staff who were very welcoming and friendly from start to finish. We ate and enjoyed our free drink with our golden tickets. I chose the hotdogs 🌭 loaded with haggis and ut tasted unreal. Do compliments to the chef. We all tried something different and all thoroughly enjoyed it. The games were brilliant. Taking us right back yo our youth. Enjoying the set up and loved the funfair decor, especially the carousel 🎠 we will definitely be back!!

Our belated Christmas night out at Fayreplay was fantastic! Highly reccomend! The carnival games brought out the competitive spirits in everyone and there was a wide variety of drinks to choose from, they even had alcohol free options for those of us there weren't drinking. Staff were wonderful and very patient with our large group booking! Thankyou again to all the members of staff for putting up with us, we will be back again!

Had a brilliant work day out at Fayre Play. We didn’t have food but the drinks were good and the games brilliant fun. The staff were great at explaining everything and having some banter with us, Graeme & Kate in particular made sure we had a blast. Woukd highly recommend Fayre Play as a fun activity with a group of friends.

This is genuinely one of the best things to do in Glasgow with friends. Such a wholesome environment to play old school games that get both a competitive and fun edge in you all. The games are harder than they look, but definitely become easier with the more you drink. You'll also get the best support from their games master Amy, who helped us nail a few of the games.

Graeme was fantastic and assisted us with every game. I think he was the manager and very sociable. Mullet Matthew on the bar assisted us so much as well as the Italian bar man. 5 star everyone was so so friendly even being in after storm ewoyn. Absolutely brilliant. Our allocated time didn’t suit and they were very helpful. Stay safe guys it was a great night.

Night out started and then ended in Fayre Play. Had a great time. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Drinks are decently priced and we weren’t rushed around the stalls. Bar manager Graeme was unreal - one of the best managers who would receive a+ customer service Mullet Matthew was also very helpful and even though last within the place during the storm 24/01 they were so helpful and also friendly. Graeme was very good at being at a host and also Added some ducks for our kids. Legend

We were here 19/01/25 and we didn’t get everyone’s names but everyone working on that day was so sweet and helpful with everything so we had so much fun. We managed to win a duck! One of the most fun dates we’ve had in ages! Thank you so much for a good time :)

We really enjoyed our evening at Fayre Play. The games were fun (albeit just as hard as the real fair games so no duck for us 😂). Nice to have something to do in Glasgow that isn't just about drinking, although they do have a decent drinks list. Only downside was the food. Very limited menu, with all options being a little OTT. Would have been good to have had a simpler burger or hotdog option for those who don't want something with seven different toppings on it. The chips were unseasoned and didn't come with any salt or sauces. To their credit though, when we asked for some sauce they happily gave it to us at no charge (listed as £1) each on the menu. All in all, worth a visit. As I said, it's a nice alternative option for a night out - and they offer free lockers for jackets, which makes it's a good winter activity as well.

Fun way to spend a winter afternoon. We were a group of 8 which worked well as 4 could play most of the games together so split into 2 teams. Staff were very friendly & the place was very well run. Did the lunch & 2 cocktails package & thought it was good value & food was good. 10 minute easy walk from Kinning Park Subway.

Didn't have food or drink. wasn't that busy but had to wait several times for staff to reset stalls up. Tbh could do with more stalls. Did purchase photosnl from photo booth. Sad 26 years old can't come as have young son & his gf who would loved to come. Possibly could do mid week day & nonsense alcohol tht day ?

I've recently been to this place on my birthday with my friends and I must say, this place is awesome. We had great fun with various games each of them being a new experience. The staff was very cooperative and nice. I'll definitely recommend this place if you want to have a fun time with your friends or family.

We had a fab time and staff were really friendly. We booked for early afternoon and it was very quiet so not much atmosphere!

Team night out started in Fayre Play. Had a great time. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Drinks are decently priced and we weren’t rushed around the stalls. Late afternoon seems to be the quieter time to come and take your time moving round. Absolutely will book again. What a laugh!

Great wee night at Fayre Play, Glasgow. Staff were lovely - chatty and helpful. Games are all good fun. It wasn’t too busy so queues were okay and plenty of folk in for atmosphere. Easy to park at but a trek for public transport. Only concern was that it was difficult to keep an eye on your drinks, which is a worry at times. Got the games, food and drink package which was £38.50 and bought another round. It was all dead flexible when you were in the games/bar so you can really suit yourself.

