This KFC is operating at highest standarts, staff very friendly and professional. Good tactics on preparing food for delivery drivers.

I got a parking fine for eating in this KFC years ago. The food is good. I just still haven't forgotten.

Orderd over 50 pound in food order was wrong cold , ask for cheese on you burger comes on side of the box no chips in box meal , shocking !!! No hot wings either

Nice wee place.But the staff seem to think they have a right to blast crap music from the kitchen. Which tends to make aeting in less than enjoyable.

The stuff is very friendly & professional the waiting time is OK. The hygiene is very clean 👌

Staff very rude and aggressively shouting at each other and yelling order numbers. Zero atmosphere with an untidy seating area and only 20% seats occupied. Nothing topped up at the condiments. No napkins or ketchup out. Other customers up looking for cutlery. Mix up with order (we opted for table service but clearly they don’t bother just scream orders out) the order booth had no receipt paper. When we got the order from the people at the table next to us the most unhappy dour assistant I’ve encountered ever tried to resolve! Please please find another job you’re clearly unhappy doing this. It is just not good enough. The staff are all teenagers with zero obvious supervision. Won’t be back this franchise needs an overhaul in operations. Terrible experience

Visited this KFC today to dine in. It wasn't very busy with diners, there were more delivery people waiting on orders than diners. Service was slow, loads of tables hadn't been cleaned and food mediocre. It has been a while since my last visit, and it will be a while until my next visit.

Jezzas when did KFC become so bad! Had to wait 10 mins for my order to fet dry stale chicken barley hot.... Are serious costs a tenner now, been a whille as I realy ear chicken from hear it's useall a treat and that price I was looking fwd to my meal...chips was half full of aging stale and cold... Why did I have to wait? Surely if u given me crap cold stuff it shouldent be like this, not just me 2 people behind me made to wait too, woder did they get the stale stuff too no wonder this place is empty most the night how u still in business is behold me, top that have u changed your recipe why is every swimming in spice and grease? last time I ever be at any KFC

Extremely dissatisfied with the meal I received this evening. It was not what was advertised. It was also cold and I live less than 5mins drive away. I have phoned more than 10 times this evening and had NO response. The phone has been picked up by someone and quickly put down twice. This is shocking customer service. I expect communication when I call,the fact noone is prepared to take a call when they have no idea what it is about does not bode well. Your Head Office needs to be aware of the inefficiency of staff at this outlet. Totally dissatisfied customer for many reasons.

Chips were soggy, chicken was ok but the darker piece made me think of a re-heat. Same chip problem with my last Kentucky in Glasgow. Nobody does chips like Burger King.

45 minutes for an order placed inside the shop!

Watch out for huge pothole at drive through. Been there for a few weeks now, they don't care about customers cars. Even fill it with sand or gravel?? Every time at drive thru they tell you to take a space and even after wait the food luke warm. Very poor kfc.

It's KFC so was expecting fast food. The place was quite empty so expected the service to be quick. It wasn't. It was also more difficult than it should have been to find a clean table. The food was hot and tasty although the lettuce could have been fresher. It's been many years since I've been to KFC. Don't think I'll be rushing back.

Will NEVER use KFC again!! Disgusted that I was charged £36 for 2 wrap meals and 1 popcorn and the wrap was very burnt, just red cabbage for salad and the ONE piece of chicken HALVED onto the wrap !!!! Amazing that I've been robbed of said monies for 2 pieces of chicken!! Most expensive chicken I've ever paid for and will NEVER pay it again!! You would be aswell asking staff to wear full face masks and call them all Dick Turban as that is daylight robbery, Lesson learned and will not be repeated and family memebers will be told not to use any of the premises either unless they want to go rob a bank first to pay for it😡😡

Just got a RICEBOX with an extra fillet and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ate from a takeaway ever. I always get a RICEBOX but this one was prepared to perfection and the chicken cut into bite size pieces. The salad was so crisp and the rice was fluffy and warm. Whoever the chef was tonight deserves employee of the year. Well done! 👍 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

If i could give less than 1 star i would without hesitation, ordered what was supposed to be a “treat” for the family, what a wast of money, order arrived with the boneless chicken missing, one of the kids doesn’t eat chicken off the bone and as there is no option or response to the restaurants phone no way of getting directly in touch had to spend more cash making alternate arrangements, stop ripping folk off for their hard earned cash, you have one job do it properly

Probably the worst food I have the misfortune to taste in a long time……..two bites and it hit the bin,KFC Coatbridge for feck sakes up your game !!!!!!!!!

