Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Waited 2 hours phoned to see if my food was out for delivery the man said it has been doesn't take 2 hours to deliver got my food for myself and my kids absolutely drowning in grease donor kebab and chips the chips were drowning and 6 bits of kebab, my partners donner kebab and cheese there was more cheese and greasy chips and the sauce was so runny it looked like the watered it down. Was our first time ordering and it will be our last.

I have been here quite a few times and today was the worst ! On arrival I see the price has jumped up £2 per person making it £13.50 for lunch . A bit expensive but we were there so went in. Almost all the food I had was tasteless, meat was chewy, very watery soup, The sauce in the Beef Cantonese was like water . The increase in price was not due to an improvement in the food. We went about 1 pm so food should have been fresh and warm. The Sushi did not taste as nice as before, nor did the soup. Most of the starter dishes are heavily salted and fried. I have always liked their beef dishes as it usually melts in your mouth. Today the meat was chewy and I left it on the plate . I was disappointed in most of the dishes I tried . My son also thought it wasn't as good as before . I did mention my concerns to the man who takes the payments, who said he would pass it on.

This is the worst McDonald's ever fact stale food ,no sauces no straws waste of money absolutely disgraceful.....plus zero customer service ....whole place is awful

The “manager” if you can call him that was a joke ! They messed up the order that we waited two hours for . When confronted about it he immediately got defensive raised his voice and swore ! Refused to remake or refund the order . Clearly has a wee god complex . Complaints have been made about him ! Disgusting service from a “manager” but by the looks of the chaos he’s not managing anything .

Asked for the NON garlic option crust. Of course they gave me that. Couldn’t manage to eat it. Also allowed me to place an order for delivery then be cancelled as had no delivery drivers until 6pm! Don’t open your just way deliveries then!

Have had takeaways from here over the years, not for a while, so thought I would drop after work tonight. 2 sweet and sour chicken, with fried rice. Chicken balls rock hard - could hardly get a knife through them - overcooked and chicken tasteless. Rice stodgy. Expected better. Wondered if it had been reheated from the night before ? Really disappointed and definitely won't be back.

Shocking service, waited over an hour and half for delivery, driver sat in same spot for over an hour, shop don’t bother to answer phone so impossible to ask where order is 🙄 food freezing cold and soggy. Can of juice was warmer than the food 🤷‍♀️

Terrible service,no receipts,no doughnuts,no milkshakes...place was dirty table,female manager threw our order on the counter and stressed. Walked away before we got there zero stars for customer support

Got the large portion of wings meal and it was absolutely disgusting. Not a hint of seasoning or spice. Just tasted of old burnt fryer oil. After trying one and a half of the wings I chucked the remaining six in the bin. Best place for them. Fairly certain I heard the bin throw up in the middle of the night lol. Joking aside they were the worst kfc wings I have ever had in my life.

Extremadamente decepcionante, había planeado sentarse, pero hacía mucho frío en el interior, decidió llevar ya que sentarse en el coche sería más cómodo. Ordene la comida con hamburguesa, papas fritas y bebida, esperó 21 minutos para recoger como Just Eat, los conductores de Deliveroo estaban en masa y se les dio prioridad. El lugar estaba demasiado ocupado con ellos en lugar de sentarse en los comensales. Los repartidores estaban todos apurados por ser atendidos primero, por lo que era muy incómodo. Las comidas también estaban mal. Para cobrar £ 5. 99 por una hamburguesa fría y £ 2. 99 porque una lata de coca no es viable. El pedido de comida era incorrecto y frío. No tiene sentido volver a quejarse, ya que tendría que esperar en la fila con los impacientes repartidores de sacudidas. El dinero y la comida se desperdician.

SIEMPRE olvide las partes de su pedido. Es un sobreprecio cuando pides comida de Uber y luego se olvidan de partes de tu pedido y culpan a la entrega cuando OLVIDARON poner las cosas en la bolsa en primer lugar.

"Dos porciones de costillas de repuesto" Envía 1 poción en 2 envases. El curry de ternera literalmente está en el contenedor como no comestible y como el caucho. Resto de comida fría. En general no vale la pena la espera o el precio.
