So where do I start .First of all went in to KFC hillington today with my son for something to eat. On sitting down at the table facing out of the window to the drive through. We were laughing at a young KFC worker boy walking backwards blowing kisses towards the drive through window the almost right behind him was a KFC worker girl however she did not look to be happy at his gestures so not sure if he was harassing her or having a laugh. Anyway we were sitting eating our meal and I had almost finished my milkshake which was a milky bar milkshake so white milkshake and white chocolate as I say almost finished my shake and I noticed a small black thing on the side of my cup so took it out with my finger and went up to the counter I looked in the cup and noticed another small black thing in the cup .I got to the counter to be approached by the young BOY that was in the drive through and he says what's happening mate so I just looked at him then told him about the two black things in my milkshake and without even looking at any of the black things he says it's oreo so I said it's like dirt and he says it's oreo I'm telling you then said oreo is a biscuit and I said I know what oreo is then he starts getting aggressive so I asked him to watch his attitude in front of my son and he says I don't care next thing he starts saying to other staff that I was implying he was daft and started to get verbally abusive shouting and swearing and was told by a member of staff to be quiet and go in the back and refused to do this then I asked to speak to the manager so when he came out I explained to him about the two black things in my cup to be told again that it was oreo without checking it. Then the boy comes from the back challenging to fight and returns to the back however started to give me the aggressive stares through the hot plate. I asked the manager for head offices phone number and the BOYS number which he took ages to do then comes back and has only gave me a number for head office which I was asked on the phone on an automated service to put complaints in writing or an email so just draughted an email of to head office. The other issue today was that we moved from three tables to get a table that wasn't clean but wasn't filthy however the floor was filthy all over the sit in area and the place had about three tables in use so wasn't busy but loads of staff standing around doing nothing .also when the boy came in from the drive through area where he was possibly putting out the rubbish when he entered the kitchen he never washed his hands he just started working with food. So in my honest opinion folks AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE if you want somewhere to eat try bugger king hillington it is spotless and staff are very polite.
Only stopped for a coffee, gave the "food" a 1 star as it's ultra processed crap, probably a contribution to the obesity issue in children/teens.
Service is also garbage as it's full of just eat/Uber people (who are prioritized) delivering crap cheap "food" to lazy folk sat on their backside that don't realise they could cook a healthy meal quicker and cheaper at home.
Atmosphere, well, to the right there were the Uber/Just eat fellas that you see skelping about on electric bikes balacava'd up looking like their about rob a bank, and to the left were noisy weans (between 10-14 yr old) that have no respect for society, loud & obnoxious, vaping, whilst staff (teenagers) who obviously know them just laugh and keep out of their way.
Honestly I remember when the food was semi food and it was comfortable enough to sit in, wee burger and a coffee and read the paper in peace.
As a rule I'd avoid these establishments unless on a long commute and I need something to keep me going.

Food and service were great. The cleanest fast food restaurant I have been to in 3 years living in Scotland. All tables were clean and so was the tile floor throughout.
The staff and management are doing an exceptional job. First visit, we will definitely be back soon. Thanks 😊
Got the be slowest nandos in the uk took over half hour longer than it said on my order and the staff are so rude will never come to this nandos again when I’m working in the area
We met with friends for lunch on December 20th. The Festive menu was the best I'd seen, very extensive. The service was very good, plenty of staff willing to assist. The food was delicious, however the soup was just lukewarm. Such a pity as it was so tasty ! This cost a star I'm afraid, otherwise it would have been the full five stars. Would we go again ? Definitely !
Had a beautiful day at wedding at Falside Mill, venue was fantastic, food was fantastic. The day was spoiled by one member of staff clearing peoples drinks from table when they were up dancing, I stopped him from doing it twice as I knew the guests hadn't left.
When I want up to the dance floor for the last dance with the rest of the table he cleared the whole table of drinks, it wasn't closing time as the bar was still serving drinks.
I was going to complain at the time but didn't want to cause a scene, only disappointment of the evening!

My 4 year old grandson loves a happy meal, he likes the toy the juice the nuggets chips and tomato sauce, he eats and drinks all of it and saves the toys and lines them up at grans. This is mainly a sit in or drive through, you couldn't really sit outside as it's a busy shopping car park with nothing to look at and not safe enough to sit with a 4 year old. No kids play area. I gave it a 5 star because it's handy after a well behaved boy puts up with 3 hours of shopping and is rewarded with a drive through.