Ordered through just eat and surprise surprise half the order was missing, no option to contact the “restaurant”, it seems to be there new standard of failing to fulfil the orders and subsequently ripping folk off, will not be back and would not recommend to an enemy

They're supposedly open until 11 p.m., so you come at 10:20 p.m. and "you can kiss the doorknob", and the chick in the window waves at the driveway that it's closed... Total rock bottom!

Absolutely shocked with my visit today Ordered over £50 of food and get handed 4 Krushem’s that are in a tea cup and half full I questioned this and was told that is just the way it is….

There food preparation is far good compare to the near by one. Friendly staff. Easy acess from A8.

Had delivery so service and atmosphere was not needed but cold food and missing items, when you go in they're standing talking to eachother and ignore you for 5 minutes and takeaway is cold and missing items, pointless with one main missing and side, well done again 👌

The food at KFC is delicious. But you need to understand the fact that KFC will be oily. Disappointing due to the uncleanliness of the shop. All the tables were dirty and wet, making it unsuitable for dining in.

I'm pretty sure the staff are made to rip 5 bongs before the shift starts orders wrong everything taking forever to be ready so.pretty much your standard kfc

i tried doing table service but, it didn’t work so i went up to the counter (and mind you it was not busy at all) and took a good 5 minutes for them to come and all they where doing is talking to each other i ordered popcorn chicken and a watermelon and lime drink and it was out of stock and they didn’t even ask me what drink i wanted they just gave me a pepsi i will admit it was good but the service baffled me!

Waited ages and order incomplete. (Discovered when home)Fries good but chicken tasteless .Given the drinks when ordered so by time order out juice was flat. Won't be back.

We visited for a takeaway yesterday and opted for one of their Xmas buckets, we had a bit of a hit and a miss some chicken was dry and others were ouzing with grease, we will be back as this has never happened before

Whenever you are fed up with macdonalds then why not try a KFC at least the chios are always warm

Absolutelt amazing KFC. Met their manager Pamela who was incredibly funny and warm and all of the staff were very helpful. Food was excellent.

Place is filthy, 3 people have complained about wrong food orders whilst I’m waiting for my food. No napkins available. My chicken was dropped onto the counter and the girl picked it up and put it back into the box. I asked for new chicken, the blonde haired girls attitude was bad, her colleague small dark haired girl with glasses (who I have witnessed having a few tantrums before at the counter) grabbed the box walked round to the kitchen and came back smiling 2 seconds later I suspect with the same box of chicken as no food was ready hence the drive through queue being out the car park and the wait we had for a simple everyday order. Won’t be back, poor service, filthy restaurant AVOID!

OK, so it was Saturday night 9pm approx. When my wife & I regrettably went into this particular KFC. The first thing that we noticed was just how very quiet it was inside this franchise, and the second thing was just how filthy it was. There were vast many tables not cleared & rubbish strewn across most of the floor. Sure, they had the usual online orders, BUT there appeared to be plenty of staff. What i presume was the, ahem, supervisor looked no older than about 18/19 years old but appeared very cocky, arrogant & was definitely more focused on trying to 'impress' the female staff & embarrassingly trying to look like an Alpha male to all the male staff. He was obviously totally out of his depth. The service was TERRIBLE & took more than 20 mins (bearing in mind that it's meant to be a so-called 'fast food' chain) to finally get served (a very easy order). My wife managed to find a table that wasn't cluttered in garbage, in the corner, at the windows. UNBELIEVABLY, after the very lengthy wait, the food was luke warm at best. Absolutely SHOCKING!!!

