I tried to place a order last night 22.04 at 1035 it was rejected twice. So I went down to perfect pizza. At 1045 and spoke to someone " the manager" he called himself. He refused to take our order clearly couldn't be bothered making the food. I told him it's 10.45 your still open and suggested he should make the food he clearly refused saying it will take a while to make it going past the time of 11. Which I thought was utter nonsense. He couldn't clearly be bothered, I told him I was going to complain to the owner and head office, he looked slightly worried when I told him this. I asked for his name he didn't tell me, which I thoight was very unprofessional, clearly having something to hide. He was about 25, had a nose piercing and very rude and calls himself the " manager". Never ever again after this. Went to dominoes 5 mins later, and they made the most amazing pizza ever which was 10.55. I said sorry its late the person working there said its not a problem at all. Big difference in service, will stick to dominoes and leave pizza hut and "the manager" alone.

A blonde manager served me the best pizza I have ever tasted in my entire life. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I have been to 18 pizza hut locations in the UK. No one does a pepperoni pizza quite like pizza hut Bearsden. ❤️Couldn’t recommend enough.

Ordered food online, waited for an hour and a half and finally called the Bearsden branch to ask the status of the order. We were told that they can't deliver the pizzas ordered as they don't have any drivers! Spoke to the manager Alex who had no clue how to cancel the order! There was no supervisor available to speak to. So we have now paid online with no pizzas getting delivered! Save your money and time and don't bother to order food from here...

We decided to give Pizza Hut a try as a change from our usual takeaway pizza restaurant. We will NEVER use Pizza Hut again. We paid £50 for pizzas and sides and got delivered the totally wrong order, called immediately but took 40 minutes to get them to answer. Spoke to Luke he said it was “a shambles tonight”, offered us a replacement order but it wouldn’t arrive for at least 1 1/2 hours. Said we would take a refund and was advised to call back the next day. Called back only to discover there is a complicated system in place regarding refunds - raise with customer services, goes to HR for review then to store for approval which could take weeks. To add insult to injury when I pointed out that such poor service got phone hung up on me.

Absolutely disgraceful. They haven’t delivered the pizzas from last an hour and half. when calling to the restaurant no one is available to answer the call they just ignoring it. Shocking behaviour from local Bearsden Pizza Hut. Eventually when it got delivered pizza was freezing cold and soggy. Very disappointed ☹️

I usually order with dominos but thought I’d give Pizza Hut a call as I hadn’t used them in a while… now I know why. I ordered online which was fine and it said , delivery between 1440-1410 .. and I noted on the website please deliver to back door. At 1410 I called (which was 40mins after I placed the order) to ask where my pizza delivery man was only to be told we’re just finishing off your order.? I said to the guy who answered the phone I’m on limited time and the website said delivery between 1400-1410 and it’s now 1410 . He said not much I can say about the time on the website but as I said it’s just leaving.. so I waited and waited and waited and at 1430 a car comes to back door he gets out never attempts to come down the path gets back in the car, I run out to see if it the delivery guy .. he needs to do a u-turn as it’s a no through road.. and the car whizzes by me. I walk back inside and 5 mins later the front door bell goes and it’s the delivery driver I said the note said deliver back door and you saw me and drove by me .. oh and your late . No apology just here’s yur pizza.. shocking I will never use Pizza Hut again.

New computer system messed up and cancelled our order saying the store was closed. I pass by on my way home from work, found it open and called to ask what was going on. Manager and other staff member couldnt have been more helpful and apologetic and offered a discount and made the order there and then for me. No hassle, no stress and great customer service. 10/10 and happy new year to you all.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides and bottle of Pepsi as part of a meal deal, when the order was delivered I noticed that 1 of the pizzas was wrong, I called them up, told them what was wrong and with in 20 mins I had the correct pizza and also a complimentary tub of Magnum ice cream. Customer service was superb and when I initially called to inform them of the mistake, they couldn't apologise enough, the staff at Bearsden are a credit to the company and the pizzas were loaded with topping, can't recommend them highly enough.

