Macarico Airdrie in North Lanarkshire

Been ordering here for 3 years and was my favourite place to go takeaway. Ordered a Salt and Chilli munchie box at £30 quid and the quality and quality of the meal was absolutely shocking. The wrap was literally bits of chicken and no salad or sauce. My mouth was dryer than Ghandis Sandals after eating it. Chips were literally dusted with salt and chilli. Food was also lukewarm. Supposed to feed two and the portions were always pretty good and very well priced but considering the price hike recently its absolutely terrible value for money. Won't be back sadly as the restaurant also refused to answer my calls

Absolutely disgusting! Pasta was soggy as if it had been left sitting for ages, the macaroni cheese smelled & tasted out of date, the carbonara was watery, the arribiata was also soggy, honestly wouldnt have fed any of it to my dog never mind a person, pizza was extremely chewy! don't get me wrong the staff were lovely and couldnt have apologised more but the food was absolutely terrible, in need of new chefs indefinitely! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

Great prices on Uber eat & nice food however delivery times are a joke, my order arrived an hour after it was supposed to and my food wasn’t hot. 😔 I would have went and collected if I was allowed to as I’m less than a mile away from the shop. I can appreciate they are busy but hire more drivers! They don’t provide updates either if it’s going to be late

I got a message to say it was delayed and they were working to get it out asap. An hour later it eventually arrived. The salt and chilli chicken wrap was very very dry and the curry sauce was missing. It was also cold so had clearly been ready a while. The carbonara was extremely salty to the point the meal wasn't finished. The apple pie was more pastry than anything else and the best thing about the malteaser cookie dough was the store bought malteasers. The cookie dough was extremely thick and dry and also cold when it should have been warm! Very disappointed!!! Waste of money

Came here tonight for a meal.Service poor inexperienced staff serving and waiting on you Lighting so dark struggled to see the menu.Ordered starters portion size poor definitely not value for money.Main meal ordered Spaghetti& meatballs .Never seen meatballs as small as these size of a walnut put them all together you would struggle to make one meatball in another restaurant. I know it's a new restaurant sadly I won't be back inflated prices for what you.get.

Went in for lunch today and had a hot dog and chips. Was servied quickly. But the hot dog came without any mustard or sauce so added my own and the chips were fine however the hot dog had a funny aftertaste so didn't eat all of it but an hour later i had the runs. Don't think i'll be back.

Great place for lunch. Great portions and good prices.

Ordered a takeaway from here tonight and waited over 2 hours got the pizza and pasta meal wish I hadn't bothered the pizza was stone cold with about 2 slice of pepperoni onit and the pasta was really dry no sauce whatsoever very disappointing after spending nearly £30 stay clear

Phoned a take away for our work, the staff on the phone were polite and accommodating and helped us with our alergy enquiries. The burgers are actually to die for. Thanks for the quick service, we can't wait to order again!

I made an order, they accepted and then cancelled it. They took my money and I have not received a refund and its been >10 days. It wasn't a cheap order either. Its theft. Taking money for services that you don't provide.

Got a burger tonight, it was a tad greasy. This could be easily remedied!!!!! It was quite good quality but that let it down. Also was meant to get salad with burger and all I got was cheese n grease. Its not an insurmountable task to fix this. I expect better next time

Microwaved chips, Microwaved pasta from frozen. Kebab was rotten was supposed to come with salad , came with 4 wee bits of onion and a load of grease

It came 2 hours late the pizza didn't have tomato sauce and they didn't give the right drink. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

Friendly staff, fast service, delicious food, and great prices. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I would definitely recommend eating here, I'll eat here again.

Both me and my partner got a half pizza, half pasta. Both pizzas arrived both soggy and dry which I didn't even think was possible. Not to mention the fact there was no chicken on my partners Peri Peri pizza, mine was that black on the bottom it was almost marching for civil rights and you'd need to be buckin' Bergerac to find sauce on either of them. My partner got the Carbonara which was saltier than my mother in law and the chicken in my Pollo Crema was so dry it's triggered a hose pipe ban. The chef might be on a bad come down or something and is having an off day but we'll be giving it a wide berth from now on. Bring back Guidi's!!

Very poor service and disgusting attitude from this restaurant. When order was placed, was advised a 40-50 minute delivery time. Waited an hour and a half, called restaurant for an update. Was told 10 minutes...order arrived 40 odd minutes later, it was barley warm. Requested a refund as service and delivery time was terrible. Was told I needed to go to Uber eats to request this. Won't order from here again and advise others to steer clear.

Fantastic food and fast service! We will be returning again!
