food never arrived 3 hours waiting

Order never delivered and when called the restaurant they are saying we can’t send your order as no drivers are available but yet they have marked it as delivered from their side and won’t even cancel it. Pathetic

1 hour 15 min late and good stone cold, paid over £30 for 2 dishes. won't be ordering again

Driver first class, the food…….box usually full to the brim but a lot less this time and the katsu curry had literally no sauce….very disappointing and it seems to have slowly gone down hill the last few months…..used to be one of the best places Aberdeen

Driver didn't deliver. Driver also did not call as asked in delivery instructions.

driver said food was here on app and was never delivered. phoned up amd was told there's nothing the can do so I have no phoned and out of pocket. won't be ordering from here again

Kindly teach Ms Amna the front of house host to behave properly as we placed an order through kiosk and it was eat in order placed at 12:53 am and soon after handing over our food in takeaway bag when we were about to have the food she shouted in front of rest pf the customers that “sister no eat in food after 1am” but instead of shouting so rudely in rest of customers why didnt she informed us as soon as she received the order???? Kindly improve the service as in google it states 2am is closing time and if its not open for eat in it should have stated there….worst place ever

The customer service staff seems unprofessional, long waiting times for picking up orders, if you make deliveries and the order is not ready when you arrive at the shop you will wait a long time

A bit disappointed this time, my box is usually full to the brim but this time it arrived messy on the outside and a lot less food in it. I always order the same size box so I know what it should look like. Considering how expensive delivery is I don’t think I will take the chance in ordering again. The food tasted fine.

Food was brilliant portion sizes not so much. Kids box is perfect but the large is not much bigger than the kids portion

Ordered a few different boxes to share. Very disappointing. Small portions, even the large! Chicken was like popcorn chicken with bland sauce. First time trying oodles and will definitely be the last. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering.

Wrong order arrived, phoned and refused to take responsibility. Absolutely terrible.

Small portions and quality was not great. Fried rice looked / tasted like simply boiled and was clumped together. Prawn crackers were an off the shelf small packet and salt n vinegar flavoured.... Even with the promo discount, was not good value.

Recommendation for Non Vegetarians 1. Katsu curry 2. Fried egg rice 3. Kung pao chicken 4. Chilli fries If your gut can hold onto some spice then you should go with the above recommendation

Really boss? I ordered a takeaway in person and asked for rice base and udon base. And they gave me rice only? Oh wow, dissapointed.

Very fast and friendly delivery

They had a meal deal for the kids, it was amazing value for money and soo many people were going to this spot. After they have got rid of it, almost everyone has stopped coming.

The Oodles page clearly states that if your order £20 you get free wings, I ordered more than £20 and didn’t receive anything wings. That’s our only disappointment as I ordered a little extra for this deal.

Food took so long to come I had to wait nearly 20 minutes. Then when I finally got it my rice wasn’t even cooked properly it was hard and stuck together I couldn’t believe it. So disappointed

Put the wrong address staff and delivery drivers went above and beyond to rectify the situation. This driver and the one for Froghall road

We took two Bento Box. The fried rice was significantly better than the noodles. The noodles was utterly disappointing. Even the sauce used on the chips and chicken wings was horrible in taste. We ordered one chicken noodles, but they provided us veg noodles with paneer. As we were hungry, we Did not raise any objection. The overall quality of food is below average. Their only USP is they remain open till late night where all the decent eateries of Aberdeen closes early ( except some kebab shops and MacD) .

Chips were dry, there wasn’t much taste to the Carmel chicken. And the portion for what you pay is small

Katsu chicken curry was very soft and mushy in the mouth the rice stayed strange and fortune cookies were stale. Very dissapointed as I order from here a lot!

delivery guy was probably intoxicated, every other delivery guy was able to ring my door and come upstairs, but this one apparently couldn't and kept on ringing my neighbour's buzzer and woke them up at 1am.

Unfortunately even the x1🌶️ was too hot for me but very delicious food. Proper quality but likely won’t reorder due to heat 🥲

My order was delivered to someone else and someone else’s order was delivered to me and they would not send me my order after telling me that they would. I’m sure the food might be okay but Service is 0 👎🏽. Horrible service.