Great venue for a day out. The games are all fun and challenging. The packages available are good value for money. Close to bus links subway and motorway links. Did get busy and my only criticism would be that the staff seemed somewhat stretched.

Food was nice but portion size was a little small, the fries were particularly light (I didn’t even get any when I asked for them). Other than that it was a fabulous night and would go back! Internet connection with the WiFi was patchy as well.

I am someone who wouldn't choose this as a day out but when I went it wasn't what I expected. I imagined it to be overcrowded and too loud. But it was the opposite. It was busy, but nice. The staff are so so so nice, every single one of them. The place is clean, tidy, fun, vibrant, fair priced and somewhere you want to come back too. We didn't win a big duck but we had so much fun. I do wish there was random days where I could bring my seven year old because she would love it so much. Will definitely be back.

Went with my wife and our friends, what a great laugh, we didn’t have any food there and most of us weren’t drinking, there were a lot of Christmas party groups there having the time of their lives there, would recommend it for a great night out with a bit of fun competition

As a group of 7 we had a great time, although we did expect more. It also felt impossible to win any prizes, but the staff were brilliant and friendly, the drinks were really good too. It was a great start to our night in Glasgow.

Myself and my sister done the Thursday night lucky duckers package we were surprised that the other people there that night didn't go for the same package as it's £60 for 2 people 2 bottles of prosecco (the big ones) 2 meals and 2 rounds of games and a free duck!! We were absolutely pants at the games but had a great night! Need to make the games slightly easier with less high scores so you actually have a chance of winning something as you start to just give up cause there's no chance of getting the high scores no one won out of everyone that was there that night. But that makes it more fun I guess, all in all absolutely fantastic night great staff great games great food everything about it is amazing and I cannot wait to go back for the lucky duckers package again!!

While a fun concept, the game scoring in order to win a prize are a complete scam along with some of the games being fixed. The skeeball for example, when you roll 20 it doesn’t count towards the score only the 5 and one time a 10. The darts also, you have to score in the pink zone to win, but it appears that the pink zone is softer than the black zone as the darts would instantly fall off when it stuck to the pink. It’s classic cowboy fair ground tactics, the type of phenomenon you’d find at a Christmas market. The other games are near impossible to win, with other guests I heard say the same. In order to win even the smallest of prizes, 6/8 games must be ‘won’ by the implausible scoring metric. One staff member AGREED WITH ME, telling me it’s ’very hard to win a prize’, paints a true picture.

Never actually tried any of the food but the games were really fun to play, very nostalgic and it was great fun trying to beat the scores to win a prize?

Went there yesterday with my 5 friends and we had a ball! Bless the poor manager who we kept badgering for music and food, but he was great and very friendly and helpful! I lost my ring in the basketball game and a lovely girl crawled in and got it for me. Thank you for our ducks 🐥🖤

It was daughters hen do the games were brilliant so brought out the competitive in me and the staff were amazing my mobility is not good and they each brought me out a chair and one fed me the balls making me feel I could take part it was such a laugh well worth a visit

Third time I've been and its defo gone downhill.. The shooting has changed to a digital version which was a bit faulty, a few broken machines(1 of guns didn't work, one of the whack a moles broken) making it a bit more a wait, the hooks in the ducks need replaced, the dart boards are also very worn down.. Loved the place on first two visits but not sure id return again.

This was fun, the house drinks/ cocktails are a bit gross sounding but maybe not to my taste. It’s a good time for work groups, family and friends. I’d go again

My boyfriend and myself attended Fayre play on the 3rd November for his birthday. We had the absolute best time and the staff on that night made sure we had everything we possibly needed. All the staff that night went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend’s birthday was the best even giving him a free birthday shot.

My partner and I visited recently and whilst the staff were lovely, the place as a whole just felt run down. The whack-a-mole machines were purposely slow so you couldn’t win and duck (I got one mole every 10 seconds), some of the games were purposely rigged so you couldn’t win. And not being able to get double stamps for games that you win (even exceed) is disheartening. The scores were set so high they were unachievable and it just made us feel defeated as we could not win. We were extremely excited to go here as we love carnival games but the limitations just takes the fun out of the place and the price is not justified for what it is. We believe that even if my partner and I got 6 stamps between us it would not have been accepted. Didn’t even want a duck anyway 👍

Really fun for a date night, 9 different games and 2 tries at each one. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for something to do in Glasgow!

