Lucky Cat Chinese Carry Out in West Dunbartonshire

Thought we’d try this place as heard there were new owners. Salt & chilli chips were soggy (with not much salt & chilli to them), beef was very tough, chicken balls doughy and the gravy too salty. Rated 2 stars instead of 1 as the one plus was the best prawn crackers I’ve had in the area - probably the only thing I’d return for.

Just has take away sent first one back got another delivered chicken chop suey chicken on first one was slimmy second one the same chicken balls still doughy. Here's to say I won't be ordering again waste of money and I now feel sick

Ordered my dinner and had ordered 3 fried rice over the phone for a collection, picked up the order and got home realised it was wrong. We phoned to ask for a fix and said they would deliver the right order however would be charged extra even though it was their mistake. Then phoned as we were waiting half an hour on our delivery as they said the would deliver, was told that they tried phoning when they didn’t because they then wanted to charge us the an extra delivery charge for THEIR mistake. Absolutely shocking customer service. Have been going here for years and will never to back.

Ordered sweet n sour chicken got rice and sauce no chicken an hour later still waiting never go near this place

So we phone in a order, foods ok and we use the place from time to time. Over an hour to arrive, ok they could be busy. WRONG order not what we asked for. Thats ok we'll take it back and replace it. Close to two hours now, second order arrives STILL the WRONG order. Refused to send out the correct order or return our money. Over three hour of our night wasted, thanks we most certainly wont be back.

We have used this takeaway in the past and been ok but tonights has left both of us who had the beef, green pepper and black bean sauce sick as dogs........the meat was tough and it just didnt taste right......been sick twice, lets hope not food poisoning Wont be returning

We have used this takeaway for years but the last two orders were absolutely disgusting and tasteless. Wrong orders, insinuated that we had ordered the items when we clearly had not. I wouldn’t recommend this place, save your money....

Excellent Chinese food very tasty very good portions Good friendly service they also do deliveries plus they have a wide variety of other types of food

The food is great. Big portions and great quality. The service is friendly and efficient. We use this about 3 times a month. We usually phone the order on our way home and pick up 15/20 mins later.

Stopped in many times on our way to Loch Lomond and enjoyed decent hot served food by friendly staff.

My meal was quite tasty, even though john mcdonnermeat done a somersault over the counter when i needed my grated cabbage. It was a sit-in cuisine like no other, kangaroos eating for two and pieces and cheese framed on the wall. Legend has it that Gordan Ramsay once visited this place, and sayed it was a: "egg land like no other."

Always great food; service is kinda who you get on the night, but food and value for money is great. Anytime I travel close, I get a take out.

Ordered a home delivery from here. The food arrived within the specified time but it was cold a horrble colour and very bland. Disgusting... took the chicken out and made my own curry sauce. Will never order from the lucky cat again....

Ordered a takeaway on New Year's Day. Despite being advised out dinner would be 30-45 minutes before it would arrive, 2 hours later still no food. It was a fairly large order for 8 people but service was disgraceful and the company's lack of apology was even worse. Would NEVER recommend or use this Chinese restaurant ever again.
