China Buffet King Braehead in Renfrewshire

This is the second visit in 3 weeks. Also my last. The place is dirty. A lot of food cold. Due to management being lazy. Poor

Called in today for lunch and we were a bit unsure as some reviews not so good ! Our lunch was excellent lots of choices and served by very nice staff ! We will be back !

OK for a occasional night out, however; the recent price increases will make me think twice about dining here. There are many other options at less cost (including the grocery store).

Food wasn't good and most of the food so cold and I was going to walk down and when told staff about the food being cold the staff wasn't even bothered about it and they said us both we waited for a 5/10 after sitting down to eat once we went to get food that wasn't the case when we sitting down having food once of the staff members was lying down on sofa and on his phone in full view of people

This is our second time visiting, feel the business went downhills, the food is not impressive and getting worse for tuesday dinner. the place look bit rough, the place need keep it higher standards, is not feel fresh and place look bit old. Visited here a couple days ago with my husband, Ben, the food was great and service was efficient, one member of staff was very helpful couldn’t quite get his name but was a rather small human being with glasses was very keen on helping us and very appreciative whenever I thanked him.

Perfect. Was taking a risk after seeing the reviews but everything was perfect especially the staff one man in particular, didn’t catch a name but was small with glasses. Efficient and pleasant would give him a raise

Great place for variety of food for people with different tastes. Went to the evening buffet which is definitely worth waiting for. Tasty dishes and quick and friendly service

Place opened at 12noon . We arrived 12.30 . All food was freezing cold as if just taken out a fridge . Complained to management and was told to go and get some more. Why would I. Manager stated that food had been refreshed which was rubbish as we watched staff just stirring it about . Got charged 20.99 for 2 cans of coke and 5 jelly sweets . What a joke . Will never go back

Would definitely NOT recommend even if it was the last thing on earth to eat. Chicken was like rubber you could have used it like a bouncy ball. Cake was still frozen, chicken and sweet corn soup was like chicken and Vaseline. Would definitely will not be back. And witnessed a man spitting food back out into plate. Don’t blame him.

Absolutely amazing experience the food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. The price was great and good value for money

i was very wary having read some terrible reviews. My experience was a good one. We went at 12 noon opening for lunch so the food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Not the most lush of places but clean and adequate. plenty of food wioth great variety. soup sushi salads many chicken and beef dishes but no fish other than thr prawns. nice desserts including a chocolate fountain with mallows and fresh fruits! Service was very good with polite waiters. Plates cleared away quickly, Toilets were clean if basic. Certainly not smelly as in other reviews. good value at £11.95/ adult. Won’t be back the place is filthy. The food was cold not up to the right temperature. It’s messy . Food all over floor and the waitress staff look like they have been warmed up from the morgue. Toilets are a disgrace no toilet roll. Doors broken absolutely vile avoid the place at all costs .

We had a really nice dinner here to be honest. Chicken satay was overcooked but with the sauce they were fine. I tried a few things I wouldn't usually eat and honestly thought the food was lovely. My wee girl had a bit of everything and enjoyed dessert. Staff were great and very attentive x

Wished I had read dreadful reviews first. I should have left when I saw the food. Tray after tray of dried up food, completly inedbile. Ribs literally swimming in watery sauce. All food way overcooked, tasteless and a disgrace serving it. Have also had an incredible upset tummy. Avoid, avoid,avoid.

Visited here last week as we were shopping at Braehead wish we hadn’t bothered. This has got to be the worst Chinese we have ever been in, absolutely vile! The restaurant was filthy, the staff are just moping about with sour faces, the dirty plates mounted up on tables and the bar area. The food 🤢 well honestly it really was disgusting, the chicken was pink inside and tasted like rubber. The beef didn’t look much better. Think the problem here is there’s far too many dishes on offer that it’s not fresh and it’s undercooked. I wouldn’t even feed this meat to my dog. We had had upset tummy’s, I think the Food Standards should be sent in here to get the place closed down. I believe it would suit people with young toddles running riot throwing food everywhere and the staff aren’t even phased. I do not like leaving comments like this but felt I had to. It really needs shut down!!

Raw chicken, rude front of house staff. Should not be trading as the food they serve is a severe risk to public health.

I used to love this place but the past 2 times I have been were far from great. The food standard is appalling. It's dry and lacking flavour. My main concern is the chicken. Its used in a lot of dishes but when my son bit in to a chicken ball it was extremely pink and undercooked. Absolutely vile. We will not be returning. The staff are rude and it takes forever to get a drink. The hygiene seems to have went downhill. I don't know how this place is still open.
