Subway in North Lanarkshire

Had a really bad experience. Male member of staff made me feel really unwelcome and as if I was an inconvenience for ordering my sandwich. He put my sandwich in the toaster and whilst waiting on it, proceeded to cough all over the oven without covering his mouth, absolutely disgusting. After I paid I sat down to eat my sandwich with my mum, as the shops are open later due to the christmas period we assumed that Subway was open for a while longer. Instead of politely telling us they were closing soon, the male memeber of staff was extremely rude to us telling us to leave in an angry tone. Will definitely not be back.

Was in the fort earlier today, went in to subway with my friends. Was treated horribly by a male member of staff, who didn’t have a name badge on. We were trying to order and was looking at the menu when a staff member said “you gonna order anything or what.” Simply took my business elsewhere, would not be going back.

I am currently waiting on cataract surgery so my eyesight is not the best, I was standing well away from the line taking photos of the menu so I could decide what I would like to order. A young male member of staff was then very rude and spoke harshly towards me for no reason. He seemed frustrated just by the fact I was even there, this caused me to leave and go elsewhere. Not a very nice experience at all

Visited earlier today and while looking at the menu a young male member of staff was incredibly rude to me and my friends we left as it is very disrespectful for no reason.

I had a terrible experience during my visit. The male worker I interacted with was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me with my concerns, he seemed annoyed and acted like I was inconveniencing him. His tone was unprofessional, and the way he spoke to me made me feel completely unwelcome. I expected better treatment and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Misers. In the shop getting my 7 year old cheese sandwich and your “artist” determines it must be slightly over 6” and cuts around 7mm off and throws it in the bin in front of us. Really? How petty.

Absolutely delicious love the Italian bread with turkey cheese, lots of salad and South Western sauce is amazing!!

Ordered from just eat the driver drove away with my meal and it’s been over an hour now

Ordered on Just Eat - missing half the order. Subway not toasted. Almost £35. Phone the shop? No answer - unavailable. Just Eat say contact restraunt...I'll try using Psychic Powers. More chance of that working than getting through to the shop. I'll change this review when I am refunded my £22.q6- price of untoasted (and frankly inedible) and missing sub combined

Actually disgusted. 'Make it your way' is a load of lies. I was told was i was having and given no options. Truly disgusted that I was charged almost £8 for a bit of bread with barely anything on it. Truly worrying performance

Was treated horribly by a male member of staff for what I can only understand as me not being fast enough for him when ordering. He was rude and passive aggressive. I asked to speak to the manager and this just made things worse as she was annoyed at me for complaining and was trying to stand up for him, making excuses for his behaviour which is just not acceptable. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service as bad as this. Ended up walking out. Obviously will never return. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst subway I've ever been in. Service was so slow with only one member of staff making sandwiches while the rest stood around twiddling their thumbs. My sub sat and got cold because nobody was doing salad. The only member of staff that didn't look miserable was the boy on the till who at least apologised for my 30 minute wait. Atrocious

I popped in for a wee lunch during work yesterday, served by a lovely young lassie said her name was Amy. Showed a great attitude, and even though there was a que I was served with patience . My sub was delish, 10/10 recommend 🌟🌟

Staff were so disgusting and disrespectful, i barley had a minute to breathe i was rushed to quick when ordering, the one older chap was shouting and balling the whole time i was in head was ringing by the time i left.

Went in today asked Carlos an sure that was his name or Carl could I get meatballs but 8 in the sandwich box smoothered with the sauce and grated cheese he packed it told him it was my craving cos pregnant the guy was very friendly and good customer service got few other items all packed aswell clean atmosphere nice staff rem these ppl are serving food all day they don't need to smile 24/7 prob get fed up of unhappy customers at times

It was a great experience, I was helped out a lot by an employee called Daniel. The food was out quickly and outstanding. Would recommend.

Delivered before estimated time. My hot food was still hot and everything was wrapped properly.

Didn't put the salad in that I asked for. It was cold and they didn't put in the extra cheese that I paid for. They also gave me the wrong crisps.

Our subs were squashed, cold and half open. There was no sauce on any of them as apparently 'they ran out'?? Only half of one of the cookies was delivered. All in all not a great experience. On a good note, delivery was fairly quick.

It was awesome! We ordered it for a party and everyone enjoyed the food we got. I'm sad that the Subways near me don't do take away though. But I loved the one here!

Arrived an hour and a half late when ordered online. Stone cold when eventually unwrapped, was not toasted and then when rang, made them aware there was more than one place in Lymington with our house name! Its certainly 2 hours of my life waiting around that I won't get back! Absolutely poor service and we aren't happy at all. Subway is usually good but definitely a let down this time!

Delivery guy got lost and sub was cold by the time it got to me. But taste wise it was lovely
