Americano tasted like hot water, no flavour at all.

Great coffee and service. Food very reasonably priced. Highly recommend the toasted marshmallow syrup for your coffee. No additional charge for milk alternatives

Lovely coffee but a lot of incredibly rude staff. Was walked away from and sneered at when I asked for a loyalty card and another worker shouted at my elderly mother for using the gents’ bathroom because the ladies was closed. Absolutely disgusting way to behave in a hospital which sees predominantly vulnerable and unwell people.

£3.20 for a panine that was half cooked if i wanted salad it was £1.50 extra and if i wanted coleslaw that was another 80p, these should be included in the price surely, the food is awful to be honest, won't be going back.

Quite frequently visit this cafe and staff have always been friendly when I do, and food has always been nice. Not keen on the cardboard boxes for hot food when dining-in though, so I hope that plates make a return before long!! The addition of some USB ports for charge-up of mobile devices would be great here 😏

Was in here for lunch I took a mouthful of my sandwich to find a plastic piece about 1inch plus , I told a staff member who didn't apologise I said you'd better take rest off shelf , which didn't happen, I did receive the sandwich price back which I think is disgusting!!! Well priced coffee and no issues at all with it, loyalty cards also. I would say some of the food definitely seems overpriced, such as the packaged pancake being over £1.

Staff were lovely. We had sandwiches, but they were delicious. Generous amounts of filling, the double shortbread and lemon cake were an added bonus. Coffee was also great. Overall excellent experience.

Excellent customer service and good quality hot beverages. Heather was so friendly & warm. I found myself having a very lovely (& quite unexpected I must say) exchange when I picked up some drinks for myself & my grandfather who I was visiting.

Great coffee, accessible, some accessible seating, friendly staff, clean. Only problems were when the wind blows and there are a lot of people coming through the main door the place is freezing and secondly, signage to the toilets is poor, though the accessible toilet is excellent!

Could do with more chairs and tables and bigger mugs for teas and coffees.

Busy cafe/reasturant within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Good place for coffee/tea and a bite to eat. Customer service very good.

24/7/19 Went with a patient to buy lunch there was 4of us. The person who was the patient had already had his lunch so he had a drink and cake which was average. However the other 3 of us had cheese and tomato pannini and a hame and cheese panni which were taken away to be toasted. When we got them they hadnt been toasted very long as the cheese was not melted on any of them there was sage in the cheese and tomato ones which made the panni taste awful. The coleslaw was disgusting and the ham and tomato one the ham was off. Drinks werent quiet as bad but the tea had a weird taste but overal the coffee was lovely. So for £20,55 i got 3 lunches and 2 drinks that were disgusting i will not reccommend this cafe to any one and if any one told me they were going to would try my hardest to encourage them to go somewhere else.

The cafe is ideally located at ARI hospital, is clean, tidy, reasonably priced with hot meals, sandwiches and cakes, unfortunately I couldn't have soya milk in my capachino or chocolate sprinkles on top.

Always busy and always great coffee here. Food is a bit expensive for what you get, especially now there is a Mark's and Spencer's to compete with. However, no complaints about the coffee.

Lovely coffee but pity card payments in this day and age still not accepted as I was told machine broken and no one can use the new one. How much training does it take to have someone swipe or insert a card as it is so much more convenient AND quicker as no change needed

Delicious soup, tasty coffee and a very nice caramel slice. Boy had a tasty toasty but it would be useful to have been asked whether salad was liked, so as not to create the unfortunate waste that was.

Fine cafe, not too expensive. Does a lot of sandwiches, some cooked meals, plenty tea/coffee options. Can get very busy though.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not very kind workers and they demand that you let them know your payment method (when you pay with their gift card) before placing an order or they do not serve you the drink. I don' believe that's even legal.

Oh an absolutely smashing cup of char the lady who served me was called Christine and she really knew how to press the button for my coffee needs I would of continued using the coffee shop but i have lost the use of my arms and they don't have straws for me to be able to drink my coffee ..looks like it's McDonald's for me from now on....

Less than friendly service. Lack of gluten free choices. Not the worst experience I've had but certainly not the best by a long shot. I won't be returning unless things change for the better.

This cafe is situated within the dental school.its only open until 2.30pm but the tea/ coffee is good as is the snacks.

Set within the Dental Hospital and open to the public. Ample seating. Snacks and lunch menu. Closes 2.30.
