Vine aquí el sábado por la tarde. El lugar estaba bastante ocupado. La comida era deliciosa, pero la señora detrás del mostrador era bastante grosera. Lo siento, pero no creo que vuelva.

Excelente desayuno todo cocinado perfectamente. ¡Encantador café y soy quisquilloso con mi café! Definitivamente volveré cuando sea el siguiente en la zona.

I had heard good things so decided to drop in for lunch. The server/waitress was rushed off her feet but friendly and polite. Liked the music, setting and atmosphere as soon as I walked in. I had the special which was like a chicken dinner on fries, wow, filthy!! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The food was so lovely, some of the best lunch food i have had in Aberdeen, BUT the staff were beyond rude. It is such a huge shame, it upset my day so much that i will not go back. I know it can be hard to run a small business, but all the more important to provide good service, you cannot rely on your food, its not enough to bring me back.

The food is average but the individual working behind the counter is one of the rudest people I have encountered. Not a good look for a business to be so rude to a customer that they are nearly in tears. Have also heard the same from numerous people in Aberdeen. Food is nowhere near good enough for the staff member to be acting that way.

Appalling, rude service from the owner. See pictures of reviews left on thier now deleted FB review page. Any complaints are met with the most rude behaviour possible. Perhaps the owner can come on here and explain why she and her family think they can get away with abusing paying customers like this? Check Google reviews for just how rude this little madam can be!

Love the selection of sandwiches and specials here but the service really does put me off coming. The Rueben is my go to, great sandwich but don't expect to come here and feel like a valued customer. You'll be made to feel like an inconvenience. Would love to say the lady is just having a bad day but I've been on many occasions and the cold service is consistent. Some days will just be less rude than others. Real shame because the deli itself is lovely and food is fantastic but I would rather choose to go somewhere that makes me feel welcome. It's silly really because if you choose to work in the hospitality industry, and your paying customers aren't being difficult or unreasonable, you are giving them a service anyway so you might as well do it with a smile. If that's too too taxing for you then maybe consider a role where you aren't interacting with people.

The service here is the worst I have ever experienced in my 39 years. They actually hate their customers it's unbelievable. Hung up on me three times, hostile, agressive and rude. Unwilling to change cheese sauce to just cheese. After she shouted at me on the phone I went elsewhere, where I actually felt valued as a human being. Give your money to a business that is deserving of it. Would rate 0 if it was an option.

Had the most amazing haggis and black pudding roll here for breakfast, amazing quality and quantity for the price!!

I have an egg allergy. I asked for a Reuben sandwich minus the mayo coleslaw. Service was refused - apparently it would "take away from" or "change" the sandwich, i don't remember exactly what. I insisted it was for allergy reasons and was still refused. I was offered the alternative of building a "custom" sandwich, but it would have cost more. Long story short, this place doesn't care about your allergies, and if you dare have one they expect you to pay more. Arrogant, self absorbed, rude. Message to the owners: Its a sandwich. Not haute cuisine. Get over yourself.

Visited the deli today to purchase cookies. The lady who served me was rude and abrupt and basically made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I certainly won’t be returning.

Easily the best wraps in town. Their cajun chicken and chicken tikka toasted wraps are unparalleled. And thats not even going into the specials they offer. The portion sizes are huge and prices great. They are doing everything right.

Came her Saturday lunchtime. Food was absolutely superb. Service was good. Prices very reasonable. I had the vegetable soup which was delicious. Would highly recommend.