Service poor. Very slow. Dirty tables. Tables being cleared and chairs stacked at 8.50pm despite there being at least 6 tables filled and restaurant closed at 11pm. This was unwelcoming and unsafe.

Never get the order right that's 3 times

KFC is better than Macdonald's the chicken is crispy and the rest of the menu is great two

9.99 for boneless chicken box..... 3 tender stips 1 tiny chicken pop corn 1 chips Gravy and a water I am actually shocked at how poor value for money this is. You can go to mcdonalds and get 5 chicken select for 6 pounds.

Fast food KFC which is always slow to serve. Frustrating drive thru

Sat in for food , was therefore over 40 mins, numerous tables and floor littered with food and condiments. People sitting down to eat where someone just vacated , table was tidy because the last customers left no mess but despite covid, hygiene standards are seriously slipping. Have posted 1 photo as place now busy .

Was kept waiting at least five minutes before my order was taken at the drive thru window,then another five minutes at the collection window,service was extremely poor...far too busy keeping just eat orders moving they forget about the actual shop customer

Worst experience , drove 5 miles tonite to buy a boneless bucket, with gravy 15 pounds odds , got home, was not a boneless bucket, soggy chips, chicken was not cooked properly , soggy coating, will not be back.

Not the cleanest KFC I've been to.

Went in for a meal with wife. Ordered the 10 piece box got the meal quickly chicken was just out the frier. The chicken itself was dripping in greese as we where eating the chicken we found a large black hair. I immediately brought it to the managers attention. The manager was well mannered and appoligised profusely she gave us our money back after we refused another order due to the loss of appetite. We left having only eaten 4 bits of the chicken.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Food was good and fresh. Speaker didn't work and it took a little bit more time but went smoothly.

After placing an order for my grandchildren of nearly £40 on arriving home finding the order was missing items of approximately £10 . Don't think I'll be using KFC again.

Got the deal on Saturday 2 chicken burgers for £8, ordered through Uber, driver brings wrong order, called KFC the only way they could help if I bought the cheapest item on the menu (50p) but delivery charge on top made it £5.28 so instead of being £8 it was £13.28, and had to wait another 40 mins for the same driver to bring it to me, was told to keep the wrong order ( kids meal )and sent a box of popcorn chicken and 2 hot wings

I haven't been to KFC for a while and it was enjoyable to have been well looked after and once again the food was excellent, thanks again to ur team that served me my meal .👍

Staff carrying on throwing chips multiple things missing from food order and krushem missing when we made them aware of that they made it for my son and just slid it on the counter and walked away no sorry or there you go or anything staff rude and more interested in carrying on than actually working won't be back to this KFC in the future

Worst experience. Food never delivered to table and received parking notice for £60 which was communicated to waive off however never done and now asked to pay £170. Will never go to KFC Showcase again and for others who are new, just be aware of this KFC private parking trap to extract money from your pocket.

Good service but not the best car park

Well if you think you'll nip to kfc and save yourself slaving away in the kitchen on a Friday night after you've been at work all day think again before you literally starve to death. 50 minutes sat in the drive thru. Could of saved fuel, calories, my relationship and time by making atleast a 2 course michelin star meal at home in the time it took me to get a zinger tower meal.

I collected a party bucket today for work. Probably the best KFC I have been to yet. Staff were excellent. My food took a little while but it was all freshly cooked chicken and I was given an extra portion of popcorn chicken.. the staff kept me upto date with how long the food was going to take and I was offered a complimentary drink. Thanks guys. If only all takeaways were like this.... I will be back

Constantly getting orders wrong and constantly overcharged prices

Good KFC, chicken always seems fresh and they've never gotten an order wrong - as far as KFC goes, it would be 5* but because we're basing this on restaurants in general, it has to be 4*

This is the place I would go for KFC, The service was quick the food was finger licking good. The Old Colonel Sanders would be happy at this venue.

