The best restaurants in Glasgow and Surrounding

Thought we’d try this place as heard there were new owners. Salt & chilli chips were soggy (with not much salt & chilli to them), beef was very tough, chicken balls doughy and the gravy too salty. Rated 2 stars instead of 1 as the one plus was the best prawn crackers I’ve had in the area - probably the only thing I’d return for.

Would never ever set foot in the place again. Working away from the place is dark and dirty and the portion size I got a child would still be hungry. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Poor hygiene, no gloves, no masks, no hair covers, confusing prices, and I was overcharged. But good pizza still.

Not long started using this CHIPPIE .. first time ok …second time not to sure thought miserable portion third time definitely miserable portion and the oil was badly needing changed so no we will not be us this ( chip) shop again we will drive a mile or two to our regular shop no wonder there is never a queue to get served

Ordenó un pequeño desayuno y se horrorizó cuando lo sirvieron, frío y demasiado cocinado. Se quejó al personal y esperó 10 minutos para el reemplazo que se actualizó a desayuno completo. Éste era más sabroso y cálido.

Most expensive donuts I have ever bought. Around £2.50 for a single donut. Can get a box of comparable ones from a high street bakery chain for around half of the cost.

mr v’s used to be good dont know if its still same owners as a couple of years ago sausage supper wasnt fresh my son said the fish tasted funny was missing the pickles tried to call no answer definitely wouldnt order from here again

Had bad experience in the past with wrong order but thought I’d give it a try one more time. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food this time. focaccia pomodoro was very doughy and the tomatoes were mush, not cherry tomatoes! The arrabiata sauce tasteless, very little sauce and dry. Very disappointing

Chips cheese and spicy costs £6 .. Two days ago in the long container.. Today in the small one same price. Another example of a good place getting sold and then cutting costs

This place should be closed down, no clean cups no napkins was told to use blue roll the breakfast was clearly cooked hours before I ordered and when I complained I was made to wait while the manager stood talking to someone on the phone. Avoid at all costs

We went in at 12am after finding them on gmaps and loved it. We'd been to a gig and instead of looking disappointing that people were coming in just before closing they welcomed us and more people in. The staff were helpful and friendly with questions about the city and places to go and kept the bar open later when they didn't have to. The staff were amazing and even changed the music to the band we'd all been to see. Great decor, great staff and we loved it. Photobooth was a super fun added bonus!

Recibí 2 pizzas esta noche entregadas con prontitud. Las pizzas claramente no eran grandes. Llamé para resaltar el error y me dijeron que en realidad eran grandes y luego me molestó ya que me alimentaron con un poco de basura sobre el encogimiento. Pedí Domino's esta noche porque la marca impone estándares y calidad a cada pedido. Estos estándares no eran conformes esta noche y el servicio al cliente tampoco era genial. Todavía quería la comida y habría estado feliz con una disculpa. Sin embargo, tres miembros diferentes del equipo me dieron una línea concertada sobre la contracción en el horno. Así que saqué una cinta métrica para comprobar cuánto más pequeña y era menos de 12 ". La pizza pedida era 13. 5 " Próxima parada de las normas comerciales

Hope to sit down for a coffee on our journey. But no sitting area and choice of baking poor. Service was impersonal. As the only stopping place heading west on M8 this is very poor. To Be Avoided

Poped in to grab cup of tea and some snacks asboloute flabbergasted at price of a large cuo of tea nearly 3 quid! Its a cup hot water and tea bag and splash of milk . And the potholes in the coach park where absolutely gigantic that there was a Australian guy saying gaday mate. Absolutely pity they dont put some of the massive profits back into site mantaince etc absolutely wont be back again only few miles to next junction and better services McDonald's and kfc and greggs etc
