Flames Aberdeen in Aberdeen City

ordered two pizzas and two portions of chips they got the order wrong, both pizzas were not the correct toppings.and the food not great and quite expensive too Flames under the new ownership has really went downhill compared to what it was. won’t be back.

New owners not good barely took me on and when I was asking for my salad with my order he said its an extra £2.50 they had full containers at 930 so it was all going to waste anyway. when it's already over the price of an average kebab, quality has gone down too

Ever since new ownership took over, Flames is no longer the staple it was. Very poor quality of food and the portions are tiny. A large barely covers a medium meal and are super stingy with any meat which is all dry and shrivelled up. The only positive was the lad behind the counter. Very helpful and was always asking if we needed anything else. Sadly, we wont be coming back which is a real shame.

Forgot some of my order and when I called to tell them they hung up phone and hung up all my calls

We used to love this place under old ownership. Now it's just meh. Pizza cold chicken nuggets hard Chips hard Cheesey bites ok Donner hard Chips and cheese moulded and cold Chicken pakora tasteless and hard. Me and the wife turned up our heads and my 7 year old and 3 year old are pretty much the same. We won't be for sure. Such a shame

placed a phone order for a cheese pizza, arrived to find out they gave my order to someone else who came in - too top it all off I now have food poisoning.. won't be returning anytime soon.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and would give it 10 out of 10

Disappointed.... We used to go here fairly often when it was under old ownership however decided to try with new ownership. Ordered chips, cheese and donner. Chips here looking a but pasty not golden. Donner was hard and tasted like cardboard and there was hardly any cheese to be seen. Sadly don't think we will be back just a shame the new owners don't hold it to as high a standard.

I definitely recommend this place. Because Pizza and food are wonderful. The atmosphere and service quality are definitely impressive

Ordered a DONOR PIZZA. So wonderful and they don't stop their hands while putting Donor on the base. Lovely . Well baked and very nice people .Best wishes.

It was one of the best pizza I have ever had in my life honestly. Huge difference and improvement. The new team is generous, and the service is very quick.

It was quiet bad to realise the gentleman sold his business. Since that I was here twice. Twice my food was poor and not proper. The cashier guy is quiet cocky and arrogant. The other guy seems to be a fair one.

Since the last owner had left the food has went downhill over priced,ordered 1 large kebab lol there was barley anything in the box and most bits were like rubber wife had a wrap £8.50 each what a rip of, folks drive to Northfield kebab shop 5 minutes away kebab comes straight of the flame not sitting in a tin

Delivered on time. The chicken wrap was swimming in oil. Had no taste either as a result. The wrap was soggy and fell apart because of all the oil. Not the same im afraid.

ABOID AVOID AVOID Ordered online for delivery, took payment, sent order confirmation, waited an hour…..nothing. Tried phoning, ringing out, went down and the store is closed.

Best Kebab in Aberdeen, no question.

The food is always great quality and hot. Delivery is always quick too. Was a bit disappointed there was no salad or sauce with the pakora though, hopefully just an oversight on this occasion as it was quite dry without it. Will definitely order again though as the food is consistently good 👍🏻.

pizzas were tasty but there was no cheese on the bottom of pizza to hold toppings minor thing but everything else was tasty.

First time ordering from here , food was very tasty & great portion size, delivery driver was very polite & friendly. The Garlic sauce was incredible. My only gripe is that the chips were a little overcooked and a bit hard but overall I'd recommend & will ordering again.

We had the donner kebabs. Just Excellent. It’s been a long time since we have found good kebabs in Aberdeen. Just like the ones you used to get in the 80s/90s! Lots of meat lots of sauce where they don’t con you out of paying over the odds for sauce! Prices are good. Plus a proper salad! The pitta breads were grilled to perfection. Chilli sauce perfect! Lady serving was so polite and alert. This is our new favourite place and will be back time and time again. Please don’t change this is what Aberdeen needs!!

our food was the worst we have ever had from Flames. The chicken donor meat was hard and like the scraps of meat, tiny bits of hard burnt chicken the donor meat was good but the bread in both our kebabs was absolutely solid

First time I’ve tried a bursa from anywhere. It arrived barely warm ! Had to heat in microwave which turned it to mush ! Wrap and chips were fine. Bit disappointing but will use again, as usually good.

Flames in Aberdeen is a must-visit pizza shop. Their Italian-style pizzas are the best in town, and their sweet chili chicken pizza is the most delicious pizza I have ever had. Prices are affordable. Overall, Flame is an excellent pizza spot that I highly recommend.