We went for my partner's birthday and had an amazing time. The games are really fun. The atmosphere was relaxed and the music great. The food was tasty, and the drinks were varied and delicious. We got the Lucky Duck package and it's more than worth it. In fact if you're planning a trip to Fayre Play I strongly suggest you check out the packages as they elevate an already fun evening.

We ordered the strongman burgers but couldn't finish it as the burger was too tough to cut and bite through, I've had this burger before when I've visited and it was good but not so good this time. Staff are lovely and friendly!

The lack of gluten free food was incredible. Not one single thing was available. Not a problem if you can eat gluten, but being a coeliac, meant I had to go hungry. Which really took the shine off a good day out.

UPDATE: Its been 1 year on since my last visit and this place has went down hill rapidly. First of all, non of the machines seemed to work. For example the skeeball reset to 0 points when my party hit over 100. Instead of sorting it, we were just told our go was done and to move on. Like wise for the duck shooting, some of the sensors don't work so your score isn't counted. The basketball is manned by 1 person, so if your ball rolls over the stupidly low barrier (which it will every time it rolls back) you can be left without a ball for up to 10 seconds as the staff member runs around trying to collect them. The whack-a-mole is so jank. It ran the entire go without a single mole popping up for the entirety of my party. By that point we had lost out on a duck anyway so finished our drinks and left. Secondly, the bar is a shambles. You are queuing for up to 15 mins to get a very poor pint of lager. And lastly, the wait for the games has not improved slightly since it first opened... Legit, just reduce the number of people in the venue, or create a more streamlined service. Its such a cool concept but its not being executed well at all. My brother and his partner were bitterly disappointed with the experience and sadly don't think we will be back. With all that being said, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and are the only redeeming factor on the place. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Fayre play was really fun, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the drinks were reasonably priced, my only issue was the queuing... It was baffling to me that a place that pretty much requires bookings on a Saturday night was so inadequately managed in respect to too many people in the venue at once. We queued for almost every game, some longer then others. Waited approx. 20 mins for the shooting game, and the queue went on for ages after us. For me, I'd see it as being more beneficial to have a few less people in at a time, and allow for a more smoother experience. Customers will leave happier, and turn over will be higher. I would not let this put you off going however as it is a one of a kind venue, buuuuuut would recommend going off-peak if you have chronic ADHD like me and can't stand queues

Great wee place, went for Daughter’s Birthday and they gave her Free Birthday Shot. Like being a Child again at the Funfair. Great value for money, you’re not rushed round and can play games in any order you like, take a break for Food & Refreshments and go back to playing again. Staff friendly and helpful explaining how games worked. Very Highly Recommended.

Went on Thursday 19th September about 5:30-7:30pm ~ish. Was good fun, carnival style games and extremely helpful staff- shout out to Kate and Alex who were great hosts.

Fun, exciting games. Hard to win a duck but fun. The male staff member with tatoos operating the 'fish the duck' section' was rude and had a shocking attitude. We asked him to repeat something he said and he responded in cheeky way. Won't be returning again.

Have a wide range of drinks and cocktails, lots of food options and seating area, lockers are provided for free so you dont have to carry your stuff around, theres also a photo booth which was good fun!

First time visiting Fayre Play in Glasgow. We had booked the Games, Food & 2 Drinks package, which was well worth the money! For this deal, we each got 2 rounds of the 9 games, one main with fries and 2 drinks, which included the fantastic cocktails. The staff were super helpful throughout our visit, each taking the time to explain games and just make sure we were ok. The food was fantastic, cooked perfectly and really tasty. The cocktails were phenomenal, we tried a selection between us. I will definitely be back!

My daughter took me here food was not good burgers where hard plus got order wrong my daughters chicken strip where ever very crispy she only ate one of them to be honest it was quite boring for me but that’s me other people may enjoy it just not my cup of tea

Me and my partner went here on Friday and let me say we had some laugh!! Defos something different fornus to do instead of the pub. All the staff were brilliant. Especially Amy!! Great banter, great people skills, great personality and just made the whole the experience even better. Well done Amy you are amazing. Keep being you.