Awful food, gave me food poisoning which was absolutely terrible. This place needs reported and staff obviously need trained on how to cook or keeping stock fresh.

The food here is nasty, probably the worst meal I've ever had in the UK in the last 10 years. All I recieved was a carton 2/3 full of rice, some scrappy bits of chicken and soggy fries on top, all of it inedible. I did drink the coke they couldn't ruin that.

I asked for 00.20 delivery, as at work. received around 00.50, so only had 10mins to eat it.

Asked for extra extra spice, they gave me extra spice. Good food, nice price. Worth going to consistently

The noodles prepared are too salty and with excessive quantity of soy sauce. It is rather unbearable quantity of soy and salt combination for noodles

massively over priced, half rice, half noodles, 3 prawns and 8 small bits of BbQ chicken in a box cost £14.99. 4 half portions, adding up to essentially 1 main and 1 side from most standard takeaways that would cost you under a tenner, better value elsewhere

First time visiting this place. Nice food, hot, flavorful and a good portion size. The service was incredibly slow. We were the only party eating in the restaurant, ordered for 6 people. The Uber eats orders were taking priority, waiting 45 mins before our food arrived.

The food was delivered piping hot, and perfectly on time. It tasted very good. However I think it was ever so slightly overpriced, and it’s a bit of a hassle to order as it took me a while to find everything on the menu that I wanted, but worth it!

food is good but while i was chewing i found a large peice of black silicone rubber big enough to choke me if i didnt notice. About the size of the base of a glass. The food can be dangerous.

We ordered at 1am so we didn’t know what to expect as it’s late. However, all the food was amazing and delicious. The chicken was soft and nice texture. The udon noodles were tasty for myself but not so much to my partner which goes back to the fact that everyone has their own tastes. The chips were fine, like most chips. The tempura prawns were tasty and did not disappoint, but I do wish that they would have had less oil or drained a little more. If I haven’t mentioned, all the food arrived hot and on time, if not earlier. Thank you to the people that made it as we really enjoyed having it. The first impression is great and we will be ordering again.

The food arrive hot and not soggy. It was relatively fast. All the food tasted amazing and freshly cooked even if wasn’t. All the items that we ordered were delicious. We will definitely order again. The tempura prawns didn’t disappoint at all. The chicken was soft and not dry. Can’t be happier than I am. Felt bad for ordering so late, but happy that they were open until so late to order. Outstanding first time experience.

The food is good, and there are various combinations of noodles and meat dishes. Great portions.

Caramel chicken is quite bland not much to it bit disappointed

Ordered from this establishment a handful of times, we have experienced several issues with the most recent being the final order we will place,I phoned twice to ask if our order was on route to be told that the order had left and would be with me within five minutes, an absolute fabrication simply to get me of the phone, the order never arrived, that’s two failed deliveries,thankfully we have found a restaurant that meets our expectations. Our order was refunded in full two days later.

Love this place! Really good value with even their medium sized boxes leaving me full up. I don't really understand their ordering system, what with dry and wet mains etc but I just hit buttons on the self-service screen till I get what I want! In my opinion the food is better quality than their rivals; it's cooked fresh whilst you wait, rather than sitting in a vat all day. Be warned though, many of the dishes are very spicy and are not for the faint hearted! Dropped one star for atmosphere, as I'm not always in the mood for the music playing in the store; perhaps quieter or none at all would be better, but just showing my age there! Overall highly recommended.

Unlike other places, the meat and vegetables are cooked to order so that they are served hot and fresh. It is like having a 2 dish takeaway for the price of one. With three different sizes to choose from starting from under £7, you get 2 base including rice, noodles, udon and chips, 1 wet and 1 dry main. The staff were smiley and polite, environment was tidy and clean. However, on my second visit, the complaint I had was the female staff. I asked for hot water for my bottle and she said they do not have hot water. How ridiculous!

Love the food but unfortunately I asked for separate salad and didn’t get it at all. Which made the kebab very boring :(

It should not take 20 minutes to prepare a noodle dish when their competitors can do it in a fraction of the time. Food OK but nowhere near a reasonable portion size. Speakers blaring music at full volume did not help when the server called out my order number, I had to look at the screen to find out it was time to get my meal from them, also no apologies whatsoever about the time it took.