Acabo de pedir pizzas 5 x 5 del menú 5. Llamé para preguntar si podían poner algunas aceitunas en uno y el gerente se negó, incluso cuando me ofrecí a pagar más. Se negó debido al hecho de que se ofrecieron en este menú de ofertas. Si no hubiéramos tenido una fiesta, no me habría molestado. Hacen esto por nosotros cada segundo fin de semana. ¿Por qué no podría simplemente haberme cobrado más y hacer esto? Comportamiento infantil. . . . . no espere que Pizza hut Bearsden ayude.

Ordered via uber eats. COMPLETELY wrong order. Restaurant advised we call uber eats, they weren’t taking calls whatsoever, called back Pizza Hut and they were totally unwilling to rectify the issue. We were left with an order of less value, that we weren’t able to eat. This was all explained to them but they said “as soon as it leaves the restaurant it not our problem”. Absolutely shocking service. We offered to come pick up a new order but they still refused. A lot of money spent on pizzas we can’t eat and the restaurant said their hands were tied. They were also burnt and dry, to add insult to injury! Really disappointing, avoid using.

The issue that I have experienced was: On 03rd January 2020 at 18:48 I placed an order with Pizza Hut Bearsden online, I contacted the store regarding a change to my order as I did not want salsa on the nachos I had ordered and there is not an option for this on their website. I spoke with the store manager Dale who could not comprehend what I was asking for, when I informed him that I had ordered this many times before with no issues he began to have a bad attitude, he then got into a heated discussion with me regarding this and even called me ''hun''. I asked Dale to cancel my order and issue a refund which he was more than happy to do. I had received no response to this and on 08th January 2020 I submitted a complaint to Pizza Hut's complaints website. I received an automated message and nothing again so I wrote another message stating I had still not received a refund on 16th & 27th of January and only received the same automated response as I got the first time. I contacted Pizza Hut by phone on 09th January and was informed that the agent had requested my refund and sent this to their finance team and I would receive a refund within 16 days which would have been 25th January. Still no refund received, I then got a response on the Pizza Hut online portal stating that my refund was going through verification processes and that I would be updated via the portal. On 31st January I had a message on the portal stating my refund had been verified and that they now had to gain approval from the hut leadership team and that they could not confirm that I would actually receive a refund at this time. I wrote to them again informing them that I was extremely unhappy about this as I had not received any food therefore they are illegally withholding my funds and not to mention I had already been told prior to this that I would have my money back within 16 days. I received the same automated message again and nothing else. I contacted Pizza Hut by phone today at 10:45 and spoke to their employee Chloe, I pressed 1 to have the call recorded and as soon as Chloe came on the phone her attitude stunk. I explained the full thing to Chloe who then advised me that they had a system failure and my case had been closed by mistake, she would issue another refund request to finance which would take a further 16 days. So this would be almost 2 months for me to receive my money back when I received no food in the first place. I asked Chloe if she could pass this on to her management as this was appalling and I was told no, she would not be passing this on to a manager due to the fact I was still within the new 16 day period. I informed Chloe I will be reporting this and the call ended. Unhappy with her information, I called Pizza Hut back at 10:52 and was on the call for 20 minutes. I spoke to Jonathan who informed me at the beginning of the call that I had a bad attitude and he was not willing to continue the call, after explaining to him why I was so distressed we continued the call and Jonathan informed me that in-fact there was no system failure and they closed my case as they were unaware that I was to receive any refund as they thought that this was only a complaint regarding the Huts manager. I was extremely confused regarding this as this would now be the 4th person I had spoken to who had informed me of yet again another completely different story so I was unsure as to who I was to believe. Jonathan then placed me on hold to ensure that he had not given me any false information and on return he informed me that in fact he had given me false information and that Chloe was initially correct regarding the system failure however I have been receiving messages on their system regarding my refund? Jonathan then informed me that he had on his system an email that was sent to finance requesting my refund - proof that they did know. He also obstructed me from speaking to a manager. Incompetence to the highest level. It occurred on: 3/01/2020
