Avoid , waste of money , kfc customer services uninterested un complaints, take your money and provide junk thats disgusting

This review is for the KFC in Braille Crescent near Braehead… where to begin ? There was a young man at the counter, other than ask what drink etc etc we wanted there was no interaction, very surly looking and zero customer service. Got our meal, the chips were of course cold, went up to get fresh ones and said young man handed me another bag of chips that were if anything colder than the first. Not an apology nor a word was spoken by him. Once we sat down we could see the place was absolutely disgusting, food all the floor and tables. Luckily I had wipes to clean the table, the place was freezing. Staff all out the back doing nothing when someone could have been going round cleaning. I know it’s ‘only’ kfc but come on guys, your customers deserve better. That is, a hot meal in a clean environment. I realise now why the place was empty. Train your staff to do a better job. Would never go back to this establishment.

PLACE IS MOST DISGUSTING PLACE EVER food laying around and chicken laying around the dirty floor food was cold chicken burger was solid and the staff very rude and to busy in the back and the cleaner as well honestly avoid at all costs also when my mother went to say to the staff about the hygiene as she walked away she heard staff member call her F****** s***** i*** as my mother is disabled she came back to the table I said to my all speak them at this point the staff member clearly didn’t clean the tables or floor properly as there was still food left so I got up and my mum and left as I was leaving put my food in the bin and said to the gentleman at the till he then said I only work here one day a week I then replied to him that don’t matter you should be on top of the hygiene this place is disgusting and also said to call a customer who disabled a f****** stupid idiot is shocking he then laughed and staff shocking place and vile staff as well AVOID……

Filthiest most unhygienic place I have ever eaten!! Didn't stay to eat food. Staff all young, stood behind counter, talking, laughing, couldn't care less. Before leaving, I approached them to let them know tables lay uncleaded, rammed with food containers, drink cartons etc, and the amount of dirty food lying about the floor. Utterly disgusting!! First and last visit, you couldn't give me a lifetime free pass for the place, it is THE worst!! Keep your money and spend it on something worth the money. I will definitely be taking the matter further and would advise anyone with any common sense to do the same. ZERO STARS AWARDED KFC BRAEHEAD ... YOUR STORE IS MANKY!!🤢🤮

This place should be closed ASAP.. Dirty, cold food tables covered with food trays, floor littered with debris from over filled bins.Staff who don't take pride in their work and don't care shouldn't be there. The food wS cold, the chicken was solid, and the chips were look warm.The burger bun had some lettuce and mayo, but the rock-hard chicken didn't dull the taste .. Seven staff behind the counter and not one could use a brush... but the fire door was wide open with food that had been previously brushed up just left in a pile by a bin... Avoid this KFC....

Dirty tables with food everywhere, tables and floor. Slippy dirty floor in toilet area. Cold food. Wrong order. Staff handling money and serving food without washing hands. No consideration that covid is still around.

Got a Delivery from this place and the food was inedible, burnt chicken burger, tasteless soggy fries, whole lot when in the bin, would NEVER go or get a delivery ever again from this KFC

I went to KFC Braehead/Glasgow for lunch with my wife and son. Typical busy Saturday. We first looked for a table and found one before ordering the food. The table was dirty with food remains from previous customers. The bins and other tables was covered with food and dirty trays. No one from KFC was cleaning the tables. I went to order food and at the same time to ask someone to clean the tables. When asked, The KFC employer at the till said they are busy and there is no one available to clean the tables. I explained to him that this is a hygiene issue and a health risk for customers. He said they had to get an extra person to help with the sales. I did ask while they have plenty of staff cooking and selling food, they should allocate at least one person to cleaning. He repeated the same line that they are busy and no one is available for cleaning. At that point, I explained that I do not want to eat on dirty table in a dirty restaurant and we left. It is shocking how an established chain restaurant like KFC worth $23 billion, ignores hygiene and health risk for customers in order to make few extra sales. If this does not change, it should be reported to the council.

I have been in a few KFC, who hasn’t .. but I have to say this is probably the worse meal I have ever had. I had a mighty bucket for 1. First I was in a bag while I was eating in. 2. The chicken pieces were the smallest I have ever seen. One mouthful for one and one mouthful for the other spitting out bits of bone. Chips were cold. Tables were dirty and while they have a table staff about there was a mess everywhere. Amazingly even when I put a dirty napkin on the table next to me the cleaner walked straight past and left the table dirty, as it was when I put the napkin there. I will NEVER come back to this KFC again

Absolutely filthy, rubbish everywhere! It’s dirty, it’s full of people who clearly do not want to be there and it’s reflected in both the service and the food.

