James Martin Glasgow Airport. How not to do airport catering is taught well here. A few thin sandwiches on offer. Asked for a burger and fries.....no fries. Asked for a large coffee but told only small cups available. Bought the coffee and found a seat that was filthy but not as filthy as the table. Why James Martin wants his name associated with this filthy , badly run disaster is beyond me.
Very enjoyable meal in nice relaxed surroundings. Large portions and very reasonably priced.
Waitress who greeted us on arrival was friendly and professional.
Spoke to the young chef (Calum) as we were we leaving. Very impressionable young man who wished us well and hoped we enjoyed our meal.
We will be back.
I have been here quite a few times and today was the worst ! On arrival I see the price has jumped up £2 per person making it £13.50 for lunch . A bit expensive but we were there so went in.
Almost all the food I had was tasteless, meat was chewy, very watery soup, The sauce in the Beef Cantonese was like water . The increase in price was not due to an improvement in the food.
We went about 1 pm so food should have been fresh and warm. The Sushi did not taste as nice as before, nor did the soup. Most of the starter dishes are heavily salted and fried. I have always liked their beef dishes as it usually melts in your mouth. Today the meat was chewy and I left it on the plate .
I was disappointed in most of the dishes I tried . My son also thought it wasn't as good as before .
I did mention my concerns to the man who takes the payments, who said he would pass it on.
Decided to get a bag of chips on way home.. opened them within 1 minute of leaving shop, they were cold, horrible and greasy.. feel cheated out of my £2.20, disgusting food and service.. how hard is it to provide a bag of hot chips.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS..
Chips cheese and spicy costs £6 .. Two days ago in the long container.. Today in the small one same price. Another example of a good place getting sold and then cutting costs
Was going on a long haul from Heathrow so thought I would get some greggs for the flight. It has been years since I had a greggs so was so looking forward to it. Got a steak bake and a chicken bake. Both seem to be a lot smaller than I can remember them. They were ok but nothing special, think it will be a long time before my next visit, also £5 for the both was not great value tbh.
Had a small breakfast.
On the plus side, the coffee was good as was the toast hence the 2 *.
Fried egg was ok, bacon barely lukewarm, potato scone a bit overdone, and the Lorne sausage gave the impression of being the cheapest quality they could find.

Nothing to do with staff. I parked in bay to get water. Took my money. Never gave me the screen wash. Went spoke to staff about it. Took a while as of queue. Got to desk and told staff. Lady said should not be issued. Went paid again nothing , got a toilet. Bought bottled water to putin screen wash. End up £6.95 to top up. Eventually. Now got £100 fine for being at garage too long 39 minutes 🤬🤬

Been before and burgers were lovely however…
Went today, we had over an hour wait for our food on about 25% / 30% tables. Very poor.
Wife ordered a cheese and bacon beef burger and as did I.
After about 20 minutes came back and checked and advised beef was from a new supplier so couldn’t guarantee it was not contaminated (they need to update the more webpage menu as says burgers are available GF). So she asked for the skinless chicken burger, I stated at start of order and again I wasn’t cealiac.
So my burger eventually arrived….notice anything?
It’s a chicken burger, which I didn’t order, was raging after an hour wait on some simple food (I don’t have a gluten allergy) and then a further 10 minutes before my wife’s arrived.
So I returned mine (untouched), spoke to the manager, he was unbelievable sympathetic about the service and speed.
We didn’t pay and I would suggest avoiding for 4-5 weeks till the my sort out their service and website.
Shame as first time we went about a year ago it was great.
Doubt I’ll go back or take my kids back either.
Horrible lugar para trabajar, el personal es tratado horriblemente por los gerentes, mal pagado, la mezcla de crepé se deja fuera sin guardar en una nevera durante días, el lugar no se limpia correctamente, el personal es antihigiénico y no se lava las manos, especialmente después de tocar la masa cruda de crepé.
