I was served today 12.30 by Jane and Kerry they were so helpful, they are a credit to your company, hope they are on duty for my next visit , food was delicious 😋.

Arrived at 19.55 and was told it was closed. This is 2nd time in a row. Last night 20.10 also closed. Whilst it's opening hours are till 20.30.

OK Chinese good enough food and prices were fine would call again if I am at my Daughter's home again thanks.

Staff were very friendly! Very C19 aware. Food was overpriced and not up to much. Nice atmosphere, good WiFi/screen access.

Terrible service and food was not much better. We went into the braehead branch today for breakfast. Pancakes were flavourless and the raspberry’s that accompanied the warm pancakes were still frozen. Toast on my mums breakfast was rock hard and came without butter. Didn’t want to bother the waitress again as everything seemed like a complete hassle to her. After getting a large pot of tea she asked who the tea was for and I said I will share with my mum if we could just have another empty cup but we were told there is no way we would be aloud to share and that I would have to buy another pot of tea. I told her that there was enough tea in the pot I had already payed for to go between 2 or more but again she said no company policy is one pot of tea per person. What a ridiculous rule my mum ended up wasting the tea as stated it was too much for one person and also left the breakfast and pancakes. Unfortunately I had already tipped before we had the bad service and food as you need to pay before you actually eat.

For my entire adult life - this is my goto gor some chicken pakora, garlic naan and chips - classy choice I know.

Food? Its food. However only when its fresh the happy meal chips are always mushy and soggy.

This is the second time I have had food from this Subway and can say it is THE worst branch in the west of Scotland. They scrimp on ingredients, and load up salads with lettuce only. Main ingredients are barely cut up before being added to the salad. A friend of ours from college happened to be in branch when our just order was being created and witnessed the person making it chatting away to colleagues instead of focussing on doing a good job! Awful service, terrible food quality

No había ambiente y la comida muy decepcionante... no tenía grandes expectativas aparte de comida decente del pub. La pizza era como la más barata que se podía conseguir de los alimentos agrícolas y mi hamburguesa de pollo era de nuevo una hamburguesa congelada. Bastante justo si los precios cobrados eran precios de alimentos agrícolas pero la comida no era barata. No volveré.

El desayuno bastante seco un poco más importante no lo disfrutamos porque las ventanas eran tan repugnantes que era difícil quitar los ojos de ellos

My friends and I visited the lane on Saturday night. Once approached by a goth/farmer like barman to see IDs. All of us, 20 years of age were refused service however the barman proceeded to tell us that he believed one of our IDS were real and therefore the one friend could buy us drinks (more illegal than serving us). As the night went on we met many other women who had been told the same also all of age and very unhappy with the experience as we felt very judged. Barman also seemed very sexist as he wasn’t even asking for males ID and only refusing women.

Decent food and excellent service

We decided to sit in because we thought the food would be fresher and hotter, the service we received at the till was great, the girl was really knowledgeable and gave us recommendations as this was our first time. Got to the table with the food and didn’t have a clue which wrap/burrito was which, had to sit and open them up to see. My chipotle grilled chicken wrap was freezing and just drowned in sauce, my chips and partners chips were cold, we ordered the chicken nachos and got no sauce, so had to go back up and ask for that which ended up being the hottest thing they served us. Really disappointed as I love Mexican but probs wouldn’t go back.