Visited previously and decided to try again but what a regret, waited 13 minutes to be served and then told had to wait another 10 for the food..not that friendly either and tried to give me a melted slush..won't be back..10th July 18.29pm

It's not the most obvious thing to order here but I just really fancied a salad. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a good sized bowl and very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would order it again! (Although it is by no means a low calorie option!)

The worst kfc ever! No chicken on the bone left. Waited ages for my meal got it and it was cold, my brother in laws family meal was also cold and because there wasn't enough chicken he got 16 hot wings instead. Went to his table and took out the hot wings and he had only 8 so he went back and they insinuated that he was lying to get more hot wings! One of the staff members (a young fat girl with far to much makeup on) who was in the middle of serving me turned around to another worker (a cleaner with special needs) and told her to go start that 'thing' the cleaner said something and the other girl turned around angrily and said you need to speak up I can't hear you! Why did she find the need to do this in front of me? And why would she be ok with speaking to anyone like this both of the girls were defo not in their 20s yet. Never ever will I go back here.

Decided on zinger burger meal. Had to go back with cold chips then discovered burger also cold. Back again! Asked to wait while they served the next person. Then deal with me. Only when I said I've already been back with the chips they then dealt with me. Whilst eating the burger I discovered it was stale and the taste of oil overpowering like it's not been changed in ages. Also loads of black and green bits in more than a dozen chips. Picture included doesn't show green bits properly. Poor show. Won't be back. Also had a kid sitting on a table with shows on.

we ate here a few times very busy but quick service. Food was nice Children loved it great and handy when tired and shopping still to be done

Went through the drive thru, placed my order as per. 'Please, anything other than a drumstick for my chicken piece please', just to ensure she received the message 'no drumstick please'. Got to the desk and was asked if it was a Tango or Fanta? 'Emm.. I never ordered a drink'. Received my meal, and off I went. Guess what I received? A £1.78 Drumstick, honestly, I've seen more meat on a butchers pencil. Bad start. Tasted the fries. They have been hanging over the fryer for some time, as there was no crisp or crunch. Saturated in oil and they were floppy and spongy. Needless to say, the burger was okay. However, I am sitting here still hungry with a horrible taste in mouth from the fries. Will not be venturing back!

It was a typical KFC, we ordered the boneless box for one and a zinger burger, both were well presented and tasty....Like others have remarked,the ordering process is not a good idea for a "fast food" outlet. But the standard of cleanliness was high and the staff were friendly .

Recientemente visité aquí con un usuario de silla de ruedas y, aparte de mis quejas usuales sobre las patatas fritas de Kentucky Fried Chicken, estaba sorprendida de lo pequeña su disabled wc estaba. Para mí para ayudar a mi amigo cuando utilizó el inodoro, que tuve que seguir abriendo la puerta para permitirme espacio para asistir a él : -(

The food was fresh as always and very quickly delivered. Very pleased overall with my visit as usual!

Always worth a visit while shopping in braehead if we are lacking time. The food is always fresh and the service is quick. Would recommend coming to this outlet

El servicio en KFC Braehead deja mucho que desear. Después de colocar su pedido que esperar en la cola por su número de orden a ser llamado. Este es un muy ineficiente servicio lento. Comida rápida no lo creo. Yo estaba en consonancia con mi número de orden por 10 minutos. Es mejor ir a otro Kentucky Fried Chicken y usar el drive' a través de no visitar este KFC.

We thought we would Give Kfc in Breahead anther chance, we have tried them about four time's and each time we were disappointed. And this time was just the same.The food was cold, dry and the dressing was just missing all together. The very little salad that you do get with it, I suppose you have to be thankful for.

While the food is just as good as in any other KFC restaurant, they charged us for the spicy mayo (which is free elsewhere) and they didn't give lemon wipes. Besides that, the restaurant was clean, the staff was efficient and the order came through as quickly as usual.

I love KFC and go to the drive through in Paisley all the time, was running late and was in Braehead shopping centre and thought I would grab a quick fast food meal.Dont go to this KFC , the staff could not care less about service, cleaninless or food standard, worst place I have had the experience to use!The could not careless attitude of the staff was shocking, they were shouting at the top of their voices at each other, then the food took ages to arrive, the new system they have put in is poor, like and Argos for food, this has slowed it down even more, then there was no lids for the Krushem, she then stirred it by hand putting her hands all over my straw, the food was cold by the time I got it and the side area where the ice is open for anything to be throwen into which is a food risk.