Generally quiet- likely because they now issue £100 parking fines for using the car park facility. With 3 small children in tow I would expect eating in would allow sufficient time - but no a moment over 60 minutes of parking to eat in and fines are issued. What a way to treat the customers

You can't get or have 1 fryer just fries? Seems like a lazy cop out I'm afraid, the single vegan option had to do, was looking for a slightly more filling meal that evening, service from staff was excellent though, also your self service touch screen point weren't working either 😬

My experience was horrible, I have been waiting 40 minutes for an order, not even a large order, an ALL STARS MEAL. It is an absolute disgrace and everyone apart of the branch should be disgraced, at least five people working and they couldn’t care less about how long we’ve been waiting. They seem to not have a clue what the orders are and are constantly checking food to reassure themselves they have got the order right. Inexperienced and uncaring. To add to that they have forgot my friends chips. McDonald’s is clear of this washed fast food.

An employee was very rude towards not walking on floor even though the kfc was still open as well as straws, salt and napkins being located there . All the other employees were pleasant and helpful. At one point, got another one to tell me not to walk on floor to get straws.

While since I had kfc. Pleasant surprise. Loved the beans.

As other reviewers have mentioned I would avoid eating in the resturant as the parking enforcement is ridiculous. We visited the resturant before a movie, it was slightly busy that day and we ended up having to wait a while for our meal. With 3 kids it also took us a while to eat our food and we were in the resturant for 70 minutes. Couple of days later parking fine came through the door demanding payment for being over the 60 minute time limit. No idea how clear the sinage is as we never saw any on the way in or out, and have never received a parking notice from any of the other places at the retail park. So think we'll avoid this one in the future.

It’s a KFC. The menu is standard and I thought the quality of food was okay in the main (people who complain should try the ones on the west coast ugh). Okay the chips are dire and you have to find your own salt. It was the first time I have ever had three drumsticks in a four piece meal, but I was able to swap them out with my daughter. The car park / drive thru is a little confusing as you need to exit against the flow of traffic in the drive thru. But it was clean, the staff were friendly and there was plenty of space. The food arrived on a timely basis and I was happy enough.

i visited this KFC(showcase Glasgow East) on 18/3/22 as my grandaughter fancied it for a change as she nearly always wants a McD's...i think weve had 2 kfc's in 15yrs so.....we ordered and spent a good while reminising while eating...we then left no problem. Now today 2/4/22 i recieved a letter from 'Smart parking' stating i owed them £60 and if i dont pay it goes up to £100, then it goes to court etc...apparently as i had stayed too long. Next day i drove there and yes it does have signs stating (max stay time is 60min) i stayed for around 1hr 15min, however there signs/carpark are poorly lit, and as i said i dont visit Kfc regulary so was not looking for thia and did not dream of being fined in such a place.....in a word its disgusting that this company KFC are fining people if they stay too long. Also i checked with Mc'ds next door and they do not have a time limit so it would seem KFC are greedy!!! and use this company to threaten/steal your money. i have no intention of paying this fine and neither should you as i have been informed by friend/police officer that its technically an invoice and if not from council, bin it!!!...so i will never be in another KFC and i will advise everyone i know of the same...do not eat here people they are thieves, 1☆ is the lowest i can give but would give you none

Not sure if the KFC in the UK is bad or is it just the ones in Glasgow. Every burger wrap mini wrap mini burger zinger zinger tower tastes exactly the same, they all have the same sauces and even the ingredients. The zinger is supposed to be marinated in the secret sauce and batter. The fillets are not crispy at all and it's more expensive then McDonald's and the size of the portions is smaller as well. Fries are pretty awful as well. Better to go to McDonald's which is next door.

It's only takeaway at the moment & it's pretty efficient, possibly too efficient, I ordered a 12 fillet boneless meal & we were missing 1 x Boneless Fillet ALL the dips. Tip of the day .. always check the bag before you leave. Update - its fully open for drive through & sit-in

Daughter ordered a vegan burger. Called to complain as she had just taken a bite out out if a fillet....hang up on me. Terrible customer service and the telephone gets picked up then put down.......imagine if this was bacon or ham? They just don't care... It is a criminal offence to sell people food that they are against......this will be taken further if I am not contacted immediately

Staff are drafted in from the local nursery, spend more time asking each other who is the prettiest and play fighting than doing their job. And just to answer yer question you're all mad ugly and greesy.
