The Parkway Aberdeen in Aberdeen City

Was working in Aberdeen and a colleague who lived nearby recommended we go here for dinner. The venue has been recently renovated and they’ve done a great job with it. The decor is simple and stylish. There are plenty of tables in the main bar and there is a side room that has a fart board and a pool table. It was a pleasant surprise to find it was only 50p to play pool! We then had dinner - they do a standard pub menu, but the Indian mane is the way to go. Amazing, freshly prepared curries and the fluffiest naan bread I’ve ever had! It’s easily the best curry I’ve eaten in years.

I ordered for 4 people chilli paneer,chilli Chicken for starters and for the mains chicken Chattinad and Lamb pepper masala with veg biryani plus two butter nans. It cost me less than I expected. Currys we're full of flavours & yummy and the lamb was very tender. Surprisingly the veg biryani had dominated the dishes, it's a takeaway, so convenient for the people who lives around Bridge of Don. I could guess that all the dishes were freshly made and delivered quickly. Superb service 👏

Went there for Mothers Day and was very impressed. Staff friendly, food excellent and live music. We were a party of 7 and had 2 fish and chips, 1 macaroni and cheese and 4 different Indian dishes. Best Pashawari I've ever had and the naan bread was perfect. Everyone enjoyed their food, and although I didn't like the look of the fish apparently it was the best they've ever had, and that came from a very good cook!

I recently visited the Parkway Inn under its new management, and it’s safe to say this place has transformed into a must-visit spot. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a classic sports pub vibe that’s perfect for a casual night out. The pool table and darts setup are great for some friendly competition, and the large screens showing live sports add to the excitement. The new management has done a great job updating the space—it’s clean, comfortable, and feels like the perfect local hangout. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the drinks menu had plenty of variety. If you’re looking for a great pub to relax, catch a game, or enjoy some games yourself, the Parkway Inn won’t disappoint. I’ll definitely be coming back!

There were 4 of us and the food was good apart from the Katsu Rice Bowl but we thought it was a bit expensive for pub grub.

Great range of dishes and great tasting food for our first takeaway (9 year old son enjoyed his first authentic takeaway meal).

Really good night. It was a horse race night for charity. The indian supplied the food at half time, which was delicious btw. I recommend this place!

Food was great as usual. No real waiting around. The staff were happy and very helpful.

Bar staff are no good ,ran out of ginger beer, beer didn't taste right, every round of drinks were different prices most of the night.

This was a pleasant buffet lunch eat all you can varied selection and pleasant surroundings.

Was there at a function and the place was very cold over priced buffet and over priced for drinks cannot fault the staff as they were very good with the service they gave

I honestly couldn't speak highly enough of Saj and his team. My sister celebrated her 30th here with family and friends probably 50+ folk and everyone had a ball. Saj made us feel very welcome and gave it a personal touch. The bar was stocked with everything we could have wanted. Saj interacted with our guests and was amazing with the kids. Laughing and joking with us all. I really enjoyed his hospitality. He even went as far as to cook my dad some pakoras as he herd my dad loved Indian food. I brilliant touch which my dad thoroughly enjoyed. I had such a wonderful time. We had the whole back area all to ourselves with toilets so that we were never interrupted buy the other bar and patrons and also so we never bothered them. If you are organising a party I'd completely recommend here. My family is very big on family and saj is now part of it. I'll be back and would definitely hire this venue out again. On first appearances it does not look up to much but taking the plunge we found it to be a nice experience with good food and hospitality, the premissis was slightly cold but nothing really to complain about. Really enjoyed the food which is the main thing and I will sure return in the future.

I recently attended an event in this dismal place from 10.30am through to 7.30pm in the evening. Upon arrival there was no heating in the room and when the manager/owner was asked his response was that the heating would not be put on! Had to ask for toilet roll to be put into the ladies toilets on more than one ocassion. Food exceptionally overpriced for what was received. At 6.30pm the heating was put on for the function that was to follow that evening. Absolutely disgusting.
