Great venue very friendly staff

May look forbidding from the outside too the casual (non-Scottish) visitor but inside is a beautifully preserved traditional Scottish boozer that cares about it's beer.

The restaurant was lovely great food and service. We went for my birthday and they didn't disappoint

Muy buena comida. Si reside en Aberdeen o de visita, ya sea por negocios o vacaciones, pruébelo. Estoy seguro de que no te decepcionará. Americano tasted like hot water, no flavour at all.

Salió en un almuerzo rápido. Pedí dos almuerzos express (sopa y sándwich servidos con ensalada, col y papas fritas. ¡Qué impresionado! La sopa de lentejas estaba deliciosa y los bocadillos muy frescos con un montón de relleno. Un almuerzo sustancial y sabroso por menos de £ 13 para dos personas junto con un gran servicio - no puede equivocarse.

Las mejores mantequillas de la ciudad, fantástica selección de pasteles, el personal era fantástico también, no puede culpar a nada en absoluto, da a otros panaderos bien conocidos una carrera por su dinero 👍🏻

Excellent food and a great, friendly service. Each dish was delicious and came in generous portions. I highly recommend the Chicken Madras, Phall and the Hyderabadi Chicken Tikka. Their app is also straightforward to use and makes ordering even easier. Will definitely be returning. 😊

food never arrived 3 hours waiting

Sadly, we were the only ones here. The food was quite delicious and the young man working was quick to serve but also give plenty of space to have conversations. I would definitely return if I’m ever in town again.

made order at 6.11pm and did not receive delivery until 7.07pm . portion size was less and no salt and vinegar which I had requested

Don’t go by the room pictures online nothing like the room received . Average hotel dated rooms clean enough

We visited today and were honestly quite disappointed. There were three staff members behind the counter — one was cleaning, one was just standing in front of the till doing absolutely nothing, and only one person was actually making coffees and serving customers. Meanwhile, there were three more people waiting in the queue. We ended up standing there for 18 minutes just to get three coffees. When we asked the girl standing by the till why she wasn’t helping, she simply said, “I’m the supervisor. She’s the one who’ll make your coffees.” Honestly, it was frustrating to see such poor management and lack of efficiency.
