Lovely cakes and buns to try. It's best to go early as the tasty good stuff sells out quickly. Recommend the egg tart if you like the pastel de nata type of egg custard tarts. This being an Chinese bakery, so they serve authentic baked goods. Just don't expect them to speak fluent English. Use Google translate if you're stuck. There is no parking. You just have to park on the street and risk there is no traffic warden around.

The bread is wonderful, and the fillings are fantastic, we purchased early in the day so they were at maximum freshness. They do accept card payments, but with a minimum spend. Value for money, as even though it's higher in price the quality is worth it

This has to be the best bakery in Glasgow. They have an amazing collection of baked goods and the celebration cakes are literally perfection. Their customer service is great as well. Looking forward to trying out their other items.

1. The crusts of most buns (e.g, pineapple bun, char siu bun, tuna bun) are too sticky and not fluffy. When you bite the top will just stick together with the bottom of the bun, giving a very unpleasant texture. As long as you have ever tried the authentic bakery in Hong Kong or mainland China, you will understand how bad the bun is that they’re making. 2. Most of the buns are too pricey 3. Cash only and card will not be accepted until £6

Very nice but I would have needed to have arrived earlier as a lot of the more popular items were sold out, they did however direct me to another shop where I could get some items they did not have being very helpful as usual (but I'm going to get up early for my next visit)

The best hong kong bakery in Scotland!! Prices are reasonable. I would suggest order in advance for the popular ones as they will be gone in no time

If this was in Edinburgh I’d be the size of a house by now. I always drop in when I’m in Glasgow and the Chinese Dan Tat ( apologies for pronunciation) egg custard tarts are absolutely phenomenal… always a smile and they’re so bloody good ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely amazing, wish I'd heard about this place sooner. Very genuine Hong Kong bakery, master baker from HK makes everything fresh on site, all very yummy (and being half Cantonese, my standards regard food are very high). Particularly impressed by the master baker's sugar control, the lou po beng and the daan taat were just right in terms of sweetness - especially lou po beng can often be a bit like eating rubber sugar, but not this one. Will be back regularly!

We have been buying Chinese buns and fruit gateaux cakes from here for years. The range, quality and freshness is always exceptional. Reminds me of being back in Hong Kong. They can accommodate custom designs too for birthdays, like this Doraemon cake 🙂

Love their chinese egg custard tart. Hotdog buns and BBQ pork buns are great too. Reminds me of bakeries as kids.

I went to china court for a custom birthday cake for my wife's 30th recently. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and turned around the cake by the next day. Cake itself was beautifully made and delicious. The fruit is still 2 days after buying. Can't recommend this place enough.

They use to offer a good variety of cakes to choose and tasty too, but they are not what they use to be. The price also have increased too since. Despite the fact that it is not what it use to be still a good selection to choose from.

The place was quite small so it was a bit hard to maneuver especially with another 3 customers inside. Other than that the pastries were so good and affordable! I had a craving for asian pastries and thought that this bakery absolutely delivered. There’s a lot more choices than I initially expected as well!

Friendly front shop staff, quite a lot of the buns are made with red bean paste (not a fan of) but there's plenty others to choose from. My faves are the Swiss roll which are soft and yummy and egg tarts. My staff love the pineapple buns which usually sell out fast so best be early.

Best Chinese Bakery in Glasgow - constantly use this bakery for celebration & birthday cakes, always deliver on time with no problem and phenomenal staff service. Highly recommend! They also just installed a card machine so contactless payments are possible!

Great birthday cakes. Always come here for cakes for family birthdays. Dinosaur cake this time for son's birthday. They made it pandan flavour and drew a dinosaur design. Amazing!

Lots of lovely cakes and foods. It can be different flavours which can make very interesting discoveries and choices. Worth trying a few times to find what you like. Great that there are different bakeries doing different things.

One of my favourite bakeries with some of the best chinese offerings. A wide range of sweet, salty and savoury options at very good prices. Recently it has been renovated which is definitely is a big upgrade.

Delicious freshly baked Chinese pastries and cakes reasonably priced . However the reason why gave it 3 stars is when they do offer a place to sit in and eat and drink they should also make sure there are toilets for customers or even a place to wash your hands, hence it's also a requirement by law. Another downside is that cash only payments here , no cards no contactless

Sooo good, but they usually have more in the morning so I wouldn't suggest going in the afternoon cause you won't find the same products, but overall is really delicious

Sponge cake was the lightest I've had; great coffee too. Very reasonably priced; new seating area is clean and comfortable, however the place would benefit with having a customer toilet installed.

Obviously this is a Chinese bakery but I felt a bit put off that not a single person spoke English, no one was able to tell us what anything was, and when I asked if they had anything vegetarian the woman just said 'no' and walked away.

This is my favorite bakery, I visit this place St least once a week . Deliciouse cakes !

When in Glasgow we always call in to have a cup of tea, a pork bun and a fried curry triangle. Then a load more to take home. The pork buns are as good as you will get in London. A pork char sui filling is put in the bread bun before the bread bun is baked. It's NOT Starbucks or Costas but the experience is a whole lot better and everything is made on the premises!
