Terrible. Philly steak was freezing after being put in the toaster twice. Had to bin it.

Ordered Chicken Foot long sandwich which smells like fish.. I will never ever go to this Subway.

Cheesy bites were cold on arrival and so was the sub. Missing items on the sub - no southwest sauce, crispy onions or salt. Very unsatisfied

Welll I must say the customer service I received was absolutely brilliant , didn’t have the cookie I choose and left a note aswell as extras to make up for it , it’s the the simple things but I can honestly say that was very much appreciated & the girl was so lovely on the phone to . Keep up the great customer service. And my sub was also brilliant .

What a disgusting and cold meal.! The cheese bites were undercooked as the crumb was light and not crispy. It was soaky and disgusting when I bit i.to o e! The rest was cold a total.waste of money a d efffort! Not HAPPY AT ALL! I request a full refund please

I stay in hamilton but order from here as it's the only store who....1. gets my order right. 2. nicely prepared and is not just thrown together. 3. it's usually still warm on arrival. 4. the cookies are always the good cookies and not the rock hard ones left. 5. sometimes they write enjoy your food on the bag and it makes myself and my daughter smile. thank you to all who takes their time and prepares our food so nicely. we appreciate it. 🥰

called the shop 1 minute after order was placed to cancel it as wrong branch chosen. the girl went ahead and delivered it. told her on ring doorbell it had been cancelled and she left it anyway when nobody was home. have proof on fone when call was made to the shop

I asked for a footlong BMT toasted on Italian cheese and herb but it wasn’t toasted, a real lack of sauce I asked for, there was hardly any, also the bread was over cooked or stale. It was very dry and nothing like a fresh made sandwich. Very disappointing. 2 star

The driver was extremely rude, started shouting at both me and my manager even though the correct address was on the order and he didn’t bother to phone me when he was lost. Then he started screaming at me down the phone saying I had given him the wrong address and then refused to give my manager our food until he had argued with him first. We get deliveries here often, the address is correct and easy to locate through maps.

Brilliant customer service food was delivered on time with an extra cookie and a little note to apologise for the herbs and cheese still being In oven they did Try to call but I forgot to update my number whoever took the time to write the wee note

Really enjoyed it. Nachos were delicious with the perfect amount of cheese and salsa. Really enjoyed the hash browns although not crispy. Sub was lovely. Definitely better than my local Subway every time

No food has actually arrived. I will probably wait until the end of time The restaurant were great and explained they can't do anything, it's a justt eat issue and can't explain what the driver is done. Now I need to go order lunch again from somewhere else due to an incompetent driver incapable of following simple instructions. How did they get a job as a delivery driver - when the failure of a simple task such as "delivery" missed
